From the outside this place looks like a big metal box. But once you go in it’s quite amazing. There is a beautiful Centercourt to relax play games kids can play and I misty water sprayer! There is still construction going on which means more stores to come but while I was here I got to walk around and I enjoyed going up and down the stairs and getting my workout for the day. I was quite amazed at this place also had a movie theater and a beautiful full bar restaurant coffee bar and outdoor fire pits on the top level. I would love to come back here again in the evening. They also have plenty of charging stations for your electric vehicle.

Good setting...bad management and service...I asked if they had an app...was told no...found out they do...I asked to pay through the app...was told it doesnt work...I ordered food it was good...server tried to give me another customers credit card to pay for my meal...because their app did not work...GM tried to offer me food I did not order...and I have reason to believe race based vetting is used here because I have not seen one black employee on site... basically...The Lot tried to use consumer credit card fraud tactics to pay for $20 of food...FACTS

Much needed shopping place for San Roman! Not lot of stores are opened in this pandemic but definitely good place to visit over weekend.

Great experience and I am coming back soon! You can order every from your recliner. Real plates and real utensils and cloth napkins are a plus.The food and drinks were delicious and refreshing. Sorry no pics of the food and drinks they didnt last very long because I was hungry and thirsty, they were good though! Order the shrimp tacos they are fire! A club type atmosphere with the bar and live DJ, the sound system is great and the lighting was right on. Believe me yall can get used to it. I cant wait for another movie date with my wife!

I love that San Ramon has brought this! One of my favorite places now (not that I had one before... At least not here in San Ramon). Their cocktails and wine selection are great. The food is fresh and delicious and they have a little bit of everything. The ambiance is so wonderful! Relaxing yet lively, their music selection is on point, the managers visiting and chatting it up with customers, the attention from the servers, everything is great! If you want to stay and catch a movie, great! Grab your glass of wine, cocktail, or beer, walk into the theater, find your seats and kick your feet up in the comfy recliner seats. Didnt get dinner beforehand, or want another glass of wine, or a snack?? Just push the button on your seat and a server will come and take your order!This is such a great place.... Go and check it out! You will not be disappointed!

A movie theater for adults. This place has a full snack and food menu with an extensive non-alcoholic (including coffee drinks) and wine/beer by the glass or bottle.Awesome that a waitperson comes by and takes your order before the movie starts. But the service is slow for them to bring what you ordered (we had a bottle of bubbly, popcorn, and edamame). Didn’t get what we ordered into way after the movie started.Nice alternative to watching a movie at home - big, comfy recliner chairs (reclines almost horizontally) and a big screen with great sound.Definitely join and become a THE LOT member (it’s free). Member Ticket prices are about the same price as going to a regular movie theater.

Went for taco Tuesday. Its a little expensive, but its worth it. Its all you can eat taco bar. The food was great. The place is big, plenty of seating. They even had a live salsa merengue band playing. Will definitely be back again soon.

Nice and clean location. Love the center. There is a lot to do here Polite employees. They serve you food and drinks from your seat which is great. Food and drinks are pricey when you take the family to the theater. All together though it is a good place for date night when $ is not an issue.

From San Diego and loved The Lot down there so was very excited to see there’s one in the bay.These theaters will forever change your theater experience, so nice, clean and comfortable.Went with a couple friends to see Star Wars and their system accidentally double booked one of our seats. The manager, Court, went so far out of his way to correct the error it was the best customer service I’ve ever had.Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Good venue to see a movie but dont order food in the theater. Early reviews indicate there was a service problem when first opened, it still hasnt been solved. Ordered food before the start of previews. An hour and fifteen minutes later realized we werent going to get our food. Had to leave the theater to find a staffer, no explanation for the problem. Got bar drinks quickly, soft drinks never. Food when arrived was cold. No condiments, no napkins. We were not charged for the food but not an enjoyable experience. Come for the show, eat elsewhere.

Super nice. Great food, yummy popcorn flavors. Great wait staff and theater staff. Bartenders are a little inattentive but they are super busy serving the theaters too. They should have dedicated staff for food and drink service for theaters. But overall its quite the hidden gem. Or maybe its not hidden and Im just out of the loop.

