This place doesn’t deserve even one star. Bartenders and the manager are rude. Place close at 3, but they are stop serving at 2:30 even if you were waiting at the bar for 10 minutes. They don’t care about their customers and they way how they treat people is wrong. I guess that’s why there is not a lot of good reviews.

This place is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very chummy and the cooking they serve is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Tried this place once with a friend and I am obsessed since then. I loved the great atmosphere and fresh dishes and beverages. Fantastic work.

This past weekend we were out for a birthday celebration and we decided to try out this new place called Escape its known for their Trendy, upscale sports bar & lounge. But it was completely opposite from their bold statement they try to sell you. We were greeted right away just to be told you have an hour and then will be charging a 40 dollar cover because we will be having a Bulgarian performer tonight. Ive never heard of such a thing. Usually when you arrive before the cover charge they let you in and not charge you at all. What kind of establishment are you running? You have an hour till you hangout and then will charge you for being here already. I also would like to add we were informed by two different employees two different amounts for a cover charge. Its clear you guys are only hungry for money.For having such a big group (12) you definitely lost there. We decided to take our service somewhere else which was next door, called DRINK. We walked in and we definitely felt Welcomed unlike Escape. I work in a customer service business and our goal is to make our clients feel welcomed and to comminate their needs. You should evaluate your goals as a company to reach a great establishment. You should be thankful I can only rate you a one star because if I could rate you zero I would. Consider yourself lucky!

Very nice place! We enjoyed it on an early evening (Friday) and was quiet, which we liked. Food was good. Staff was nice. Their D.J. is awesome! Best music choices Ive heard in a while. Saturday nights are more crowded i hear, so will have to check it out. I also loved their lobby with a red carpet and ready to take celebrity style photos. Haha! Super nice interior decor.. love the black and white couches. A+

This place has good food. Also, it id well decorated and the staff is nice. They even gave my group free shots. This would be a cool place to have a party. They have a backdrop that you can take pictures in front off.

Wanted to try this place out for my friends 25th birthday. Walking distance to DRINK, so thought our group would give their competitors a shot. As soon as we enter, I already felt uncomfortable. The associates were laughing and staring at us from a distance while trying to enjoy our first and only drink. Our bartender was the only genuinely welcoming employee. It’s definitely a racial establishment. I could tell off the atomosphere they didn’t even want us there which is totally fine in any social environment, but bad for business. Never going again nor recommending to anyone I associate with.

What a big disappointment. Beautiful place, however a beautiful place is pointless when your staff lacks knowledge and patients. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever encounter. I encourage you to save some time, money and the chance to be mistreated.I went in with my boyfriend. The food was cold and he brought it up to the owners attention. My boyfriend handled it in a calmly matter. However the same cannot be said for the owner. The owner took us into the kitchen to prove that the food was not cold. According to him we were lying to him in order to get free food. This escalated way too far way to fast because he let it get that far. We would have been happy with an honest and humble apology. I would have prefer that much more then him yelling at us “Food is on us” get out of my restaurant and truly humiliating me and my boyfriend in front of the staff and customers. This was a rather uncountable situation that I believe I should have never been put on not because I am a customer but because I am a human and all humans truly deserve to be treated with dignity.

Great calamari and kind staff. Theres usually techno or house music playing in the background. The place seems like it should be busier but usually it isnt.

Need to add craft beers. The best beer they had for me to choose from was a Fat Tire - and they were out of it - had to settle for a Sam Adams. A sports bar should have a good beer selection. Burgers were good.

If you are not certain that you belong to the exclusive guest list, dont bother going. Saturday night all tables were marked RESERVED even though the place was almost empty at 8:30 pm. My girlfriends and I were allowed to be seated and we had a few drinks each. Everything was going fine until we were done with drinks around 11 pm and we were just about to leave. I guess 11 pm is prime time for this place, because waitress came in and in a polite manner suggested that if we are not going to order anything else it might be time for us to pay the check and leave. Well, I dont like to be told how long to hang out, when to leave and what to do, especially after spending almost $100 bucks for drinks. Never going back, and please if you are not exclusive dont waste your time. Im sure there are many places around that know how to treat their customers.

