We had my sons 5th birthday party at Altitude...I was a little stressed with the covid situation along with the natural stress that a mom feels planning their childs birthday party. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I GOT TO ACTUALLY ENJOY THE BIRTHDAY BOY IN ACTION! Instead of hosting and making sure everything is taken care of, i got to take pictures and enjoy myself. It was top notch!! They even had me covered after I realized i forgot the candle for the cupcake! I cant recommend enough for the mom that wants a stress free, fun birthday party for their child.

Fun place to take your children and let then burn out some energy. The prices are reasonable. They have a monthly membership that Im strongly considering obtaining for our family. They provide socks ($2) I believe, a military discount!!

Celebrated my daughters 7th birthday here today. Very attentive and helpful staff. I rented the park for 2 hrs for friends and family and I couldnt be happier. More than I expected.

My 9 year old and I went together and had a blast! Everything has a good difficulty to it but is also easy enough that after a few tries you can complete each course no problem. Our favorites were the rock climbing and extreme dodgeball. An hour long pass is definitely a good amount of time to be satisfied and exhausted. The staff were all very pleasant and knowledgeable and always willing to help or even join in on the fun. We will be going back for sure.FYI, they are doing well with keeping virus free and cleaning everything regularly along with GIANT bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere around the place.

Owner is very friendly and bathrooms are extremely clean. Didnt smell like feet like normal bounce places. Really good experience will be back with the kids.

Need to prioritize their rules, kids are out of control. Tables were very dirty.Paid extra to jump with my child and was told to stop jumping im not allowed. I told them I paid to jump with my two year old and was argued with that I am not allowed I spoke with a manger and she told me its physics they can get hurt but I can do it at my own risk. Isnt that why we sign a waiver? (I was bouncing on my knees holding his hand btw). I couldnt believe them why do you pay an extra two dollars then? I will never ever go back to this location. Staff wanted to tell me not to jump instead of controlling the children that kept running through the square my son was on and practically trampling him he fell on his face 2x.

Here for the blackout at 6pm! They do it EVERY DAY!! That’s like the main reason I signed my son up for their awesome membership!!! 3 minutes til blackout we are all so excited !!

My kids have so much fun here, I am thinking about getting the pass for them. Great place and great for parties too. Good customer service and friendly workers. Lots of different areas for the kids to do more than jumping- they have a blast every time, the only downside is the kids not wanting to leave when it’s time to go.

The place is great for the kids. Probably an age cut off or round 10-12. My teenager got bored pretty quick. Not great with social distancing or masks, but that is just something to note. I would have taken off some points, but I cant promise I would remember to revise after we find a vaccine. In the meantime, consider taking precautions if you bring family and kids.

We have been coming here for 3 years and we love it! My son can jump for 3 hours without a rest...yea he is active AND the employees are great they play amd engage with the kids like teaching them jumps.

A nice little place for the kudos and big kids but I found it just didnt have a lot there compared to sky zone dont get me wrong they had a great special 14.99 for all-day dont forget the $3.00 sock. The children had a blast nothing for toddlers thats why only 3 stars

They have the kindest staff and manager ever!* kind of a long story but would love to share my experience*I have a 2 1/2 yr old and 7 month old, before we got our membership i made sure to ask if i was allowed to jump with my 7 month old daughter(i wouldnt even call it jumping, i would barely bounce with her) anyways i was told yes that i could jump with her, which i thought was awesome because we could all jump as a family. Moving forward, everytime i went i made sure to ask if it was still ok to jump with her and was told yes. Well, yesterday i went with my son and daughter and their father, also went with my dad and his significant other and her grandchild. As i was jumping one of the workers came up to me and told me i was not allowed to jump with her to which i replied i have asked everytime i came if i was allowed on the trampoline with her, he was extremely understanding and then told me it was ok and would allow me to keep jumping with her Now looking back i was a little upset at first but now i wish I didn’t respond with that, he was so nice and because i said ive been allowed with her before i could have cost him his job, especially when he knew one of the rules they have in place is no jumping with children(which i wasnt aware until he told me) i kindly asked if i could speak to them manager. The manager is awesome! He was so sweet and took the time to talk to me and explain things without getting upset. He told me that he was watching me and seen i wasnt doing much of anything just sort of bouncing, but he was still nervous for the well being of my child because even though i was being responsible with her, someone could run and bump into us and her get hurt and stated he didnt want anything to happen to her. He then told me some of the guidelines and as to why they are put in place. He then told me that he would allow me to finish my jumping session with her to which i told him no because I completely understood why he didnt want me to jump with her. Again he was absolutely awesome about the situation! He apologized to me multiple times in regards of the situation. Thank you to the employee and manager for being so calm and friendly. You guys will definitely be seeing us again, this place is beyond awesome and yes im a little bummed i cant jump with my daughter but rules are rules and i dont want jeopardize someones job.

