Had a great time sledding on the hill. Great park district, lot of parking. Family oriented facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming with locker rooms. Clean and helpful friendly staff. Great for all ages.

Excellent Park District, probably one of the top in the State if not the Country. Having lived in Schaumburg for many years, its clear that the Schaumburg Park District staff cares. The facilities are well taken care of, update to date and have great amenities!

The fitness classes through Schaumburg Park District are a great value when bought in bulk. They are done via a punch system. If getting two 32 punch cards the classes are as low as $3.30 a class. This is great compared to LA Fitness where they are over $10.

Great programs however the ladies who answer calls for the Schaumburg Kasper program are so rude. This is my second year calling for information and always encounter an attitude from someone. If they dont like their job maybe find a different one.

Schaumburg park district does offer a variety of activities for children. However, the group swimming classes are too crowded and managed very poorly.

Poor rating is for their Sport and Swimming classes only!!I have always loved the schaumburg park district until now. I loved the preschool program there and the teachers Mrs. Bertoncini and Braheny were amazing! So 5 starts for the preschool program. However, the swimming classes during the weekend learn to swim is poorly managed and its too crowded with fewer teachers and too many children in each group. The sport camp for children last summer was also a bad experience as the sport coach for 4-6 years was racist and kept shouting at my 5 year old. I also did not find a particular Lori adelman an efficient friendly activity teacher so I stopped taking her classes. My favorite there has to be -Mrs. Sheri Page who was a very kind and friendly teacher. I also find the front desk (at CRC and BOCK only) extremely helpful. These comments are based on my personal experiences only.

I must say I love this Park District! I love the people that work here which are super friendly and helpful when needed. Tons and tons of great classes for kids, dance company, gymnastics etc. A lot of variety! A true family feel!That being said there are things that should be improved.One of them is the womens locker room and the changing rooms in particular. The plastic curtains are old, became more narrow and they do not close all the way. So I am seeing remainders of some old tape on them. People are desperately trying to attach that remaining tape to the curtains and the walls. We are trying to do whatever works to close them up so we can have privacy.I pay 40 bucks per month, so I think the park district can handle that really small improvement. Buy new drapes, thats all: Target, Ross etc. for a few bucks.That would really improve the comfort of members.Another thing: with the flu season, viruses, Ebola and whatever else is going on.... a box of tissues by the white rugs would be great! There were placed there for sometime and somehow they are no longer placed there.Minor changes..... but it would help in a big way!!!This note only reflect the gym on Springinsguth Rd. in Schaumburg.Regards,Katherine

We registered evening swimming classes here, this time the pool area is very humid, hard to breath, no fresh air circulation, and eye burns all the time. Very hard for me to stay in So, I drop off my kids and wait outside to pick them up. Please inspect and solve this if u can. Thanks

SPD and SAA are not what they used to be. Extremely disappointing.

Ball fields at keller and Brandenburg are low priorty to this park district!

Round lake park district ranks up there as well..this place is not the only place on the block.
