Clean, trampoline place. There are a few fun options here; Foam pit, dodge ball, rock climbing wall, basketball hoop, an area with trampolines just for children up to age 6 and a jumping arcade game. They also have lockers, tables to eat and couches to lounge on for the adults while the kids jump away.We came on a quiet day which allowed us to experience it all without having to wait long. Its a smaller place so it can get crowded quickly.I would come again and make sure it was a quiet time.

I took my son for his 9th birthday he had a BLAST!! they have hand Sanitizer everywhere inside the place.

A couple of months ago this place was great. Now it is REALLY bad. There is a group of teenage boys who go around bullying and taking trampolines away from little kids. Today one tried with me. He came and stood right in front of me attempting to force me off the trampoline I was on. When I asked him to move that I was using the trampoline he stood in my face laughing at me. I stood my ground and told him to get off. I am an adult and can handle the situation, however, I see many kids there having the same thing done to them while the staff stands there watching and does nothing about it. It was out of control today and yesterday. Groups of kids/teens that appear to be there without parents. Pushing, shoving, running, toppling over each other, dirty bathrooms no distancing what so ever, and the whole place(including trampolines) looks like it has not been cleaned in ages. When I approached a staff member about I was informed several times there was nothing that could be done. The staff member stated when they attempt to enforce the rules the kids just ignore them. I stated going to leave a review which forced the staff member to act. I think there is a huge problem with teen bullies there and the staff is young and intimidated by them so they let them get away with it. It used to be a fun/safe trampoline park. Now it is ridiculous. No rules, no distancing, numerous people on each trampoline, Way over capacity, dirty, bullying, running, pushing, shoving and staff that is to intimidated and/or discouraged to do anything about it. I will give this place a couple more tries in hopes it goes back to the way it was a couple months ago. If it does not improve we will have to stop going. My daughter and I really used to enjoy it there. We cannot go to the other one we used to go to because it has not opened yet but as soon as it does we will switch back there if it does not improve.

We have had the unlimited monthly pass of and on for a year. I do enjoy this play and so does my son but lately there has been a group of young teenage boys who are bullies and VERY inappropriate. They are always cussing and play too hard.They get dropped off by their parents and the employees favor them for whatever reason. Tonight the boys kept hitting dodgeball in the face and cussing. Rules are not followed!! Multiple other parents told employees but nothing was done about it.The shift lead did nothing to fix the issue either!Beware at neon jump for the older boys.This really needs to be fixed for an enjoyable time for all the kids not just the bullies.

This is definitely one of the spots you want to go if you want to get your kids tired. Theres a group on right now so theres a deal . You just have to buy it a day ahead of time.

Great place for toddlers & teens. Although we don’t go very often; the 3 month 2 hour pas works best for us. Always have fun and a large enough venue to support any size birthday!

Brian and Ruben helped me with trying to wrangle up 4 kids and to sit them down and get them fed...these 2 young men went above and beyond their job it is refreshing to see young people with compassion and care for others and the food was pretty good as well.

Kids love it...go there and make friends...try the monthly membership well worth it

So happy they opened up again! My kids are ages 8, 5, and 19 months. They all had a great time. Very clean also and lots of hand sanitizer stations!

My son loves this place. We love Tuesdays and Fridays because they have earlier jump times for kids age 6 and younger and my 3 year old doesnt feel so overwhelmed. Most days we go there are very few people there which is nice. I love all the different activities that there are there for the kids to do. It is always very clean too.

I went with my sister,her kids and my kid. The kids thought the jumping place was nice and it was but then they were so thirsty so we went to their fridge to get diet Pepsi and crush watermelon and water (2 diet Pepsis 1 crush and 1 water) we asked them how much they were,at first they said 1 dollar each so then we were counting and they said 2 dollars instead of 1 per bottle,THEN they said 2 dollars for the soda and 3 dollars for the water and we were so surprised so we never even got water or crush it was so expensive?!?!!