This is such an awesome place, it was scarce when I went with my kiddos. This should be hoping more than it was, try it once and you will have some kids that are going to want to come back and get some energy out. Adults would have a blast too. This is way cool, more options than any other trampoline parks I have been to.

This is one of the larger trampoline parks in the Orlando area. Clean, alot of space friendly staff this place is great for kids to run and have some exercise indoors. Highly recommend.

I recommend Altitude trampoline park to all ages! I didnt get to jump this time but I still had a blast watching everyone else jumping... DEFINITELY will be coming back!!

Great time the kids had a blast!!!

Literally learn a new flip every time I go here. The staff workers are chill af most of the time and even give tips and advice if needed. This place will forever hold a special place in my heart being that it was the location of my first kiss . Not the kinda spot youd think stuff like that would happen, but honestly, Altitude is great for bonding with others. For example, jumping into the foam pit together or battling on the balance beam with the giant paddles, or even teaching people how to wall walk in that section.

Great place for getting your kids tired and exhausted, highly recommended for a fun time. Free wifi and power available for parents to keep occupied if not watching the kids jump. Lots of fun stuff for them to do. A little pricey tho.

Really fun place for the entire family. My granddaughter had a birthday party held here recently. Good for all ages with plenty of activity for the kids to expend some energy. Party areas provided tables, paper products, bottled water, pizza, balloons and name card of birthday child for reserving tables. Price included 10 “jumpers” of any age for the trampolines. Could improve on the 3 separate lines you get to go through to check in, sign a waiver form and get a jumping wrist band. Very busy on Saturdays and parking lot was packed. Fun experience for the kids.

Secretly, I may enjoy it more than she does.Friendly and helpful staff, huge layout with lots of additional games. If youre looking for a place where your little ones can burn off some excess energy, you wont be disappointed!

I booked a birthday party for both my sons. It took 25 minutes to check in as there was only one person checking in for parties. The waivers that I had each of my guests fill out online were not found in the system so we had to fill them out at the desk. The hostess that assisted us during the party was wonderful! She was polite and very helpful. The kids had a blast and there was plenty for them to stay entertained the whole time. The area where the birthday parties are held is small and there is no additional seating for guests, only the 10 jumpers. We were advised after the party that the t shirt and free jump pass offered as a benefit under the party details online are no longer included. I was told by the manager that they havent had time to update their website and that they will not be able to honor this. I explained to the manager that as long as this is on their website they should be offering it. She apologized but offered no resolution.

This is a great place to take the kids, familes and have parties. There are so many different obstacles and sections youll never get bored. I wish they would implement some sort of membership plan for individuals or families. We would go there all the time, so much FUN!

This is the most amazing trampoline park ever

Great place were there for our grandson birthday party. A lot off parties today, however a lot off supervisor there to watch over everyone. Well organized and great set-up.

Made me a little nervous to see the cleaning bottle without supervision... the place is great and clean tho...the service that we got at the entrance were not the best. It was our first time there, we didnt have the socks, and the lady didnt offer them either.

We have been here to jump during homeschool hours a few times and loved it, so we booked a party. The booking process was a little difficult (with a promo code), but once that was taken care of, everything went smoothly. I received an email confirmation regarding our reservation, as well as a follow up confirmation phone call two days before the party. We brought our decorations the night before at about 10pm and the table area still looked amazing the day of! I showed up a little early the day of the party, unsure of what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Our party attendant had done an amazing job putting out our plates and decorations for my sons party! She introduced herself and had everything planned out, as well as checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The party went so smoothly, I was able to enjoy jumping with my son, talking with other parents/family that had come, and not worry about a thing! I would absolutely recommend having a party here, especially if you really just want to have everything taken care of and just enjoy your child’s birthday with them. No clean up, reasonably priced extra pizzas, and easy planning

I came here with my niece and nephews between the ages of 6-12 and they love all the different options that were offered form the basic trampolines, foam pits and especially wipe out. However, there was absolutely no supervision from the staff. The staff was all teenagers who seemed to let all their friends in and run around and even rough house in the kid areas. Luckily I had bought socks too and was able to move my youngest nephew out of the way before some big teenager landed on him several times.The staffing really needs to be looked into for safety reasons. And if you are unable to staff appropriately then you should cap the amount of people coming in.

