This is such a cool art studio with multiple different artists in residence. The art on display is always varied and interesting. Make sure to check them out on the first Friday of each month as they typically have a big event. If the weather is nice they have an outdoor market with food trucks and a lot of the artists tend to show up at their studios. Fun spot overall.

Listed as open for 3rd Thursday Art Walk Event in local paper AND on Facebook. Turns out, they just wanted us to drive out of our way for nothing because they arent open! People were there though to make sure and tell us we couldnt come in :-(Too bad, because it looked like a cool place.

I have visited this studio several times lately, and I enjoy the variety of art exhibits they host. There are several studios available that artists can rent to display their talents. Most of the exhibitions are from up and coming artists currently studying at local colleges such as Savannah College of Arts and Design and Savannah State University.During the Norma Jean II exhibit, it was nice to meet the photographer (Logan Phillips, a soon to be SCAD graduate) and his parents, who were hosting the exhibit. It is always nice to meet the artist and their team of supporters.Sulfur Studios also host several other genres such as musical acts, dance lessons, and plays. I hope that it will continue Ito remain a vital part of the Savannah community.

This is a great space for the community, to bring a hub for art, artists to voice their messages and collaboration amongst creatives. The best place about Sulfur Studios is the people who run it and dwell there!

We went to First Friday Art March where different studios and venues welcome the public to their venues. They atmosphere is very welcoming and the artists mingle with the guest to explain their inspirations.