This is a great place for all ages! I love the fact that older children/adults can participate in trampoline dodgeball and basketball, while younger children can bounce in specific areas for those under 6 years old. it seems to be a bit understaffed in that, rock climbing walls are chained off and require staff assistance that is only available at the front desk. enjoy additional accommodations including snacks, ice cream, video games, and a photo booth. The foam pit is a highlight for children as young as 2 years old.

I like this place. Not many people when we went,probably because it was a weekday but we appreciated that. My only criticism is that their foam pieces could stand to be replaced.

Its alright. Nothing to fancy just a bunch of trampolines for the kids to jump on. If your are comparing this place to Skyzone ect you will be disappointed

Great little kid free play on weekend mornings. Clean facility and the staff are very friendly. Lots of snack vending machines and they have a snack bar.

I bring my daughter and her friends with the the one month pass, 1 hr jump time for $35 each.Everything usually seems clean when we are here. Staff has always been very friendly which is always appreciated, especially when dealing with hyper kids all day. They do tend to be understaffed often though. One supervisor on the floor always means no access to the main rockwall which is what my daughter and her friends always want to do.My main issue is the temperature. Its always WAY too warm inside, especially for so much physical activity. Within 10 minutes the kids get so hot they want to go home. A third of the jump time is always wasted attempting to cool off. The thermostat read 80°. With no moving air in the park its just too much.Not sure if we will renew our pass which is a real bummer since its local and should be a great way to escape the heat.

Great place for kids but they dont let u bring in even bottle of water while u wait for your kids.

Security or rather lack of his my biggest concern. When children can walk in and out without anyone looking thats a problem. Us parents have to be extremely vigilant on where our children are but at location like this it would be nice to know that my kids are a little bit safe.

I have been a few times... some for birthday parties some just for playdates. It a good atmosphere clean for the most part. During 1 party the trash bins were madly overflowing and trash was on floor. However the trampoline areas were are super clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly but I do think were understaffed. Over all its a good place. Party prices are a bit steep making the experience not the best but I do see that the money goes into the great maintenance of the trampoline areas. Thanks.

We went here for a birthday party. The place is small with not as much to do as other trampoline places we have been to. There was not nearly enough employee supervision and very few of them were even trying to get the children to follow the rules. They did have a couple of unique activities but that was really the only positive.

The kids enjoyed. We attended a 9 year olds birthday party there in August. Its quite expensive and they are strick about time limits as they shuffle one party in and the other party out. The party room where kids are served pizza and sodas is lacking in comfort and ambience. Not to mention, they pretty much rush you in and out!! The parents were not fed or offered beverages which was weak. I purchased a blended ice drink similar to a slurpie because I was parched. Overpriced and extremely limited selection of items for hungry and/or thirsty patrons. One would be better served by a vending machine.

Brought my daughter for her birthday she had fun they need more staff for food area we had to keep callingg someone to give a refill. Employees need to smile more

We left. My 2 daughters and their families left because they want parents to pay the full $20.00 for ALL children. Children 3 and under should be free because they arent going to jump without a parent.

Great facility to take the kids (and adults) for some physical activities. Food is actually pretty tasty. Only reason its not 5-Star, is that there is not enough parking.

I was invited for a birthday party and brought my 2 year old granddaughter with me. We both had a blast, the food was very good (for pizza). I liked how a staff person was assigned to the party, served the food, set up a special table for the birthday cake and brought the presents in a cart. The party started at 10am and finished exactly at 12:30pm. They have a great system and I would definitely recommend this place for birthday or corporate parties.

Awesome spot for some good fun! Brought my 2 kids and some friends (courtesy of Groupon discounts) and we all had a blast. The kids love the Dodge ball and the rock wall and we all love the air bag for trying out some flips and other moves. My favorite thing is the basketball type game that they have. Weve been several time and always have a great time!

Nice place for kids and birthday parties. Parking is plenty but gets a little tight and limited due to the amount of kids and families visiting.

Like this place for the $$. Its local and the TVs are great for the adults while the kids play. Its clean and theres a lot of parking. Staff was very attentive and were there to help when needed.

Everything was great except for 1 thing. if a party pays for an extra hour or two for a room they rented they should include the playground in the fee. why would anyone just want to rent the room & not the play ground. other than that everyone enjoyed themselves & the customer service was very polite & helpful.

