The theatres are small but it is very comfortable! The reclining seats are amazing and very roomy for all body sizes. It looks like the lobby is anticipating to serve alcohol eventually, but right now it serves all the original classics of a movie theatre. They sell meals as well, which is convenient if you havent eaten anything before a premiere, but would like something more than popcorn. The assigned seating is nice so you can plan where in the theatre you want to sit, kick back, and enjoy the flick!

Its worth the extra two dollars for a ticket. The seats are a super comfy king size and recline with a push of a button. There is also a tray attached to the seat, and you can comfortably fit your food and drink on it. I believe its only seven rows (or maybe a few more), but it leaves you feeling like youre in your own private movie theater. Its really nice!

Thats movie theater is amazing! With the seats, you feel so relaxed Because they extend, Its almost like as if youre Sitting on your couch at home! They have more refreshments then popcorn! Its the only theater In town where you can sit back, Relax, and enjoy the movie!

Every seat, no matter what theater you are in, reclines! It is SO nice! Its such an enjoyable movie going experience. My absolute favorite place to go watch a movie, and its always clean.

Wonderful reclining seats with accessory trays. True big theater stereo sound and clear screens. No heads to peer around due to thoughtful spacing. Cost is $1.00 more per ticket. Id be nice if that extra cost lead to a discount on a concession!

Great seats but the staff are not the best at helping. Seat assignments are off at times. What I selected on the Regal app werent the same as the ones in the theater. I was able to get them updated but it was a bit of a challenge.

This is a great theater. The environment is welcoming, food selection is large, theaters are smaller so less crowded, clean, chairs lounge back with trays, assigned seating, bathrooms are clean. In the future theyll serve alcohol. Perfect theater.

This movie theater is very nice but the theater is kept so hot I couldnt really enjoy the movie and I asked the employees if they could turn on the A/C so they did for about 20 minutes then that was it. Then on top of it being a oven the people in there would not shut up for the movie. I wish that place would keep the theater at a comfortable temperature. And there screen is a bit small. I think the violet crown will be the movie theater I go to from now on.

Absolutely horrific service! My son and I went to see a movie while in Santa Fe (not locals), we bought our tickets, popcorn, a drink and some candy. Less than 5 minutes into the movie a bomb threat was called in and the theater was evacuated and told we would all be receiving a refund. My son and I left all of the concessions and fled along with everyone else into the freezing night, my son having not experienced this type of thing was freaked out and crying. There was no way to know how long the entirety of the mall would be closed off by emergency services, so we continued on our way south figuring I would call the next day for the promised refund.Now, a bomb threat is clearly not the theaters fault and this 1 star review is not because of that... it was the customer service that I received afterwards.This morning I call the theater and after having to go through a ton of automated prompts get transferred to the actual theater. At the actual theater I go through a bunch of automated prompts to speak with a girl, and explain the situation. She states they cant refund anything at all since it is the next day and she cant refund the concessions at all. Instead she offers replacement tickets but only if I come back to Santa Fe to get them (not a reasonable solution since I am not local). I get that she only has specific authority and ask for a manager and she is the assistant manager and acting manager and no one has more authority. After some back and forth I am given a customer service number for Regal that doesnt work.Next I call the Regal customer service line and again explain the situation. They email a request for a picture of the receipts and ticket stubs. When they receive them, I am told they cant help because the tickets are still intact and unused. At the time we entered the theater you gave the tickets to the concessions people who tore a 1/2 inch tear down the top but didnt separate the tickets. I explain this and they concede if their people didnt do their job it wasnt my fault (it took some arguing). Then they agree to the refund but try to do just the amount of the concessions (less than the tickets). I Correct them with the amount and they say they can only do the tickets and not the concessions since I must of ate them (after getting kicked out and running out into the freezing cold, I guess?). I ask for a manager again (god, I felt like a Karen). They finally came back and approved a refund for the full amount.So... the end result is that in 7-10 days I will get back my money for services and food I couldnt use or eat and the experience I had at this Regal Theater was that of running out into the freezing cold with a crying child. No apologies, no here are some tickets come and give us another chance. Instead I spent all the time in line and seeing a 5 minute preview of the movie and then 1 1/2 hours on the phone the next day to get them to agree that I shouldnt have to pay for something I didnt get.Extremely disappointed, really poor customer service.

New, larger theater(s). Comfortable, recliner chairs with tables and cupholders. Great sound system (a little bleed through from adjacent theater). Bright, large screen. Fresh popcorn, but still waiting on beer/wine license.

Regal at the SF Place was a huge treat because it brings back life to our City mall and the chairs are electrical recliners! The Lion King was not a let down. Totally impressive likeness to the animated original movie.

Were loving this theatre more then Stadium 14, these employees, have a better handle on ticket, n concession sales and seat choosing. We will probably be coming here more then Stadium 14.

I come here sort of often, and I always look forward to having dinner and a movie. Today the kitchen was closed due to fire alarm, and I asked if I could bring food from the food court around the corner since I hadn’t had dinner. They said no, so I went without dinner. Flexibility would’ve been nice if your kitchen is out, and that’s your main differentiator from other movie theaters. I guess I’ll start going to VC now, they’re nicer.

Very nice clean place but the manager is s young female who has been there for years and needs some Edicate skills. And polishing her customer relations skills Or find a new job

The seats here are stupidly comfortable . I love this new theatre. Its a little more expensive but worth every penny to watch a movie in a recliner with your feet up! And,.if the movie sucks you can just take a nap. In complete comfort!!

Small theaters, great, comfortable seats but too close to the screen. Overpriced matinee (offer a special rate and maybe the theater wont be empty!). Concessions drastically overpriced. I really want this place to succeed so, Regent, please carefully consider cheaper concessions and half-price matinees.

Called to make sure that rest. & bar is open (like Violet Crown!!!)and was told yes! Actually, NO! Purchased tickets via website and that said both were open as well-NO! I asked for a refund and when the acting manager-Adam-finally came to counter he was very short and rude, saying its the citys fault they do not have the permits...Adam did not want to hear about the wrong information that his Team and website are giving and misleading people....NO BUENO!!! 1 star because you have to give it a rating for review!!! ZERO STARS!!!

I havnt been to a movie in a long time..this the 2nd or 3rd time Ive been here.. So I guess its ok.

Its a nice small theater, a little bit fancy.

The staff is amazing. The theatre was busy but there wasnt a long wait for tickets or concessions because the employees were attentive and efficient. The Regal Rewards Card is free and they don’t spam you with unnecessary info. The most recent offer we took advantage of was for a free small popcorn and a small drink with every ticket purchased. There are many other perks as well but that was an instant bonus.

The movie theaters are nice, with comfortable seats.