That’s the worst place I have ever been! We attended a Halloween party, wore super cool costumes because the said there would be a lot of prizes for costumes but eventually they closed up for half an hour earlier and started kicking us out!!! Then we were asking what about prizes and manager or whoever it was said that they never mentioned it! But they did it even few times while music playing! Another issue is we couldn’t catch the waitress to order the food and drinks!!! What’s place is that!!! The staff was rude and unprofessional!!! HAVE HAD REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! NEVER GO THERE!!! We just waisted our time and money there!

I have tried contacting this place several times to inquire about having a private party there. I filled out the online form on their website and no one responded. I tried calling multiple times and it goes to a voicemail box that isnt setup to accept measages. What kind of business has no way for a customer to contact them?? This place is not going to do well at this rate!

Beautiful bar. Watched the Cubs playoff game. Suprisingly dead for the game. Delicious food. The sound for the game is off and club music plays in the background. The bar did not have good craft beers and was missing some things to make some specialty cocktails. The manager was very attentive and interested in our thoughts...this place is going to do great if he continues that level of interest in feedback and makes changes according to what he hears.

We went for late lunch yesterday in the restaurant part and the food was excellent. The only thing was that when we paid our bill we wanted to leave the waitress (the one with the glasses) around 18% tip, but even though there was only one more table apart from us, she got the money and never gave back the $20 change, pretending she forgot. It is quite frustrating that such a lovely place would lose customers just because the waitress decided to get tips herself instead of waiting for the customer to leave it. We never asked for the money because it wasnt that much but the waitress never came around our table again. I am pretty sure it was done purposely.

If I could put no star I would . We decided to go with girls for a drink and heard some good stuff about this place. Absolutley not ! Horrible. They charged us 15 $ to get in !!! To the f**bar not even downtown club. Services were super slow, they didnt have drinks menu . We could not even get to the bar because they pur reserved all around it and said they have a birthday party . Not a table, a bar ! Who does that . I would never ever again go here and recommend to anyone . Never again. 6/30/18

I went early..no one there.. but staff made me feel good by checking on me. Burger was yummy.. i didnt est the fries..i was watching my carbs.. but i did enjoy my food and drinks. I cant wait to go back when its later and busyer.. cool layout.

Me and my husband stop for a drink or two at Saturday night around 1am and they ask for cover fee $30...joke

Place is alright. Its definitely NOT a sports bar. They have HD TVs but some channels/tvs are in SD looks like crap. No game sound they have music instead. Food is decent as are drinks. Staff is eh they are not attentive to guests/tables. Decent after hours lounge but if you want to watch a game go to Finns.

All I have to say is wow ! Growing up in the Schaumburg area my whole life I know what it takes to make a great sports bar, ever hear the saying the fish rots from the head? Well it starting with ownership than management and all the way down, however when you walk into a place and everyone just stares at your party that you just came in with like they have five heads, everyone scatters like there is fire, first impression stays with you, we waiting 15 minutes and finally got seated while waiting watched two staff members have a huge verbal fight, went into the bathroom and no toilet paper, it gets better, ever order a burger and it comes with no burger, thats right folks they forgot the burger, how the hell does nobody not see there is no beef?I could go on and on but this place isnt worth it !Lets just say never again ! And I recommend going elsewhere !

Great decor and atmosphere but SERVICE is horrible. Out waitress took way too long to bring drinks at the beginning of the night and then way too long to bring our checks. Our checks were also incorrect and we had to wait extra time until new checks were brought.This is also definitely a bar/lounge geared towards Europeans especially Polish people.I might give this place another try just because I live 5min away but first impression are not great especially on the service/hospitality side.

Verry nice place !!! They play all kinds of music, but mostly bulgarian, which is really not bad. They invite often bulgarian music stars who perform life and the place is pretty full. So if you like to try something different or new check it out.

Supposed to be Bulgarian restraint but there is nothing BulgarianMusic makes you leave right away ...You have to ask server to come and take orderThey served drinks in broken glassesThey modified an order without asking if it’s gonna be ok but brought it after it’s ready so you have no choice

BAD. BAD. HORRIBLE! its not if you get served cold food its when. If you address the waitress about your food being cold they will just look at you as if they will fix the issue but never fix it. After we received the bill I addressed the owner and after a bit of back and forth conversing it got to the point where his wife was holding him back as if he was about to run up on me and hit me!!!! I threatened to call the cops if he got any closer as we left. NEVER GO HERE! They are extremely unprofessional and rude! Your business would happenly be taken elsewhere but not here!
