We had our wedding reception at Palm Aire Country Club. It was AMAZING. The food was delicious, the service was of the highest quality, and the ballroom was beautiful. Jennifer (the Banquet Manager) was so helpful and kind throughout the entire planning process and the day-of. She does amazing in her role as coordinator. We received many compliments from our guests about the reception; everyone had a blast. I highly recommend PACC for events. Thank you PACC for a perfect and memorable wedding day.

I attended a birthday luncheon on Saturday for a good friend. It was so enjoyable. The room was comfortable, all the food was excellent, and the wait staff was great! The chicken salad sandwich was about the best I’ve had in a long time. Same with the side fishes. The table settings were beautiful and I really appreciated that the chairs had rollers on them! Overall, this was a fantastic afternoon for all who attended.

I love palm aire. The staff are the greatest, and I couldnt be happier with their efforts to ensure a pleasant golfing experience for my daughter and I.

We attended a private banquet at their club house..very nice place. Meal was good Not great good..I enjoyed their salmon, wife Neff was a fatty cut..and they could serve a few more warmer veggies..service was excellent. Even the price of a cocktail was fair

Palm Aire Country Club has a great atmosphere. The inside and outside staff give just the right level of attention and are always there to help. It is nice to have the option of a 7000+ yard tee. They keep the course in great shape. It was interesting to see the mini tour play a while back. The restaurant is nice with a good menu. They serve a great blacked grouper sandwich.

This country club is very welcoming to new members and offers lots of activities: golf, tennis, pickleball and water aerobics among others. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. My husband and I joined as summer members (a great deal), and decided to become equity members.

A beautiful course and layout...back tees holes a 7000+ yard experience! Lots of tests and sight lines...quiet, roomy space and beautiful at sunset .If you know a member there and you love long play open hilly pgolf, this one is a treat!

Palm Aire country Club was a delightful place to enjoy a great round of golf with friends. After a good soaking of rain the day before, the course was well manicured and chalenging... the greens wew a little slow and could use some rolling... but they were fair... All in all a good day on the course.... enjoy!

Well maintained course including the greens. Restrooms on the courses periodically so you dont go too many holes with a need. Couple of fairly tight fairways but pretty playable overall.

I can only judge based on the members, and they have to be some of the most illiterate people on the planet. I mean, that must be it, they must not know how to read since they break every traffic law they come across while putzing around.Roadways are ONLY allowed to be used if the golf cart does not do more than 20 mph, these idiots are doing 30-40 on Whitfield and the surrounding area, despite there being a golf cart trail they still use the roads.SHARE the roadway does not mean drive down the middle of it like a drunken moron. You are required BY LAW to use the SIDE of the road or the grass, YIELDING TO CARS, cars have the right of way, you do not.Members must also be colorblind in addition to being illiterate, there are these red signs with a white outline, octagonal in shape, have the word STOP on them.. Maybe you have seen them? At EVERY INTERSECTION AND CART CROSSING! THESE ARE FOR YOU!!The staff and groundskeepers are the only people I ever see properly obeying the rules of the road. Give them a raise.

I enjoyed the dinner and it happened to be karaoke night, which was also fun. You have to join the country club to enjoy the activities, golf and tennis.

I was a tennis member for summer 2018. I joined because I have a friend who lives in the area who I hit with regularly, and I was also impressed with the head pro, Curt, who is fantastic. Everyone else is 60+ in the tennis side though, so don’t join if you’re under 50 and actually want to meet someone. Almost everything else about the club, especially in the middle management, is one star out of five. I was repeatedly mixed up with another member with a similar name, and every single month I was billed charges of well over $100 in error. Every single month I got my bill, there was a fight over which charges were mine and how much I actually owed, which sometimes was nearly $300 in error. Then at the end of the summer, I was charged an additional $53 due to a misunderstanding on my end about details in the food minimum buried in the contract. Despite my frequent issues, they made no attempt to work with me on the charges, and clearly could have cared less. As someone under 30, I never felt welcome and was usually treated like a second class citizen. This will be my first and last country club experience for a long while.

Very nice clubhouse, was there for a Birthday celebration and the food was great.

The parking area and grounds are beautiful. The meeting rooms are functional, with one wall of all windows which give that Florida feeling. The food was excellent and the staff efficient, accommodating, and pleasent.

This review is of the tennis facility. parking close by, average shop. Nice covered seating area at the shop and near some of the courts. Clay courts and a few hard courts. Nice intimate venue.

On a recent family trip to Sarasota I had the opportunity to play the Champions Course at Palm Aire Country Club with my grandfather. My experience could not have been better!! The course was in perfect condition and the staff was very friendly! I loved the fact that we were able to play in the morning shotgun and we were done playing under 4 hours! Excellent Excellent!!! I look forward to being back in the near future!

Beautiful golf course. A few challenging holes but you should expect that on a course like this. The greens werent as fast as I had expected. Looking forward to playing there again.

Husband and I just relocated to Sarasota in 2013 and joined for summer to try it out. The Champs course was going irrigation improvements and therefore closed most of the time. The Lakes course although beautiful was overcrowded with constant shotguns and groups and school student classes. Tennis: they have a group of oldies that want to play with you but would not socialize beyond the the tennis court. They would invite each other to get-togethers right in front of us and not even ask us if we would like to join, too!To be fair we joined again in 2014 - same story. Both golf courses were available but one of the two greens was demoed, the second therefore overcrowded. Tennis crowd turned even snobbier. They turned over three restaurant managers in 18 months. All younger personnel quit. Food mediocre at best - not to have sourdough bread in two years?Athletic center: outdated equipment, always smelled of bleach, no group activities or classes offered. Horrible broken showers, no spa and no sauna or steam room. Staff (husband and wife) are only available till noon, and even then mostly for the wife to join tennis doubles, the husband to give a private tennis lesson.After two years of trial we are leaving and will not come back.

I first played the Champions course in 1968. In those days The course was named Desoto Lakes. I would play with my Grandfather who lived on Longboat Key...I also know Joe Lee who built the Lakes very well. I worked for Arvida and Joe built River Hills in Valrico. The point of all this is that The Champs and the Lakes have a History to them that is special to only a few golf courses around the world. No other course in Sarasota Bradenton Area can make that claim... Makes me feel young again to spend a day at Palm Aire.