Fun place to jump and exercise.

Horrible, you can count with one hand the staff that was doing their job. Kids fighting and playing rude (out of control). No rules fallowed, bathrooms were a complete disaster. Definitely not for kids under 6 and especially on weekends night.

My kids had a great time. We really loved it. One very good thing we noticed is that employees are always on the watch.

Really nice facility. Lots of different activities and trampolines. Not too crowded. Then they also offer an unlimited jump for the day which is really cheap.

I will definitely return here. The place is huge so you’re not jumping on top of each other. They don’t have super strict rules like some jump places. The place was clean and the staff was polite. They have American ninja style obstacles like the wall you run up at three different heights. Monkey bar style but they rotate making it hem hard to hang onto. Balance beam you can knock each other off and a rock climbing wall. I did see a girl twist her ankle while there and a boy put his teeth through his lip. Trampolines are dangerous and you sign an extensive waiver before heading in. Lots of fun though.

Kids love it here. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old. Appropriate for both. Plus they have toddler time from 10-1 for like 10$ which is great. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Hosted sons 12th birthday party here and it was great!! Reservations were easy, check in was simple and our party hostess was fabulous!! Thank you Savannah for helping create such a great day for my son and his friends!

So tonight my son had his sneakers stolen at altitude during teen night. The staff explained to him they look where his sneakers was supposed to be and couldnt find them, duh he had just told them they were missing. They then left him outside without shoes in the cold. No calls were made to me by the business. When I called and asked them to run the tape they explained their camers dont really see all the area so it may not me able to show anything. I will be going to speak with the store manager on monday and filing a police report this is just unacceptable......

We went here for a work outing! There were 100 of us adults running around and having a blast! The staff was super interactive and engaged with all of our shenanigans. It was a blast!

No supervision. Jumpers running everywhere. Workers in their cellphones playing not watching. Hanger 15 makes sure no one goes into anyone’s square for safety. No safety here. They need better stuff and management.

Great place to have fun

Extremely nice indoor trampoline park. It wasnt overcrowded. The kids were able to jump on almost every course available. The prices are reasonable. If youre hosting a private party, they offer a party room. Overall we had a good time. Its definitely a great place to escape the Florida summer heat and rain.

I had my child’s birthday party and it was a wonderful experience. The private room was clean, very nicely decorated and the service was amazing. Everyone makes sure you are having the best time. I will recommend this place to everyone!! And will for sure celebrate other birthdays here

Great experience. A lot of fun! Only problem was that we bought cup cakes for my wifes sisters birthday, but we had to pay $50 in order to bring them inside.

My grandkids had a great time jumping and running around. There were enough staff members helping to keep them safe. Earlier time seems better for elementary age. Filling out the release form on there computer system was a pain. You couldnt enter the date and there was no one there to help you if you had a problem. I just skipped the date after getting mad.

Lots of fun for all the kiddos. It was bananas in there and lines for the certain attractions such as the Wipe Out, basketball, and Javelin. Kids had a great time and it wore them out.

I know this place has gotten quite a lot of good reviews but in all honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ! I’ve seen plenty of kids get tumbled and tossed around by these older teenagers and no staff was helping them, in experience my OWN son was tossed around and good thing one of your workers has some common sense and was paying attention she brought me my son and told me about the situation and stopped it I give her props and you guys need to hire more people like her, her name was Brianna she was very soft spoken and nice, she was about the only good staff member I’ve met there.

