Its fine i guess but it would be a 5 star is the staff help a little bit more on the homework
The people who work here are wonderful and the place is absolutely a fun place for kids to play around in. I highly recommend Kidseum! This place deserves the good recognition! :)
Small but fun, but not sure Id want to pay to go to this only. We got admission to this along with admission to the Bowers museum nearby and a special Knights in Armor exhibit there, which was great. It made a short stop at kidseum worthwhile, but Im not sure otherwise it would have seemed worth the price.
I came here with my 3 year old son and he got bored after 20 mins being there. Not much interesting than any public playground. Few huge chess boards, a couple of small slides, a glowing room (small dark room with black walls and chalks which glow in ultraviolet) and nothing else.
My kids loved this place. We’ll be back with friends.
Good place for all to learn new things.
Pretty cute place. Our kiddo is a toddler - relatively young - so didnt take much to wear him out. If you have older kids might be a bore. They had some sophisticated art projects. She range of kids I saw was like infant to 5 or 6.
Cute for toddlers and very interactive! The face painting and art area were very nice! I do wish certain things were laid out with more of an eye on safety (while we were there we saw moms go running out the door after errant toddlers enough that it seemed like there might be a better solution, but overall this was a cute museum, and I appreciated how the displays were put together to appeal to a wide range of ages.
Kidseum needs a lot more staffing and interactions through out the first and second floor. Great place for the little ones though.
We went today with 4 adults and 4 kids from 2 to 9 and honestly we were a bit disappointed: a lot of activities or equipments werent working and the place is in bad shape and need renovation. The people working there are really nice and helpful, and you do can do some art activities (stamping this day) and get face painting but thats it more or less all. It wasnt worth the 8 USD per person .
This is the perfect place for my kiddo to play and for me to relax and have fun too.
Ok, I dont understand the good reviews. How much did they change things? I felt like it was a huge rip off. We were inside 15min tops. It was a knights theme with lots of chess related things (one life size and many small ones exhibited), a room with crafts, some costumes to take pics, a glow cave with boards that had no space to draw on (note that we were the only ones with another mom and her kid that just did face painting so it was not busy at all and they could have taken the time to clean some of those boards. I tried cleaning with a filthy towel that was on the floor and i guess its been so long that the chalk was too hard to erase). 2nd floor was closed. Its a good thing there was a yule festival (id call it event given the size) on the patio outside with some activities but since its not part of the kidseum in itself you cant count on that if you think about visiting. Maybe call before making a decision to see whats going on. But at 20$ for both parents, 5$ for the toddler and 6$ for the parking at the Bowers museum, kidseum wont see me anymore.
This place was so much better. Not worth it at the moment. Second floor is closed. A couple of fun things are gone.
This place is great for toddlers and its free for Santa Ana residents every Sunday. Its a place where you can be interactive with your little one. They also do face painting, arts and crafts. My daughter did not want to leave.
Small and expensive to go in and just to be there for a few minutes. Staff suck they are not friendly at all. Took my son today 2/17/19 and i do not think i will take him back.
Great place for kids to play and learn
Had a good time here with the kids, although we got in free for a short time. We didnt get to stay long. The kids enjoyed it, we would have liked it to be a little newer inside, but that is the pretentious me talking.
Some interesting things, but itll only keep your kids occupied for an hour or two.
Love it! Friendly staff! A very fun place for the kids
We went during the fairy tale exhibits. They were interesting but maybe not worth the price. It is free for locals on Sundays.
Good for younger toddlers. Older kids will enjoy the Discovery Cube up the street more.
Love taking my son here. Also they have an afyer school program.
Small but good place for play date
My daughters loved the hands on art projects and exibits
Really cool things to see ! I enjoyed it
Such a fun place for my 6 and 2 year old neices
Kids always have fun here! Best activities for them.
Was not impressed. The actual exhibits were well done, but lost its flavor by being in a run down, poorly lit facility.
Awesome after school program! Art projects after homework is done!
If the puppet show had not taken place this day, I would have rated 1/5. The museum is too small for the price
My daughter love this place.
Cool place for kids to have fun. Lots of activities.
Viet Bam exhibit spare
Very small museum. Will entertain young children for a short amount of time.
Nothing relates to “museum”.
Not what expected
Small
The place is small
Cost was on the higher side
Here kids can do some arts with Clay.
