Great day sailing! Mask and social distancing are an important part of this outing. Capacity is limited, great for a fun family outing. Wine, beer, and pizza are served as well.

Went with my husband. Best experience yet. Very interesting. We were served wine, fruit, cheese and crackers. (Did not take this voyage during Coronavirus though). Very fun. Great staff. Well worth the money!

While I love the cruise the food last time was not appropriate for the amount of people on board. It was catered by Akira sushi. Each guest received one plate of food consisting of 5 assorted pieces (basically less than one full roll) for the entire lunch. Simply not enough when the cruise was offered as a lunch. Very disappointed in the food. The crew and sail were terrific tho.

Great customer service, friendly staff and a good overall experience. I highly suggest this place if you want a 5 star sail!

Went on the beer and pizza cruise with these guys and it was fantastic! The crew was so awesome and nice. The sailing was perfect too. It might have been super great because we went on a really warm day and got to see whales! Id still do it again on a cold day and bring a few more friends. Hanging on the ocean is just beautiful. Cant say enough about how cool the crew was! They rock!

We have now celebrated 6 anniversaries on board the Chardonnay ii sunset cruise. We have also enjoyed the pizza cruise and the brew masters cruise. We plan on going again next month. What better way to spend a Saturday evening than drinking wine or beer, eating cheese, bread, and fruit. Making new friends peacefully cruising the waters off Santa Cruz on a 70 foot sailboat.

Today we all said goodbye to my sister. Best captain and first mate, we saw angels in the sky and whales that followed us along which I am sure my sis had something to do with that. Love you sister Karen you will remain in my heart forever

I cant say enough good stuff about this trip. We did the Thursday afternoon Cruz from 4-6pm. $50 per person and you can bring your own drinks. The crew is very friendly and the Cruz is beautiful. This was the topper to our family trip. Weve come to Santa Cruz for years and years but this was the first time going sailing here. It was perfect. You can sit below, in the inner part with the long plastic seats or on the top by the sails. You stay along the coast line so you can keep your equilibrium and not get sick.

We had the most fun watching the fireworks from the boat! Absolutely beautiful evening! The crew kept us fed, pizza was great as usual, the wine a perfect add to a perfect evening!

My dad was visiting, and wanted to get out on the water. We booked a public charter on the Chardonnay II for the Wednesday Regatta. The crew served pizza, wine and beer, and were great hosts for our sailing adventure. We headed out of the Harbor and into the bay to watch the Wednesday Night Regatta. It was fun to see the boat race, and soak up the sun and sea breeze. The best part was getting to see humpback whales playing in the water all around us! Up close and personal!!! Thanks to the Chardonnay crew for an amazing evening! We will definitely sail with them again.

We had a blast! A very FUN trip... Got to see a humpback whale breaching the water - right off the port bow. The crew was great the Capt. very knowledgeable - caught a perfect day. Will definitely be doing that again next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Fantastic sail in Santa Cruz and Capitola harbors. Crew was super generous and friendly. Good music and a superb sailing team.

It was a great experience except for the $49.00 parking ticket ...might be good if they let you know that slip renters spaces apply and warn you at registration ....wasnt marked like this last year. I was already planning to come back again 3 weeks with my brother and his family... not feeling it so much now after paying $253. . plus tip and then that parking ticket.

So FUN!!! Great crew! I love the different themed cruises!! If I lived in SC, I would be on that vessel every weekend!

Went on a whale watching tour and got to see blue whales full open mouth feeding. It was wonderful.

It was a nice cruise. The crew was friendly and readily available to assist. They served beer and wine freely. The catered food was less than desirable.

I liked it better than the ONeill boat - sailing is wonderful! Much more relaxing. And, they serve you wine! Cant wait to go again.

They are professional, we had good time. We took Chardonnay III, on its maiden chartered... Ohhh boy what a ride that was... I handled the boat for 15 min and did many mennuvers,,, its swift and fast... I call it Ferrari on water. For it was no casual sail where you have wine and cheese, do nothing... This was real deal...

This boat is impressive in how many trips it makes per day. Very efficiently managed with a good variety of themes for the outings. It is a great way to get out and experience Monterey bay.

I visited Santa Cruz over the Summer and happened to hear from a local that this is a great way to spend a few hours. Wow, they were right! Highly recommend for couples or friends looking for something fun to do.

It was all very nice and as advertised. Food and drinks aplenty. The boat went a little too much back and forth on the same area for my taste.
