I have not used this company personally however; I have called them twice to request service because I’m am rather new to aquariums and not very knowledgeable. When I called them both times my issues were minor and they took the time to walk me through my problems over the phone. To me that shows amazing customer service and honesty.

Travis and the team do a great job. I had a problem with a tank after hours on a Saturday and Travis had no problem coming out to the facility to advise me and fix the issue. This was above and beyond the call and it was excellent service. To this day we havent had any problems with the service offered and we have a shiny tank full of healthy fish.

I called the Fish Guy for a problem I had with my tank. I gave him little notice and he came over to help, addressed the situation and fixed the problem. He is courteous, professional, more than fair with pricing and has a high attention to detail. Thanks again!

I have been working with Travis and his staff for years, His knowledge is extensive, from tank selection to fish compatibility, he can facilitate an incredible aquarium for your home or office. He has done maintenance on my tanks for just as long.