The place was really fancy, everything looks incredible and it seems like many people put a lot 9f effort to make the environment really comfortable. Unfortunately the food and the service does not represent the place.We ordered fried calamari that looks like a granola bowl, tasted like salted cardboard and we needed to chew it more times than a bubble gum. When we ask the server to take it away, she didnt even try to apologize but she gave us the opportunity to change it for something else so we did exchange it for a flat bread that was like a pita bread with some cheese without flavor and tomatos on top. And the French fries with truffle and parmesan cheese was just awful.Been honest, the burger was really good... Not incredible but compared with the other options, it was really good.The only thing we really enjoyed were the drinks and the enviroment.BTW, they had just two servers for a lot of people so, we didnt have a good service even though they try to be nice.

Been here a few times before because its very convenient to the office. There service was very good on this visit compared to my past visits (which had been pretty bad), despite a fire alarm and kitchen shutdown. This place seems to be turning around, and Im happy for that.

I have been here several times and the service has only gotten worse each visit. The food is overpriced for the service. I ordered a burger, drink, and desert. They charged my card for it all right away but only came back with a burger!! How do you forget a drink? They also dont offer you a napkin. When I reminded them about my drink it took them more than 10 minutes to bring it! The desert... Well that never came but they sure did come back with my bill to sign then ran off before I can even mention the desert I never received. I really wanted to like this place due to the lack of an iPic in the San Francisco Bay Area. Total disappointment.

My favorite place to go to the movies. Service is excellent and the food is delicious. Their brunch is pretty good also. During happy hour they can use a little help to keep with the volume same for late at night (just a suggestion) great place for the family outings

Update 11/28:Been there a few more times. The service was not consistent. I dont recommend ordering food in the theater. You might not get it until the movie is about to be over. The seats are not cleaned after eat showing. You may have to clean the mess yourself. Disappointed that the experience is not improving. I have purchased some vouchers and never received them. Online help went to a void and no way to reach a live person to help.Initiall review:The LOT opened just two months ago. I went here on a Thursday night to check out this place. Not really sure how this place works with a restaurant and a movie theater. You can eat in the restaurant or order food while watching a movie in the comfy recliner. Some just watched the movie. Joining the club saves you a few bucks. I did that online and purchased the movie tickets in person for two. Buying online is a good option and you can select seats too.On a school night, its not crowded. The restaurant and theaters are on the second floor. The restaurant is right in the middle when you get in on either side. We went to sit 20 mins earlier and ordered some food. You just push the button where the menu is to get service. The lady came by after 10 mins to take our order. The menu option seems less than the restaurant. We got the steak taco and kids Mac and cheese. The food came about 15 mins later just when the movie started.The reclining seats are very nice and comfy. Just about anywhere has a good view of the large screen. I like the middle section. On the side, you might get distracted by waitresses taking orders. The recliners vibrate to match the movies sound system. Not if that is just the bass but I like it. You can hear peoples utensils banging on the plates unless people order finger food. Since its not crowded, didnt really noticed much and really enjoyed the movie. If you dont like to get distracted at all, this is not the place for you. Each ticket is not cheapThe food was ok and not a lot of options. I dont think its gourmet for the pice. Would like to see more fusion type of food. Sushi would be great.This place is pricey for movie and food. Expect to pay more. The people there were polite to us. Overall, we had a good time spending big bucks here. Will visit again on a good movie.

The service is horrible! We have given them 3 chances : dinner, movie, movie and dinner... consistently poor service. You will wait for hours in the restaurant for food If youre even acknowledged. The cafe is hit or miss ..you may or may not get to order.. the CEO of the restaurant took our order walked away and 30min later had forgotten to make the coffee!! Same with ordering food in the movie.

This place cost us, snack and movie for 2 people. Our movie tickets x2 $24 food and drinks (truffle fries and a large iced $20) and if you hang out and had a large boba (x2 $12) total $66. This is just a snack not a full meal.

The experience is good with the luxury seats and the bar but concession stand was closed. The seat delivery person said they had no candy (not any kind), so my daughter went without during the movie (ok in the big picture!) I didnt ask but maybe they didnt have popcorn either. Kinda pricey and they dont sell on Fandango two knocks against.

