Went to see MIDWAY. Everyone working in the theater was friendly and helpful. The seats we had could have used new cushions. More seating in the waiting area would be nice especially for old folks like myself. Way too many commercials....waiting for Midway to start. I don’t think WWll lasted as long. Overall a great theater. Great experience.

Am I in Valencia? This theater has been so messy for a couple of years now. As you walk to your theater you wade through popcorn strewn hallways. The bathrooms have gotten better recently, but cleanliness really needs to be a priority everywhere else. Why would you pay so much for a ticket and deal w this?

The place is fun and cool. The personal is really kind and aware of your needs. The food options are good and prices are reasonable. The cinemas are clean and confortable as well the bathroom.

Nice clean theater, all the first run movies. Some fun movie events. Kiosks on the inside to buy tickets so you dont have to wait in line.

I want to review my local Regal cinema better but unfortunately the one thing that is important me is just really an issue there and continuously remains one which is their food concession set up and ability to deliver.Let’s just be honest I can’t be the only one on this planet who gets to the theater kind of just in time and then is going to stand in line and then probably didn’t eat lunch or dinner so I’m about to drop some serious cash at the concession stand... I also can’t be the only one Who can’t wait to see all the trailers before the movie but because I’ve become that “just on time” person and because this theater now accommodates picking your seats ahead of time I pretty much reserve my “trailer time” for my “waiting time” at the concession stand time while my kids and friends all get to enjoy trailers.I finally feel like enough is enough - 2 visits ago I dropped almost $50 and I literally waited a total of 25 minutes just to get my food I had ordered and this was after I had already placed my order and paid. So the total time I waited was 40 minutes before I actually got into the theater thereby missing the beginning of the movie. I did make a gentle complaint to the manager who seemed genuinely apologetic And explained that it was due to the fact that they only had one heating machine in the back. That’s craziness! Especially when it’s busy like it seems to be EVERY time I go.This kind of sucks for the patrons but it also kind of sucks for the theater because we all know that this is where the money and profit for any movie theater. It is not your movie ticket. But I can assure you that I’m going to come quite well fed and I might stick a couple of bag of M&Ms in my purse before my next visit because I just don’t want to keep waiting and missing out on all the fun and purpose of visiting the movie theater anymore!

The prices are pretty high and the popcorn was burnt. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and patient. I enjoyed the movie and sound quality a lot but the seat I got was not cleaned and still had old popcorn on it and all over the floor. Maybe just an off or busy day for the staff but everything else was superb!

I love Jim Carey movies! I enjoyed his character from a favorite video game I use to play!

Next to the Valencia Mall and staff is great. We love coming here and they offer alot of food plus alcohol for the adults.

This regal is in a great location near lot of food. The theaters are generally clean and functioning. It doesnt have quite the array of high tech fancy theaters that you see more often these days. But the experience is still a good one.

Nice theater located in heart of Valencia. Good snacks and friendly staff. There are lots of teens around so the theatre can be noisy and littered at times.

Recently upgraded location - more comfortable seats, bathrooms are clean and the ability to choose your own seats ahead of time is convenient. This location serves alcohol (wine & beers). The employees are helpful and friendly. They do their best to keep theaters clean despite all the kids (and adults) who dump trash & popcorn everywhere :-(

Loved it my first time here

Writing this as feedback to the Regal Team. The seating is terrible when the theater is full. Seats are outdated and small giving you a claustrophobic feel. Please follow AMCs lead and upgrade your seats to reclining spacious seats. Paying a premium for bad seats. 2 stars because the IMAX is really good as far as sound goes.

Location was great. Can say that IT chapter two was really scary. The food took some time before you can have it so better grab an hour before the show.

Came with a group of 30+ers, spent $100 at Snackbar and wife was denied a wine just because her license expired today. We are clearly not kids. They also did not want to pop fresh popcorn because it takes 6 minutes and they closed the snack bar in 5. Going to Canyon Country Regal ONLY going forward. One Star cause movie was decent but overall experience rubbed us wrong way.

The experience overall was good. The theaters are comfortable and the staff is pretty attentive. I used Atom to buy tickets and snacks, and I waited in line next to the pickup sign. I didnt realize that others in that line hadnt also used Atom to do it, and there werent signs to indicate a difference between normal guests and Atom order pickups. Good theater, overall.

Awesome IMAX, one of the best in the area.

Ok theater, kind of old and the seats are a little uncomfortable. There is a second snack bar but its not used anymore marking that area look hold and it if place. It is not a bass place to go see a movie but if you have a choice you might want to go somewhere else.

Fast service so you can watch your movie on time.

