We had a lot of fun, but some of the games were either turned off or out of order. But the food was good. And the staff was excellent. Very efficient and I love the security they have in place for CD amiles with children.

Had fun with my three year old son it expensive but priceless for MY peace of mind overall good experience

We ordered pepperoni pizza. The pizza was actually good. It wasnt the best in the world but definitely not the worst either. My daughters first going and she had a blast! Would recommend this location.

A great spot to keep the kids entertained. Kid friendly environment with new token purchasing system that allow kids to play unlimited games for a set amount of time versus feeding machines continuously with tokens. Game credits are kept on a card similar to a debit card and are scanned on arcade game for each play. Credit balance is displayed promptly after scan. I would have given five stars but a few of the games were broken.

Boring af. Nothing works and yall want to charge those prices for broken games

This place is great for my little it gets him moving and socializing. There are many little rides and games for children his size in picture. The few things that could be better is the wait time for food. Safely sanitizing the games every few hours at least and bringing food to the table for the person that needs help. I have many times if not every time had that struggle myself or have had to help a mama out who was trying to let her children have a good time but who is alone with 3 or 4 kids and trying to keep up with the gather their food and fees the etc. So Ive went to the window to get all there food for them. I just think maybe its something that could be offered when a purchase is being made.

Food was ready fast. Pizza is a solid Chuck E Cheese pizza. The boneless wings are a typical frozen bag variety but good enough. I love taking my girls here.

I have not been here since I was a kid so to bring my children was a real treat for me! They no longer have coins and that was a shocker to me they now have a card that they load your coins on to. A couple of the games were having some issues the guy on the floor was very helpful he fixed the games as well as replaced the tokens my kids lost trying to play the game. I was a little upset to find out that they no longer sell slices of pizza. You have to purchase the whole pizza .. That was an inconvenience because I wanted a slice where as my children were waiting to leave so they could eat else where, however the overall experience was great!!! My kids loved it! We would definitely be back.

Harvey the GM had the patience of a saint handling my two nieces and nephews age 2, 6, 9, and 11. They were a handful that rang in over 4 thousand tickets. Chaos. AND the staff was awesome, Everytime the machines got full feeding in tickets.Thin pizza was delicious and perfect crunch ratio.Kids had a blast with hour free play and it brought them closer together in teamwork.Cant thank the GM and staff enough for their patience

Waiting for the longest just to get our hand stamped. I do not blame the worker because he was the only staff present and he was assisting other clients. They are very under staffed. That poor dude up front did everything by himself running back and forth checking people in then running to the counter to serve the customers. There were workers in gray shirts that I saw not really doing anything. They could of helped that guy out a little. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely go back.

Pizzas pretty good if youre looking for a quick bite. And if you have kids the high octane energy will give them a place to be a kid. The service is great.

We went in today and were immediately greeted for our hand stamp. We were then given a free ticket for cotton candy! All but 1-2 games were not working out of 30-40 games/rides and that’s a pretty great ratio for a kids place :) the crew was very helpful and our little one can’t wait to go back!

With security at the door when we walked in we shouldve turned the heck around. Food was good. Game room folks cant fix anything. Chucky didnt greet the paying guest in the game room. Restrooms were a mess didnt want my potty training 3 year old any where near it. Tip go on a weekday, get in and get out. Little Gerald play too much and management was trash. Who trained these Children?

Its a fun time for sure for the small kids. Running around and playing different games. I would hope they would improve on the quality of pizza there, its OK and could be better. If you are known for games and pizza, then both of those things should be great.

Loved it!! Our son celebrated his 7th birthday and he had a blast. Everything was easy and the party servers are great and make your kid feel like a star!!

20 dollars an hr. all you can play. was fun. Kids had a blast. There was a messed up machine that spit out random amounts of tickets. We scored just under 10k tickets in 2 hrs.

We took my kids here and my youngest is not conversational yet. We had the best time and will definitely be back! My 13 year old had fun getting tickets for our 3 year old and went with the timed play pass for an hour. Pizza was very good and we went during the day when they 1st opened. My kids dont do well with crowds so it was perfect. I wish I had got the workers name because they were amazing! Great birthday for my youngest!

Had really amazing experience with this location. Store was clean, food was good. Amazing value. Manager came out and did something really nice for my three year old.

Brought my 2yr old godchild here today and she was in love. The staff upfront was very courteous, and the establishment was clean considering the number of children and families present. Pizza was okay, didn’t come for the food per say but it was acceptable. The 100 game token deal was great, well worth the $20. Spent about $40 in total and enjoyed our evening for about 3 hours. We’ll definitely visit again.