Just got back from The Lot. We had drinks, chicken fingers and fries. We wanted to have dinner but the service was TERRIBLE! The new manager, Ashley, was only on the job for four days and obviously does not have her sh!t together. She ran out our food and we asked for ketchup. She “forgot” and another waitress brought it to us after seeing us try to wave down Ashley. The waitress was nice but never came back to refill our drinks and we never were able to order dinner. My husband and I split 2 chicken fingers and french fries for dinner. Thanks Ashley. Although she wasn’t worried about our service, she sure did have a problem with us talking to a member of her serving staff. The first time she came over when we were talking to him he was “off the clock” the second time she saw us talking to him she came over, interrupted our conversation with him and didn’t even look or acknowledge us. Correct me if I’m wrong but we are the customers and she was way out of line. I finally had enough and called her on it. We spent a couple hundred dollars there tonight (and would have spent more ordering dinner and more drinks if the service wasn’t so bad), but I can promise you we won’t be back. We go there for the movies all of the time, but after tonight’s ordeal we will not be back for a very long time, if ever. We even inquired about reserving the outside area for my birthday party next month, but thanks to Ashley we not only won’t be having my birthday there but the chances of us ever coming back are slim to none. I know the reviews for the Lot are not great but we were hoping they would make it. Now I can see why the probably won’t. Finally, we ordered a small Carmel corn while we were having the first couple of drinks. It was totally burnt. we did eat it (no one ever came over to check on us), but we definitely told them it was burned. They did acknowledge it and said they were making a fresh batch and would bring us some that wasn’t burnt. Surprise....that didn’t happen! They have been open for awhile now, I’m not sure why the service is still terrible. It’s definitely not cheap!

So you come to the movies to meet up with friends, you arrive a little early, want some popcorn and soda. But NO, you can’t order anything from the counter because they have to “be delivered” to the seats.C’mon, I’m early and want some popcorn ‘before’ the movie. I hope you change your policy. Btw, No, I didn’t buy anything. You won’t get anymore business from me.

I love the facilities and the staff; however the meal service really has to improve. Tonight was the 3rd time in a row where i ordered my food prior to the movie starting and had to remind staff 3 times in order to get my drink and meal. The movie was 3/4 complete. I often have to request napkins and tonight no bill came for signature. I’m a member and purchased a package of 10. I am hoping to see some improvement prior to redeeming all my tickets. I’m becoming very disappointed. I would prefer in-theater dining not be provided if the staffing capacity cannot support the dining option.

You can order food inside the movie theater .The food is delicious although it does take forever to reach you. They have a bar outside and fire going on in the patio for cold evenings. We went on a friday night and they had a DJ and cleared the floor for dance.

Came here for the first time with a party of 12. We had reservations days in advance so there was no surprise. What a disappointment. We didnt have a regular server, in fact couldnt tell you who was our service. Food was mediocre. My friend order is a well done burger and ended up with medium rare, twice! Food was expensive, $20 for a hamburger. Servers werent friendly or helpful. Will never go there again

Ambience and Food are outstanding! And the place was packed full night jyst before Mothers Day, even though it is right above Slanted Door restaurant (that is another review).I love how this place is set up, relaxed and lively, lounge chairs spaced out well, and outside foreside seating.. it feels very spacious, not your usual 4×4 tables lined up.We havent tried the movie theater yet, we went in for the dinner, awesome drink menu, appetizers were fresh and perfectly sized to share for two, entrees chicken and spicy arabica pasta were worth takinf home, unfortunately we didnt leave a bite on the plate. Must go, it is on the expensive side, but definitely worth the $$$.

Loved this place. This is the best movie theater experience weve had even with the kids. Food was good. We ordered during the middle of the movie and it came within 20 min from the time we ordered.The seats are so comfortable it was like watching from your own living room. You can recline the chairs and lay back. Bring a throw blanket if you want!... unless that might make you doze off and miss the whole movie.Membership is free and tickets are only $12 for members.This will be our go to theater in the area from now on!

The movie theater is beautiful and has very comfortable seats. It has a service where you can order food and drinks from inside the theatre. And the dining part is quite elegant.

One of the worst experience we ever had at a Cinema theater. The worst service, the worst management. We ordered food, drinks and popcorn. The food showed up after 40 minutes, the they never got us our drinks and our popcorn. I went to let the management and staff know, they said oh we are bringing them to you right now, and they never did.Absolutely unacceptable, irresponsible and cheap service. Hate it and I am done going there ever again.

Ive been here 3 times now. Watching movies is nice, however extremely over priced. The food is AWFUL and the service is even worse. Yesterday received ice cold garlic fries. Not sure how that is even possible. Save yourself some serious $$ and frustration by bringing your own food/snacks/candy. Youll be much better off! These guys really need to get their act together!