King size reclining seats ( that are big enough for human adult sized people to sit comfortably in), with adjustable arm rests/ drink holder ( remove to cuddle with the munchkin), always clean, not usually crowded.

I wish I could rate this theater better, but when you pay for IMAX, its disappointing to see lots of screen imperfections every time theres a bright scene. Another smaller theater seems to have a giant smear on one side of the screen. Otherwise, audiences are almost always conscientious of others, and employees have been polite and helpful.

Insane number of product commercials. Just unending commercials. If you like paying theater prices to watch 30 min of commercials, come here. Clean and nice theater, but a waste of 30 min per movie.

This theater is in a good location. I feel the wormers could be alittle more nicer and helpful. They dont smile much so they look as if they do not enjoy there job. Customer service should be for a lesson that enjoys helping others with smile. Also to go above and beyond for the customers.

I love our theater, especially that it has an IMAX for the big 3D films. Sad to see it being replaced, dont know why....

The theater is great, concession a joke, 2nd time Ive been & my partner likes a over priced super small glass of red wine. First time they had sold out causing mass confusion with staff, 2nd time we went to see a movie they managed to squeeze enough out for one glass but when I went back for a second glass halfway through the movie, sold out panic stations again. Why offer something that obviously sells if your not going to carry some stock. Just a small thing which spoils the experience & has us looking at other movie theaters. Your markup on the wine is huge, so loosing money & now overall customers !!!!!

IMAX for $39 for 1 adult and 1 child, not including food? The chairs do not recline, and I do not see a huge difference in the screen. Overall, nice and big theater with lots of options.

Its a good place but I think it needs a little bit of organization with their employees.

Clean stadium seating (you pick your seats at purchase now), good quality sound, and typical projection. A solid no frills movie experience, except, did I mention they serve wine now. Its a little off putting to drink wine from a plastic cup, but their selections are actually pretty good. By the way, the posted movie time is when they start the 20 minutes of previews. So if you arrive a little late, its ok, youre not late. If you arrive early its a long wait for the movie to start.

Great theatre to go see movies. Friendly staff & very helpful. Bathrooms are very clean and close by. I come here pretty regularly because its close to home. Lots of good restaurants adjacent along with the Valencia Town Center & mall within walking distance. Has IMAX & 3D also.

One of my favorite movie theaters. Always clean, comfortable seats and staffed by friendly people. Parking is right across the street. Excellent restaurants and other shops all within a short walk from this movie theater.

Ticket purchase, seat selection slow, archiac and unnecessary. Went to noon showing on a MONDAY. 25 people in the theater. Whats the deal with holding the line up to TRY and look at a miniature screen to select seats??? Glare from sun didnt help either. Whats the point of check in???. If the place is packed how does this speed up the process? Prices are outrageous to begin with and dont even get me started on concession prices . . . I could do way better to implement a system that works. I feel for the employees. Seats need replacing. On a positive note, the restrooms were extremely clean.

Nice location, parking is never hard (and free! Unlike most of LA) and good showings. Biggest problem is the temperature inside. Sometimes the a/c just doesnt work sometimes and Ill be straight up sweating in the theater. Its baaad sometimes. Not usually though, so 4 stars.

I had not wanted to go to this theater for a while, but, I was surprised in a good way about the improvements they have made. From the seat reservation system, to the seats themselves, to the restrooms, it was much better.

Super clean, everyone is so friendly! I really liked that they hire disabled people if that makes sense. The only thing that happened that I questioned was the guys behind me were very open about being only 15 but Edwards employees didnt ask to show ID when they bough a rated R movie tickets.I was in the back of a line waiting for the doors to open on the theater and I still got great center seats for my husband, son, and self cool!

My experience here was disappointing. The ticket cost a lot of money, which I dont understand why since they subject you to so many commercials before the movie starts. And half an hour of movie trailers that start AFTER the posted movie start time! I was there almost an hour before the actual movie started. Its ridiculous.

Dont expect a good experience from this place! The concession stand staff (Seth) did as little as possible to provide service. After paying $25 for Popcorn and Soda, then I realized the butter machine was out of butter and no salt at the concession stand. I asked for help, but i was told to walk to the back and get butter. Just very rude, Youd think someone would just change the butter out..is it really that hard?

Good movie theater, typically every experience I have here is great. There seems to be problems using the app that the theater is associated with. Every time I use it. There is an error or fault when claiming an offer and I end up just paying full price for my food items in concessions. Other than that, clean theater, employees are typically nice.

Was in Imax theater for the first time horrible seats no leg room like sitting in back seat of a sub compact car.

