Best nightclub Ive been to

I got thrown out for some one spilling my drink on myself. I asked them to buy me another and drink, they accepted and then the bouncer came over and told me to leave because I was causing a disturbance. I tried to explain the situation but he got angry and didnt want to hear about it. Terrible club, over priced drinks and do not recommend to anyone that I know.

We walked into the Reserve late in the night, something we wouldn’t usually do but we were looking for someone. And no we weren’t drunk and belligerent. As my friend and I approach the bottom of the stairs we were told by an employee that they already did last call and weren’t serving drinks anymore. Completely understandable, as it was late. My husband, who was also with us, said that the woman at the top of the stairs standing next to the bouncer insisted that he pay a $5 cover to get in. He said that the bouncer didn’t even care if he paid a cover or not, but it was this woman who kept staring at him with this stick up her ass attitude and power trip waiting for her cover fee. The bar was closing and not even serving drinks anymore. He literally paid $5 to walk down the stairs and turn around and leave. To top it off, I asked the employee who told me about the last call if they’re charging a cover. I was hoping that since he was the one to tell us the place was closing, that he may realize how silly it was to charge a cover and he could have asked for it back. He said “yea for guys.” I asked “even after last call?” and he snapped back with “yes have a goodnight” in such a short and condescending tone. Never going back here again.

I am trying to find the owners phone number. I need to talk to somebody ASAP!!!! If anyone has any information is greatly appreciated and also a phone number.

Can’t wear camo pants but people can wear almost potato sack looking clothes? Makes sense. Also, not very friendly staff.

Terrible bar. The guards are on a power trip and will hassle you if youre having too much fun. Literally saw them throw someone out for doing ONE break dance move. Also, terrible DJ. Came quickly and left quickly

Why isnt there an option for zero stars? If any place needed that option this would be it. This club is a joke and all the security dumbos are on a power trip. I started a night here (before my first drink) and I got kicked out because I was too drunk. On top of that they told all the other bars I wasnt allowed in that evening. Caroline street is getting to be a little too much.

Extremely Prejudice!!!! The only reason I gave a star was because that’s the only option in order to leave a review! Just Sad,but I recommend not going there,as they have no respect for people of color! Hopefully they will get shut down like another bar on Caroline street did

I have never been violated so hard in my life... and I hope this bar fails and gets shut down.... this place turned away me and my other AFRICAN AMERICAN friend at the door because we were wearing red (which Id like to add was really maroon) but insisted on not allowing us in because we were wearing red, but my four Caucasian friends who were with us were allowed to get in. One friend wore a red shirt, one wore red jeans, one had red shoes on and they all 4 were allowed in the place but as soon as me and my BLACK friend went to go in they said we werent allowed in because I was wearing red pants and he was wearing red shoes.... when they just let our other friends in who was matching us... I would never go here, never spend my money and I hope this review makes it to the top of the charts because they are prejudice and very unprofessional.

The awkward moment when the reserve thinks theyre a real club lol its a joke and they think they run toga but no one wants to be there from personal experience. Massimo is great but the rest of the staff sucks and its honestly embarssing. I came with a bunch of regulars who come here all the time and who know most of the bouncers and we were treated very poorly. It was a disappointment, definitely got to find a new saratoga spot to go on the weekends. Music sucks. Staff sucks. Drinks are weak. Id recommend tavern (the bar right down the road) 9/10. And wanna know the WORST part I hate to mention it but 2/3 of my friends were Minority and they were quote unquote told the ni****s need to get out of the bar I wanted to report them for racism but they told me no one would believe me so here I am. 21st century racism in our own backyard :( we couldnt believe it!!!!!! it literally is a shame bc I use to love to come here and now me and my friends are totally offended and HORRIFIED. Too bad I didnt get the bouncers name (one of them may have been Vincent but Im not 100% sure) or I would immediately bring it to the media because no one would expect such disgusting racism at a bar like that but it was horrifying.

Had to give one star so I could write a review, But I wouldnt give them any stars. They are totally unprofessional. The security are all on serious steroids and a power trip my girlfriend and myself showed ID got our hand stamped, walked down the stairs when all of a sudden all security attack me and my girlfriend it was unbelievable. If anyone decides to go to this establishment where some body armor.

Absolutely the WORST bar in Saratoga. Do not recommend visiting unless you enjoy listening to overly loud mid 2000s rap on a sound system that makes Price Choppers PA system sound good.

Please is terrible sausage factory young drunk college kids looking to get their heads bashed in by older people bounces don’t have a clue what’s going on in helping the people that would be intact instead of helping the attacker I will go to one of the bars on the street that are better and better suited for picking up