Great theatres with very comfortable seats and good food ordering inside the theatre. Sound system is state of the art. Lobby restaurant is very noisy due to the accoustics of hard floor, wall of glass, and high ceiling. Parking structure is a nightmare of tight spaces, tight corners, and traffic backing up from City streets during rush hour.

Great spot for San Ramon and its honestly about time. The Lot has a quaint patio that can be reserved for larger parties (if called for ahead of time) and the happy hour menu is solid. Lots of options and both food and drink are VERY reasonably priced. No lines and no BS. Definitely my kind of place and I look forward to my next trip back .

Very clean and new. Sadly their technology experience is not modernized. You can buy tickets online, you can purchase bundles online, but you can purchase tickets from your bundles online.Also walking thru the hallway to get to the theater smells awful. Someone thinks air freshener machines blowing strongly scented soap smell is what I want right before and after a movie.

We live in Dublin, but choose San Ramon for movies and dining. San Ramon has done a great job with Coty Center and the Lot. If you become a member of the lot it is no more expensive to see movies here. The seats are way more comfortable and if you need a beverage or a meal they will bring it right to your seat. I recommend ordering early because it may take a while to receive your food. My family and I go here often.

OK, the Lot is definitely competing with your living room now. Sound just right. View perfect. Big leather electric reclining seats, cup holders, swing tables for food. Only the price is off. Still too high.

Venue itself is nice. Ticket prices were comparable. Staff was not helpful.....waiting on theater to be cleaned and only had one poor girl in there to clean an entire theater. Snack counter extremely small and you had to repeat yourself 3-4 times because the staff wasnt paying attention. Would not truly recommend this place.

Though food and drink specials are decent, The LOT continues to suffer from inattentive servers who are not appropriately trained to deal with the concerns of customers. I hope that new management will make adjustments and recognize why business has declined over the past several months.

I love the LOT City Center. It is the best thing that has come to San Ramon. It has given the city a much needed pick-me-up and some semblance of a night life. Its great for the whole family. It was a bit slow to gain momentum and I dont necessarily like the choice of retail shops and restaurants, otherwise, it is an overall great place.

San Ramon finally has a place for the residents and outsiders to enjoy! This is a nice movie theater with fancy chairs and food service inside the new City Center.

Review for restaurant. Did not watch a movie there yet. Really nice place with modern decor and airy style ...feels like an Island vacation spot. Food is decent (nothing exceptional) and not super expensive. They have a large bar, TVs for entertainment, etc. Service a bit slow but overall recommended. We will be back for sure.

THE LOT Movie Theater is an Awesome place to watch movies. So Far every seat I have sat in has been a recliner with a snack tray table that swings in from the Side. Plenty of room for food drinks and you can order a Bottle of champagne brought to your Date. There is an awesome snack bar that is plentiful for Taco Tuesdays.

We went to the cinema today. Great to have service while watching a movie. Just be aware they can get busy, so you may have to wait longer than youd like to get your food and drinks. I ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread. It was cold but good, probably sat for a few minutes. I also got the buffalo tenders with ranch. I got no ranch and my tenders were plain with buffalo on the side. This is a new concept to the area so I understand it make take time to get it down. Staff was very friendly however service was slow. 4 stars for having great team members, would be 5 with faster service and hot food.

This was an awesome experience. Talk about killing two birds with one stone. You can do dinner and a movie at the same time. Went here for a date night. The theater was huge. Spacious seating. I love the reclining seats. In the menu was fantastic. Lets not forget that you can order an alcoholic drink from a full-service bar. I cant wait to go back

The rating is for the ambience only. I stopped by after playing a round of golf just to see what it was about. I only visited the dining area. There is a full restaurant, with an outside area. Its on my list for a date night.

This theater is amazing but with two major flaws that really impacts the overall experience. Last week we ordered popcorn and a drink and it took an hour to get the food. The movie was like halfway done before we got the popcorn. That’s crazy. Also other people who came after us were getting their other food like sandwiches and stuff. This isn’t the first time this has happened so there are major issues with this service.Also the large popcorn is so small. They should offer another size larger for families and such.