If I could take my star back I would!! I have never post a bad review before, but this one I could not let go! Parents do NOT book a party with this place! We had a terrible experience. The service was poor! The staff was heartless. The table decorations are cheap and thoughtless. They placed our party table in back corner of the facility. It was so terrible we had to ask to be moved, and the party attendant was rude about it. Food was cold!! They never gave our birthday guest the free pass to come jump again as advertised. Please keep it!! I would not go here again even if you gave it to me !! You only get to jump the time allotted for the party if you stay longer to jump each party guest would have to pay an additional $10 each, this is an outrage. When asked about why if the general public pays a flat fee and jumps as long as they want what’s the difference versus a party that paid management could only say it’s a capacity issues. Clueless of why would you continue to allow the general public admission. Can you say GREED over Customer service. We had parties other places and never had to leave the whole premises or paid additional fee for wanting to stay to play and enjoy the day . We understood moving from the party area that’s reserved, but leaving the premises or paying additional fees that’s crazy! The party attendant was so busy watching his watch to make sure we left exactly at the time allotted he didn’t even sing happy birthday. He was tossing the pizzas on the plate so fast and forgot give us our ice cream before we left . No birthday song for the birthday boy or a girl no return passes to play. No nothing not even a T-shirt to have the birthday girl or a boy remember the event!! Chuck E. Cheese even gives you a cup of Chucky and free tickets to play.Please don’t ruin your child’s birthday with this place.

Was a nice experience 4 my kids they ve a lot of fun

They were having an all day jump today for $15 which is awesome. I think there is a good variety of things to do like like dodgeball, a trapeze, basketball, a foam pit, etc. A couple of the attractions were out of order, wipe out and a warped wall. The one thing I did not like is that Ive that been to two other trampoline parks and the employees are always paying attention and making sure the rules are followed. At Altitude the employees just stand around talking to one another or are playing on their phones. No one is walking around making sure the rules are being followed AT ALL. Its kind of a free for all. Im the type of parent that watches my kids but a ton of parents dont so if I had to choose to come here again I would choose another trampoline park for safety reasons.

This place is seriously a blast! After signing a super intense and long waiver you can join in the fun! I jumped and played with my kids for hours! They have a lot more to offer than the typical trampoline park. They have multiple foam pits with a diving board, trapeze, and trampoline to jump in. They have wipeout, super trampolines, rock climbing wall, dodgeball and more.I can see this place being scary or dangerous for very little ones. There is a toddler jump area, but its not cordoned off. So if you want to take your toddler, I would recommend going during their toddler time during the week.They sell snacks, drinks and icees. They have lockers available for rent. The facilities and the park itself are clean. There are plenty of staff there to enforce the rules as well.Typically, when you go you pay for a certain amount of time to play. It is a little pricey especially if you have multiple kids. They do allow you to wear grip socks from other vendors, so bring some from home if you dont want to purchase the altitude ones. Follow them on FB or join their text list for specials. They have good offers pretty frequently.

When you’re at a trampoline park, you can’t expect employees to save your kid from trying dumb tricks he can’t do. It’s not their fault your little superhero thinks he can do a triple backflip with his eyes closed on one leg. If they get hurt it’s their fault (unless the trampoline breaks or something). You parents act like your perfect child could never do something to I jury himself unless it was the trampoline park. Grow up.

Went for toddler time with my 2 year old. 8.50$ for about 2 hours of jump time which is plenty of time for a toddler. You need to have altitudes specific socks which cost extra per person just remember to bring them again. Recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks. My little one definitely did not want to stay in the toddler area which is just a set of trampolines and a small foam pit which is completely open so any older children can just run through. That is my only complaint that the toddler area isnt enclosed where as other areas are closed off. Other than that my kids loved running, jumping, and definitely had a good nap afterwards. Weekdays are best for younger children!

We visited for a family members birthday party. It was very clean, very busy when you first entered. However, after filling out the waiver and getting past the front desk it was amazing how large the place was. There were so many options for the kids to do. All ages from little tiny guys to adults were having a great time. The gentle man who was overseeing the party was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. And the staff was very attentive to the kids that were jumping and it was nice as a parent that I could walk through the park and watch the kids and not be trampled on. We will definitely be back and I believe our intentions are to book our sons next birthday there. It was a great experience!

Came here for the first time for a birthday party and loved it! My son had so much fun here for almost 4 hours jumping all over the place! The pizza for the party was great, the whole set up and the girl helping with the party always made sure everyone was ok she was awesome! From the atmosphere to the food and the entire place was a great experience!