My family and I came from Beaufort and had the best time here this past weekend! It was a special occasion & we sure did make the most of our visit. All of the kids were having so much fun they acted as if they never wanted to leave. Charlie was spectacular with the children and helped us out tremendously when we were finally ready to redeem our tickets! We’ve already made plans to return before school starts for another birthday celebration!

As far as Chucky Cheeses go this was a better one. Clean environment, hand sanitizer at the door. Machines were mostly all working. The guy at the door was very friendly. The guy at the prize counter looked like he really didnt want to be there. Overall good experience.

Im not a fan of Chuck E Cheese but my kids love it and you know how that goes... Well we live in Beaufort and decided that Id make the drive and check it out so my kids can get some fun time and to my surprise if was totally worth it! Customer service was the best I have had at a Chuck E Cheese and that is exactly what I look for anywhere I go.

Is better place for the kids to have wonderful time. Adult also enjoy there time there as playing games.

If there was a zero star that would be my choice. My niece arrived at 3:30pm and placed her childs birthday party pizzas and 2 hours later she still had not received the food. When A pizza finally arrived the employee started placing the pizza slices on the plates with out gloves on. How unsanitary is that. The parties that arrived after our party received and ate while we waited, waited and waited some more. Will not return or recommend.

Was an amazing experience except for the rude assistant manager and staff. The overall manager was kind, and efficient. Despite there being 4 workers behind the counter we had to wait an hour with a 1 year old past our time cards to get over half our tickets that were stuck on 1 game.

We had the best time at this location! It was clean, organized and our food was hot and fresh. The service in general was impeccable but a young man by the name of Charlie went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service he personally provided. We will definitely be returning.

My kids always beg me to take them here and they love it! I always buy the 60 minutes play cards and then i let them loose lol!! Theres a lot of arcade games for kids and adults a like! The staff are great and the food is too! My favorite is the picture booth because it always makes me happy to see my kids pictures and their happy smiles. I Love Chuck E cheeses!

Maybe its because Im grown to be an old man, but it doesnt seem to be the Chuck E. Cheese of the past. It seemed bigger, back in the day. :)Now, about our trip, we had a good time. The store was in pretty good shape.The staff seems friendly enough.My kids had a blast, and thats really what mattered. My son was 5 and his first trip to Chuck E. Cheese. He was overwhelmed, while my teens had a good time too. You know, they just ran off and did their own thing..Overall, we enjoyed it and well be back.I cant comment on the food, as we didnt dine there.

Bathrooms were dirty, salad bar was not stocked and messy. Cup lids were all over the drain. No straws. Only 2 people at the counter to help customers and also no one was there to check out children they had to run from the prize counter over to the check out stand. Also after 15mins of waiting for someone to check us in I was turned around at the door because I had a sippy cup for my 1yo i was told i needed to put it in the car if i wanted to enter the buolding. My 1yo needed a sippy cup for his juice he can not drink out of a straw. I strongly recommend monkey joes or the indoor playground on the island and richmond hill

Went for my 5 y/o grandsons birthday party. Pizza and appetizers about as expected - just average. But the goodies for the kids, the games, the songs and Chuck E. CHEESES appearance were top notch. Our hostess (Ty) was phenomenal. Pleasant, cheerful, helpful and unflappable. First rate. Genuinely enjoyed the time here. Good job all the way around.

We were there for a birthday party for my 3yr old grandson. The kids had a blast! Seeing all those smiles was priceless! Our server, I believe her name was Nina, was absolutely FANTASTIC! She was very pleasant and so enthusiastic! It was a pleasure dealing with her.

We visited this location around 1130. It was a good time to be there. Not very many people there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My kids had a great time. They were able to play all the games they wanted. We had concerns on the length of time it took to make a pizza for us, but we were distracted enough to not be too bothered by it. The only real issue was 2 toddlers hanging around our table without an adult. I know the staff ensures no one leaves with kids that they did not show up with, but please, be a parent and dont let your kid(s) wonder around and bother other people.

My grandkids had a blast, oh who am I kidding, I did too.

We went on a Saturday night with the expectation that it would be busy. What we did not expect was how dirty the empty tables and floor were, how unkept the salad bar is and just the general disarray we experienced. The guy working the door was super friendly but Im thinking they were very short staffed in general? Im not really sure, but we definitely wont be back.