Took our family to see John Wick on Fathers day. First time at this theater and had a great experience! Hubs was happy with the flick and pampered with beer in hand, and the rest of us enjoyed our appetizers and drinks!We ordered our food at the beginning and all was served 15 minutes in to the movie. We even asked for iced water, and they served it in plastic cups with covers and straws at no charge.I think if they keep their tickets at $12, focus on the food & drink quality and service, they will continue to draw a good crowd. For a family of four, we spent ~$100 (4 tix, 1 beer, 3 apps), so at that price point its hard to justify doing this on a regular basis.

Absolutely the most amazing theater experience Ive had in years. Yes, first time in a modern movieplex... Table service, beers, and great food!? In motorized lounge chairs!? Awesome, just awesome!

I love this place! Its a great setting for just hanging out. Catch a movie. Lounge outside on a good day but the service is just a tad bit slow. I ordered a creme brule at the coffee stand, and the driver forgot I was waiting on it and I had to wait at the counter for him to help me again, since nobody else who was in and out of the area wanted to acknowledge or ask if I needed something. That made me feel uncomfortable. But thanks to the movie theater staff for making it an enjoyable experience.

If you are using the mobile app to get the tickets be aware that the seats in the app aren’t like in the theatre, if you select 2 seats like F6 and F7 they’ll be probably separate but the staff helped me to solve this situation. The app will update soon.

This is definitely one of the bougiest theaters in the Bay area. The first thing you see when you walk in is a fancy-schmancy bar with luxurious reclining leather seats and fire pits. Once you look past that, the theater is visible. One major flaw is anyone can just walk in to any movie playing at any time because there is usually nobody standing to collect tickets. This is actually the best thing ever. As far as concessions go, its a theater—youre not going to get anything worth your money—especially here.The bougieness continues inside the theater, featuring the ability to call for a waiter at any given time so they can bring you that grapefruit juice youve been craving without the need to worry about your tux getting dirty.

Comfortable seats, good sound system and isolation. Reasonable sized screens.

We tried to go to the tree lighting. We were told by everyone we met that I would be at 6:30. So when we arrived just before 6 we were upset that it had happened 30 minutes before hand.

Went with co-workers and the server got all 3 orders wrong, she wasnt paying attention to what was being asked of her. Food and drinks were wrong, we waited 45 minutes for an incorrect order. We ended up going back to work ordering from our vending machine. Its a lovely place to eat just a bad waitress so 3 stars

Cool and modern! This is part of the Bishop Ranch plaza and is clearly high end and customer friendly. The place very nicely decorated with lounge chairs and fires for outdoor seating. There is free wifi and cafes you can buy food from.I really enjoy this concept of having multiple restaurant, cafe, and a movie theater in one building.

Tried this place finally last night, one of the better movie theaters in the area, seating is very comfortable(reclinable), can order the full menu from your seat, including drinks. Some notable positives: great sound quality, no bad seats, no ads before movies. There is a restaurant inside which makes dinner and movie nights seamless, service is on point. Bar has an extensive selection of drinks. The manager at the restaurant told us the bar is open till midnight on Friday-Saturdays. The lot is definitely redefining the movie night experience.

Went with my Family today and had a great time. Food was great and staff was super helpful and friendly. I know they just opened and everyone is new. It would be great for staff to ask my rewards number while I ordered in the Movie Theater instead of having to deal with figuring it out after the fact. I cant wait to go back.

This is the second time that the service was slow.. you can see the drinks on the counter for five minutes before they are brought to your table..We got the happy hour hamburgers and they were not hot.when they showed up... hopefully something there will change..

Are you kidding me? This place is a joke. Poor service, substandard food and the attitude. Your job description is to serve ... the manager needs to get trained on how to properly run this restaurant. We dont allow a commercial plane pilot do do a substandard job do we nor allow a doctor to fail on his diagnoses? Do your jobs, youre getting paid for it ... or close this place.

We all have bigger issues to deal with but thought it would be useful to post the bad experience at The Loft cinema (so you don’t waste your time) . I was looking forward to a fun nice moment with my family and ended up waiting for half an hour for a Coke and fighting to get a family pop corn. I don’t get any reason why a pop corn and a Coke could take so long that the movie was half past by the moment we got them. Also the waiters interrupted us several times asking us if plates for different customers were for us... Guys you need to act together before you charge as a premium cinema!!! :)

The service here is terrible. I went to the theater and told them I’m going to pay cash, but I still gave them my card to keep on file. At the end of the movie I paid $80 cash and then they charged my card $80. I have tried to call them for 3 days to reverse my transaction and no one answers or will return my call. Don’t go to this place, they literally have 0 customer service.

