Very rude racist and unprofessional office staff. Ascentia is the company that manages this once family friendly mobile park. As with all corporate run management companies, they are cold uncaring and only interested in their bottom dollar and how they can make more. There is no parking for guests and this is not a child friendly mobile park. It is overrun with cats that keep having more and more kittens which has caused a real issue with their feces and urine and the smell is very strong.

Very happy with my unit, lots of space and even though Im renting it feels like I own my own home. People are friendly and maintenance is very helpful. The only complaints I have is when you need something fixed, it sometimes takes a while for them to get to you. Im delighted that their pet friendly here since I have a dog of my own that I always have on a leash when taking him outside and always pick up after him, yet I have other dogs in the neighborhood who are never leashed and will come into my property space and do their business. Its very discouraging for the people who do follow the pet rules and Im sure for the renters who dont own any pets. All in all their modular homes are quite beautiful.

This is a good area to live in my neighbors are clean and quiet . I think some of the run down trailers should stay because they too are having bad times. Also I think the rent for a trailer is too high. But I like living here it’s amazing experiencing the spiritual world in this area (I’m Pentecostal) The not so good parts of living here is the dogs some of the owners are not responsible of theirs dogs and their dogs be pooping everywhere

They have some nice and some old looking homes. Trailers are kind of close together. Seems pretty quiet. I only visited. It also seems to be pet friendly. They should really try to get rid of the old empty trailers that looks run down. The park would look more decent if they did. Didnt see a play area, swimming pools or any other outdoor amenities. Overall it looks like a nice place to live.

I stay here and for the most part I like it. However, what I cant understand is Ive been here for 3 mths now and still cant get maintenance to come to replace my storm door and blinds. Ive requested this since Ive moved here. Rent is expected to be paid on time by the 5th, but I cant even get simple things like a storm door and blinds replaced??? I hate to do this review but hopefully it can prompt front office to make sure these smalls things get done asap. Lizards have almost gotten in my house because the storm door is broken and hanging off. I have an 11 yr old that is terrified and quite frankly, so am I.

Pine Village is a great place to have a home. Many new units are available now.

The ladies at the front office are genuine and friendly. However, the people that move in is a hit or miss you may get clean neighbors or not. My neighbors are not clean their kids put their trash everywhere and the dogs are never on leashes and forget about people respecting your space which depends on the type of neighbors you get on another note maintenance is great.

Office staff and maintenance is great but the people that live there has parties constantly i guess it depends on your street that you’re staying on could determine your experience my neighbors were dirty animals are NEVER on leashes and kids are disrespectful and can’t respect others things or space.

Great place to live. Except for the damn chiwawas that run into my yard and attack my dogs even after asking the owners to stop them . But if you dont have dogs perfect place. Neighbours are great and everyone is friendly .