I hadnt been to this location in about 3 years because of the poor management and unenthusiastic staff from a previous visit, but I came here recently on a Sunday and it was a fun and enjoyable experience for me and my family. It also wasnt as crowded and not too loud. The staff was attentive and the manager on duty was very patient with me as she suggested the best deal for our party of 5. We also bought 2 pizzas, drinks, 100 virtual tokens and it didnt break us. All the gaming machines we used worked, except only 2 out of the 4 ticket redemption machines worked so it was a longer wait. Other than that, I would come back again and recommend going here.

For this to be a childs place the adults and employees really make it a unsavory experience. The parents arent watching thier kids so you have young children fighting over games and rides they dont have a ride card to be dealing with anyway. You have teenagers being distructive and rude. And there is no way to regulate your food orders i waited a hour and a half for a personal pan pizza and sm sampler platter that i just told them to cancel and refund now i have to wait for that...smh i will not be going back here

Went there Sunday Jan 19 2020 for a bday party and the place was dirty. Dirty from front to back. Even the women bathroom was so disgusting me and my two kids with 2 other parents use the men restroom. The floor had trash everwhere the trash can over floor. They need to close chucky cheese down. And they charge to much for a bday party. My friend paid $250 for a nasty place.

We were there an hour after it opened and there was no toilet paper in the girls bathroom. The drink counters were not cleaned regularly, the ticket machine jammed a lot but the pizza was really good and all the games were working.

I would give them no stars if possible. 1st Chuck E Cheese was hugging other kids instead of paying my child attention and it was her birthday, 2nd they gave us a time breakdown and was 20 minutes late to start the show, and 3rd but most importantly the door attendant let my children leave with another person. I swore they stamped everybody hand to not have this issue, but yes they let my children walk out with someone else. Security is a 0Food was a 3The party experience was a 0And Ill never go back there again...

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the games and the atmosphere. I do appreciate the system they have as well, to make sure whoever shows up together, leaves together. Very smart and I believe more places should be like Chuck e cheeses on that note.

Age discrimination, they dont let adults come here by themselves, so what I dont have kids, just let me enjoy myself, i dont want youre nasty kids, i just want to eat pizza and play some games

I havent been in a really long time, I use to work there as a teenager. There wasnt alot of customers there, it was fairly clean but the girl at the register wasnt overly helpful and the food seemed to take a long time. I decided to ask the guy in the order window if he knew how long before our order was up he just rudely said no. When I said ooook he changed his attitude a little and asked what I had but I was very disappointed. The only redeeming quality was the pizza was still good and the guy doing the tickets for the girls was really nice to them.

The ice machine was down the entire time we were there, when I asked an employee about ice she was extremely rude. We were told the GM was bringing ice and was on his or her way. We were there for almost two hours the ice arrived when we were walking out the door. Overall the food was good and my kids had fun, but the staff could use some work!

Had to wait a while for my food. Overall great place for the kids.

We had a great time! My kids loved the rides as this location was the first weve experienced those particular rides..I wish I had caught the managers name, but she was so nice and we had a great time!

The pizza was great. However, they stopped cooking an hour and 10 minutes before closing time... Didnt announce it or anything.

Today my daughter and I took my granddaughter and my 10 yr old son. It was both of the childrens first times and both of ours in many years! I must say, we were really impressed with all the new technology upgrades. The staff was AMAZING. Special shout out to Deondra and Keira (probably misspelled?) We we thoroughly informed of all of our options and offered many upgrades we took advantage of. The pizza was great and portion size was a gracious a plenty. We will definitely be going back - sooner than later.

Chuck E. Cheese provides hours of entertainment at a pretty reasonable price. The food is pricey for the quality. Every so often Chuck E. Cheese, as mascot costume wearing fellow, gives away free tickets to the kids. You can either pay them to do your kids birthday party or bring your own snacks and cake. We had a good time for our daughters second birthday, and she had a blast, too!

My kids love going here. The staff is friendly. The food is pretty good. Needed to have more than one person checking people in. A good time for a busy Friday night.

The kids like it. But the. Bathroom needs some heavy duty cleaning & the menu could use an upgrade.

We went for my daughters forth birthday. I hate that they removed the indoor playground parts. I prefer the coin system to the new card system. It seems more expensive. The workers arent customer oriented. Food was good but took kinda too long. But some games are fun for adults and the kids love the place. They miss the indoor playground too though.

The location was flithy and nasty the employees was very rude this was supposed to be a great fun filled family night but ended up being a gross nasty eating experience. I will be contacting the news and newspaper about this location. No one ever wants there children nor grandchildren to go through what we went through here.

Crazy expensive! Soda machine was down, they didnt even have tea, and we couldnt even bring in outside drinks. Lots of games for kids to play but a lot of them didnt work or were out of tickets. Food was suprisingly good, but outrageously pricey.