Not bad. Our kids had a lot of fun. You must buy (or already have with you) their socks. You cant use socks from a different jump place. Rock climbing is included which was nice. I have been to other places that have had more to do.

They have a great set up with a decent number of tramps and options for participants. However, it was not very well organized and (important safety) rules are not enforced at all. I have been to several trampoline parks, and they have all (except this one) been very strict about running across tramps and multiple people on one trampoline. I didnt feel safe jumping because kids were constantly running and jumping onto the trampoline I was using, and, oftentimes, it was 3+ kids at once. It was a constant worry for my knees (and being double-jumped), as well as for the kids and learning on one or kicking one as I jumped.

This place was not as expected. Recently celebrated a birthday party for my child and the service was absolutely horrible. To begin, the food was all wrong. We ordered Veggie pizzas and were given Pepperoni pizzas instead. To top it off, our server gave us extremely horrible service, very rude and non-accommodating. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We love trampoline parks. The place was clean. Pleanty of places for the kids to jump. But.....Unless you are a single bachelor bringing in 100k a year... its not worth it. I could have bought my own trampoline for my house at Walmart for what I spent for an hour of jumping on a family of five. Another addition that bothers me is that they make you wear their socks, you cant bring your own socks! furthermore, dont try to buy a Groupon and use it the same day because they wont let you. So all in all unless you feel like dropping a couple hundred bucks for an hour of people telling you you cant do things, Save your money! There are other parks w less rules and regulations for equal or lesser cost!

Love this place! The staff is very friendly, yet not super invasive like it other places... I love that you can share a square with your kid instead of being told to be in a separate square like other places... The food and drinks dont cost too much which is great, I even noticed that there are massaging chairs for parents that dont want to jump with their kids... My only complaint is that the lines are kind of long, and theres no one there to regulate them. Other than that, I suggest you grab the Groupon and head on over.

Its such a fun place to hold kids birthday parties because not only is it fun for kids but its also fun for the adults. I think the pricing for the kids parties is also pretty reasonable.

Super crowded with 6 bday parties at the same time, plus walk in. There was no ac and all the kids were soak and wet!!! Parents were super uncomfortable with the heat. As far as the games/room it is pretty fun with different jump activities. Kids had a lot of fun! Plenty of parking!

It’s clean. but when we ordered our food we waited 20-30 minutes for 2 fries that weren’t even cooked right. i also purchased a icee but the staff forgot about it they didn’t even try to give it to me. friendly staff though. a little disappointed

This place is super clean. The workers are really nice and supervise very well keeping it safe. The dodge ball and rock climbing are our favorite activities. The lockers are great so you can have fun with the kids worry free. Bring water bottles.

My kids enjoy this place a lot we have been coming here For a good couple of years I even had my daughters birthday celebrated here last year and it was a great experience I have never had an issue and staff has always been friendly and overall its always kept clean. We go with our 2yo and he loves it. Besides the trampoline theres a floor video game pad where he can play with other kids. You must purchase their socks as they are slip resistant and reusable. They have parent and me times with discounted prices and other specials

People are fun and curtious. Prices are great! You cant go wrong if your looking for somewhere fun and different to take the kids. Thats also inside and air conditioned with plenty of room to run. This is the place. Its fun for any age group and they can also accommodate groups or parties. I recommend Rockin Jump for a blast of a time!!

Not as busy as I thought it was going to be on Saturday. We got there at 11 no birthday crowds showed up until 12:00 12:30. My son had a great time after a 60-minute session got home hes crashed out.

Great fun for all ages! I was very surprised with how clean everything was. I have to say, I expected it to have a funny smell.Dont waste your money on any of the arcade games. Just believe me when I say they are all broken, not just the ones with signs.

I had my daughter Rylees party here. The staff was great very accommodating and helpful. I was especially pleased with my party hosts they were very patient with me and very polite. This venue is very clean and modern. The most talked about part of our party was how cool the rock climbing wall was. I was very pleased and will recommend Rockin Jump over its competitors any day.
