What a wonderful space for enjoying the arts! Gallery featuring contemporary art work was closed on Monday, and we were too early for a matinee of one of four independent films being shown, but this will definitely make my bucket list for a visit. Love the poetry booth off the lobby!

Exceptional, sooo lucky to meet a LIFETIME artist in progress. I was so honored to have shake his hand and explain his mission in life of his ART! Its was funny, in the mids of lecture on site, in a split moment of silence, i raised my hand and got reconized,. I ask Tom what was his favorite movie was? In stead of CONAN THE BARBIAN but instead BURAKA !! IF YU ARE A JOURNYMAN BLACKSMITH, yu would get the parallel. And oh 25th annivary is being celebrated here, look it up. Apparently, the producer lives in SFE.

A very cool space. Theaters are smaller than expected, but also have art in the lobby...making this a multimedia experience even if you thought you were just going to see a movie. They do a great job bringing wonderful art & films to Santa Fe from around the globe! Staff is friendly and fun. Food options are limited, but theres a small concessions booth at the front. Overall this is an interesting space with lots of cultural offerings. Definitely check out the telepoetry booth in the back (converted phone booth where you can dial a number and listen to a poet read their poems!)

Wonderful theatre, excellent selection of films not playing anywhere else. This is unique to Santa Fe. I do hope it can maintain business despite the low turnouts. They offer healthy snacks for your movie watching pleasure, and the seats are relatively comfortable.

Went to see a film here for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is amazingly friendly and the theater itself was more than I could hope for. Small in size but seems much larger because the screen is just the right size. The seating was as comfortable as could be, and the sound and lighting also just right. Cant wait to go back again to see another film, and also explore the rest of the facilities here. A+

Went to a great film about GaGa, a expressionistic dance form. I have now joined even though I live in Tucson because their special events and small release Independent films are so good, I believe they are now doing speakers in conjunction with the Lensic and also using that space. Id been to movies there long ago, but this backbone to humanities and films events in Santa Fe is really appreciated.

Nearly every time we come to Santa Fe, we get to come to the CCA for an event. This one was to celebrate Dyanna Taylors film about her grandmother, Dorothea Lange. Dyanna is a mentor of our daughter who also works in film. So we loved seeing and visiting with her as well as the event itself. the only unfortunate thing was that by the time it was our turn in the queue, the DVD copies were all sold out. Not to worry, it was suggested that we try PBS and so we did and the DVD will probably be waiting for us when we return home. Love your venue--relaxing and comfortable. I love how it melds the experiences of attending the theater with that of going to a movie.

The CCA is a community living room - like Cheers, without the booze. The people are friendly and helpful and the environment is always inviting. I go for the top notch indie films and stay for the art. The Cinemateque engages the community in ways that no other theater in town does.
