This is a small theater inside the Saratoga park. It needs some work. The bathrooms are pretty rough around the edges and the seating is cramped. But this is a great venue running a wide variety of titles with some very hard working actors. It is a really wonderful place that deserves support.

Very quaint theatre. Performances here feel personal and cozy. Small enough where there really doesnt seem to be a bad seat.

So far the 2 shows I have seen while in the area are top notch, and cant beat the price!

Great theater and staff. The seating was great but the parking was stressing to find in the dark. Theres a nice atmosphere to the place as well, with a historic background that really sells the place.

Small but cute and fun to watch plays.

NOT Senior or Handicap friendly. Theres handicap parking but its way, way far away from the front door. The bathrooms are in need of serious updating, even the handicap stall. The toilets are so low to the ground that anyone who is elderly, has hip or knee issues, struggles to get off the toilet. The acoustics have always been very poor in the theater. If you are sitting in the back of the theater, you can forget about hearing anything. They really do need to invest in a speaker system and put microphones on the actors when they have a play there so that all the patrons can enjoy the show and hear it!!!

Always enjoyable. The quality of the actors and the production get better and better.

I enjoyed the play very much, actors were very good. The play was Barefoot in the Park.

Saw a staged version of A Christmas Story, well done, very entertaining. There doesnt appear to be a bad seat in the house.

We just saw the Mckrells Christmas concert... last year was great and this year was even better! HMT is the perfect venue. Not a bad seat in the place with great acoustics!

Great place to watch a show

Home Made Theater is a great live theater experience for all ages! I think it is one of the most unique theatres the Capital Region of NY has to offer.

The Spa Little Theatre is a magical place. In spite of being from Saratoga this was my first time being there. The Opera Saratoga was wonderful and I cant wait to attend next summer.
