Very impressive environment and service! I was only in Illinois for a few weeks and am an avid hookah smoker, so I tried multiple places but Milan stood out. I dont visit often but love it every time I do. Their flavors are amongst the best Ive had and theyre unique. They dont serve alcohol but their tea complements their hookah perfectly. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, doing their best to accommodate you. Price worth the flavors. The atmosphere is laid-back with good music.

Comfortable sofas, good hookas but service is below average, and u have to prebook ur seat, and its bit expensive compare to similar hookah bars.

I am a big fan oh hookah and this place has the best one i had around Chicago area, people are friendly and it is just a pleasure to be there and enjoying your time. Music is awesome but i personally think it is a little bit to loud. They will provide you with play cards and chess if you can play . Their tea menu is just amazing, they have such a large choice of brewed tea it is just a must to try them all . If you are ever around, or you are looking for a good hookah and you dont know the right place you have to try them . Good luck and enjoy your experience !

I would say best in the town. Whenever I visit my girlfriend we come here. 4 star only for one reason whenever I have come it is always in the afternoon and there is a guy worker either hes the manager or owner but hes not friendly. He is very quiet and he will only do whenever he has been told. Never come to change coal or ask are we doing okay ! Just like any other hookah place. I would say he acts like his place is the best. If you want to come you can come if not I dont care. Anyways I like the hookah thats why I come here and my girlfriend likes as well. He shouldnt work with this kind of attitude. He should respect every guest/customer in the same way.

I’ve never tried hookah before, but a friend of mine from Greece was here visiting and we found this place by accident, it’s the best! I really like their wooden hookahs and I like how they don’t use foil for the coals. The staff is super nice too!

I was extremely impressed by the personal and friendly service. Very attentive and made the experience that much better. The hookah selection is a nice variety and the staff gives great recommendations! Every time I visit Chicago, this is the place to go to relax and unwind. Definitely would go there again!

I tried Cairo hookah, kush and Milan while i was in chicago last week. By far Milan was the best, hookah and ambiance.When i showed up at Milan, i was asked if i had the reservation (which i didnt). They still found seats for us, customer service was good.This was my first time trying matt pears. I honestly love that sheesha, smooth af.Now i must get it for home. From out of state and was looking to try some hookah bars and this place came up as top rated but after asking around this place sounded not so good but I still gave it a try. Guess it was full and you need a reservation.

I visited hookah lounge a few days ago. It was great, nice people, polite servers. Hookah was so good and cheap. Servers always help to choose what you want. I recommend this place to everyone.

Expensive, but the hookah was definitely worth it. As an avid hookah smoker, this place has bowl beyond belief.The reason I’ve only given them a 3 star is because everything, other than the hookah, was pretty bad.The space is really small, the tables are really flimsy. The seats are uncomfortable. The staff is pretty rude and give a lot of attitude. I was curious to know about their packing methods that they brag about so much, but the dude wouldn’t even give me a straight forward answer.And to top it all off, they ask you to either get cash (they don’t have an ATM) or to QuickPay or Zelle the owner money. That’s super shady and weird.EDIT: No one was asking for secrets about your good hookah. It was basic questions, that don’t “reveal” any secrets. And no, the multiple times I’ve came, I’ve only been offered QuickPay or cash. Unfortunately due to your response and trying to prove me wrong, I will have to change your review from a 3 star to 1 star.

Really good place to relax! Hookah is always made very professional. Never had a feeling of burned coal in the throat so now it is definitely my new favorite place to smoke with friends.

The owner is very rood and disrespectful to his clients. We were not told about the 10$ per person coverage at the beginning, so at the end we were kinda surprised when overcharged. If the owner want to have regular customers he should be more polite and respectful. Never coming back

Really good hookah but cash only place

Been to several hookah lounges and this is the only one I keep coming back too. Owner is great and the atmosphere in there is so relaxed and chill that its the best place to hang out with a few buddies of mine. Also the hookah is great there, especially the Pan Rosa flavor he carries.

A fruithead hookah is wonderful. It tastes amazing and you can smoke it 3 hours for sure. Thank you, Diana, for sure, I will come again.

Terrible experience, staff was busy taking care of what seemed to be regulars the entire evening paying new PAYING customers no mind. Also, there was a terrible smell all evening, smelled like they were allowing more than tobacco to be smoked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Want to mark big assortment of reach flavor tobaccos and using fruits, preparing the hookahs, which makes any hookah piece of art, from passionated and professional workers. Nice dark, romantic atmosphere, along with calming relaxing music - exactly that what you need, looking for the best hookah in Chicago area. Their prices and service will make you want to black there again and again. Trust my word! Seeing negative reviews, I want you to notice the names of their authors, which are most Arabian, that can means nothing but conflict of interest, from envy other hookah owners, loosing their customers, place is incredibly clean!

First time we booked reservation,no one legged us know that you can only pay cash,they are not accepting any other payment.the second time - waiter forgot to note our reservation,and we left without table...I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Love the vibe, hubby actually liked owners play list and the fruit combo for hookah, for lounges, it needs a couple of more romantic settings for a couple of two towards the back. Bring in food or order and set up a private booth. A chicken and rice dish inside a pineapple, a fruit dish maybe as a desert to compliment the hookah experience. A peach cobbler is great with a peaches and cream or even pomegranates. Order options from website for products, t-shirts, stickers, lol i use to work in a print shop, can you tell? Maybe different themes on different nights, employee a couple of local belly dancers and have a Moroccan night with native fruits, a wind down night with maybe old soft hazz music for a jazz night or hire a couple of jazz musicians from your local college like Harper College (starving student and musicians need jobs too and so does local company group dancers) and a study night for college students, ( group study night) or a special Milan Nights, a night of what makes Milan unique over other hookah lounges. It already stands out as quite a unique lounge and we will be returning. My hubby liked the shisah and was so welcomed, serviced intensely, and able to be relaxed there, I give it 5 stars alone for the manager/owner! He makes sure everyone is well taken care of. The lounge is is clean, the hookah equipment too, 5 STARS FOR OVERALL EXPERIENCE. 1 STAR SO THAT THE PLACE DOESNT FILL UP WHEN I WANT TO GO THERE! :)HAPPY

This is the best hookah lounge in Chicagoland. If you like Khalil Mamoon, quick lights poison coals and disposal hoses - go find another place. They have only top shelf equipment. Wookah, MattPear and many other good pipes.