We ordered food. For first hour food never came. We went three times to desk outside and called four different servers. No one had any idea. After moving was finished we went to see manager and he simply told us that he cannot give us any refunds and now we have to go they our credit card company to see if we can get money back. Terrible service and attitudes

Absolutely love this place. I took my daughter out to dinner and the owner came by to chat with us for a bit. The staff was extremely friendly and the food and drinks were on point. I’m really excited to have a place like this so close to home! Dinner, Drinks and Movies all under the same roof. Excellent!

Great experience. A must go. Beautiful theater. Was iffy about having food service at the movies but it works really well. Lots of leg room per isle and spacious seats and side tables so the food service isnt distracting at all. The staff was wonderful. Super clean too; no spilled drink residue sticking to your shoes and popcorn on the floor. Great atmosphere.

We went to The Lot cinema and were shocked at the prices. It is $20 for Adults, even for the matinee! On Wednesdays, if you sign up for their card and email barrage, you can get in for $12... still very high for a matinee. Seats were no better than any other cinema with the standard recliner seats these days. They do have overpriced food and drinks, served at your theater seat. One of the bottles of wine was $90 :(, plus other standard fare. We wont be going back anytime soon. Oh, and the sign said these were temporary introductory special prices. Id hate to see what regular prices will be?!

Food is good, food n drinks took to long. Plus food servers take orders. Then runners seem to be in straight chaos. Brought wrong orders twice.

Interesting that its a theater and the photo is on baked goods. Some of my friends enjoy going to movies here. Me, Im not a fan of retail movie prices

Theatres are good.. Tickets are very expensive.. Not sure, why there movie tickets are so expensive.. even food is great.. amazing service and very good choice of menu.. Been there for couple of movies.. Amazing experience both the times.. Seating is good.. Very luxurious.. Will definitely go there.. Saving money to go to a movie with family.. Dit a family of 4, you may end of spending roughly 150 bucks for movie and food...

Live music, Bottomless taco Tuesday, I mean my gosh this place is totally out of this world. Im on vacation from Palm Beach County Florida AKA party animal city, this place (THE LOT) is totally rock

The food at The Lot is well above average. But the service was slow. We were having lunch and the crowd was light, so the slow service was unexpected.

Awesome! A restaurant and a theater in one building. Nice reclining chairs and you can order food in the theater room and a waiter brings the food to you. Nice!

Probably not even a star. Had reservation at six. Server came at six twenty five, took drink and meal order. Drinks came ten minutes later, we were never offered water. I ordered a sangria and tasted and looked like prune juice. My daughter order the mojito like drink with cucumber. Didn’t taste like anything she had had before. Her halibut was like it was from frozen then microwaved, asparagus purée was a spoonful and nasty. My polenta tasted like starch and veggies were way overcooked. Both were nasty, no seasoning at all. From beginning to end, extremely poor service. Never had I had such an awful experience. Went to Lazy Dog, and WOW what a difference!

Its a place where there are a lot of food outlets and restaurants. Its an outdoor centre, that is decorated from a minimalistic approach.

Everything was great. Service, atmosphere, bathrooms. Just a bit pricey for San Ramon. A nice place to have a meal before or after a movie. This is the only sit down resturant open for lunch at this time. More are coming. Ill be back.

Beautiful complex. The theater has recliner chairs and you can order a plate to eat while watching your movie... however, very pricey for the yummy food.

This is our third time here as a family and the third time unfortunately is not a charm, its rather a big disappointment. The seats we booked were dirty from the previous showing and hadnt been cleaned. The seat bottoms had soda stains all over and there was popcorn and other food on the sides and on the floor, the armrest was sticky. I went up to the ticket counter and asked them to clean it and the lady said she would do it herself. As we were walking towards the theater, she found the cleaning crew and asked them to do the cleaning instead. As one of the cleaning crew was wiping the seats, another told her not to scrub the seat. How is the dirt or stain supposed to come off if you dont scrub? Anyway, upon hearing the other lady, the one who was wiping abruptly stopped and picked up her stuff and walked away leaving behind two wet seats that were were dirty. What are we supposed to do with it? Sit through a 2-hour movie cringing and not touching the dirty sides and back?The LOT is fancy on the outside and inside but it seems they dont get customer service basics. Disappointed.