Prices are more expensive than other Regal theaters (simi vally or thousand oaks) and the theater does not even have recliner seats. Regal should consider update this theater.

Dont watch AD Astra. Fake reviews. Need to fire the reviewing crew and hire another crew because how is that 82% on rotten tomatoes. Unhappy.

Beer in a movie with my four-year-old she sat through the whole thing was awesome

Went with my granddaughter to see Aquaman. Reasonable prices considering where you are. Premises was clean and very well kept. Staff was extremely courteous and smiling.

The first three rows in IMAX are so close to the screen that you have to be looking up with your neck band for the entire movie. Not only do you end up with neck pain, but the movie is less enjoyable as you seen it at an angle. I regretted my decision to watch the movie before it even began.

I just watched Jumanji and there were 10 minutes of commercials after the showtime passed. I didnt pay to watch commercials.

This cinema is not upto standard, the sound system doesnt work until the main movie starts or theres sound but no picture until the main movie starts. This has happened 3 times now.

Employees are always available, helpful, and accommodating! Pretty clean, I really enjoy that there are also screenings for international/animated films that normally wouldnt screen in the US. And that we dont have to drive out a ways to see those kinds of films, so Im thankful for that!

A charming theater with very friendly services, also has huge selections of tasty snacks, fast foods and drinks. I’m always satisfied with their services as well as their super clean environment. It might just be the right place to go after a busy day of shopping at the nearby mall. Their IMAX experience is a bit expensive though.

Regular theater is fine, the so called IMAX “experience” is totally lame. Might as well just call it “Big Screen “, because that’s all it is. Absolutely nothing added to the experience than a larger screen, at almost twice the cost. Miles behind other theaters. No wonder there were only ten people in Jurassic World 2!

Went to go watch Toy Story 4 today. Had a great time and it wasnt crowded at all.

Busy spot but Alexander opr 1182 kept his calm and helped us with out big order. He ensured we get our regal crown credits as well allowing us to give him different phone numbers. Alex R is a cool representative.

I Ioved this place I came with my fiance and I enjoyed our movie but trying to win a stuffed animal here dont try it it steals your money.

Theater is nice! They do serve pretty good food here. They also serve beer and wine if you like that stuff Sound is good, seats are not the reclining kind. Unless you go to the IMAX one.

Theaters are decent... Just wish we could have an upscale theater up here that has good food and drinks.

Have been coming to this theatre for years. Its great seeing how its developed over time. It has a retro feel, a real Marquee for example, but has all the modern convienences youd expect a cutting edge modern theatre to have. Facilities are well kept and the employees are friendly and helpful. Its located in a great spot of the Town Center with some good food spots right next to it.

We used to love going to this theater, but with the implementation of the new pick your seat policy has destroyed it. The seats are uncomfortable and cramped and the theaters are always hot. The new policy makes it 100 times worse and if you feel the need to move and change seats to be comfortable you can not or risk being removed. Unfortunately it has made going to this theater unpleasant and frustrating.

The theater itself was nice, but it had a problem with cleanliness. Popcorn on the floors and other liter. The lines too were fairly long, and did not move very fast. In the bathroom an attendant wiped up the water... but did not actually clean at all.

This theater is not bad...but certainly in need of an upgrade

They were playing a wrong movie at the theater. When we realized that they were not playing the movie we came for, we made them aware and they eventually fixed it but I had to watch the whole commercial again. Therefore, we had to watch movie previews for 50min. It was ridiculous and unprofessional. I wanted to talk to someone about the long movie previews and ask if we could skip this part since we already saw so much of it and get to the actual movie that we purchased ticket for, but could not get a hold of anyone. So, I had to just wait until the commercial is over.Also, the IMAX seats were too close to the screen. We were sitting 4th from the back of the theater and the screen was still close, hurting my neck. After watching nearly 1 hour of movie previews, I watched a movie that was over 2hrs and now I have pain on my neck. Not really pleasant experience, definitely not what I bought ticket for. IMAX ticket for 2 adults are nearly $50. I dont think I got the experience I was expecting.

Probably one of the best places to see a movie in the city. The prices arnt very local friendly thus its not something I do all the time, however every time I visit i love it. This is the way movies were ment to be seen.

The gentleman behind the snack counter was very friendly and helpful. Great movie experience.

So glad this theater has finally gotten assigned seating. We were getting tired of driving to the Arclight in Sherman Oaks to see blockbusters so we wouldnt have to wait in line 45 minutes just so we could all sit together. Now, can you do this with your Canyon Country theater? And, how about some reclining seats like Regals Simi Valley location? Ive got a friend that drives out there just for those seats and the leg room.

I love to take my grandchildren here.
