I went to The Lot movie theater and it was amazing! There was reserved seating, the seats were comfortable lazy boy reclining chairs. There was a full bar menu as well as a restaurant menu along with the standard movie theater classic treats. Its a classy way to watch a movie. I love the design of the mall and theater.

This place is so pretty at night! I was visiting Bamboo Sushi’s friends and family feedback day. It’s a new sushi restaurant and the first great thing I noticed is that they don’t use plastic straws! Also their spoons are made out of something... I don’t know but I don’t think it’s metal! The Lot is very pretty at night especially with the light up Christmas Tree!

Great new city center. Every weekend this month they are having holiday celebrations with Santa and a beautiful Christmas tree. Because of the way they are opening, some stores arent ready yet but every month new stores will open up.

This city center is intended only for the supreme and wealthy. Everything is ridiculously expensive and there is no reason to actually buy anything here when you can just walk across the street to Target and buy the same product for a fraction of the price. Im not exaggerating.When they proposed to build this thing, they failed to notice that San Ramon isnt actually filled with rich people. That being said, the courtyard portion of the center is actually really cool, and deserves more praise.TL;DR: Dont buy anything unless youre stupid rich or just looking for something pricey. The park is nice, especially at night, so guys, this [will eventually be] a great date night attraction.

Its one of the best mall for shopping. Food court is good. Great place to visit and nice ambiance.

This center is a bit weirdly laid out, but I think still worth visiting. There is a cute and fun park-like setting in the center of the buildings, which is nice, but almost seems like it doesn’t belong there. Still, helpful if you have a parent watching the kids play, while another parent shops. The parking is not completely intuitive, which is what prevented me from even trying to navigate it in the first place. Once I figured it out, it was okay. The movie theater in the center is very posh, with a pretty nice dining area, that includes a patio for patrons only.

Honestly looks sort of like a prison, but is worth checking out. However, don’t go if you’re a poor college student like me. A lot of high end stores with high prices. Boba guys is here so that’s a plus.Free parking is good, but can be confusing where since a lot of the parking structure looks the same.There is a neat area in the middle with artificial turf for kids to play and hang out.Be warned though, the mall is an open mall. If it’s raining, you might get wet. If it’s super hot out, it will be hot. Dress accordingly and you should be fine.

A beautiful developing outdoor mall. With some really nice family and kid friendly accompaniments like an outdoor play area for the kids I love how they have water effects and also boots that are there for the kids to wear. And also play toys. I do wish they had some more food court area options that werent quite so fancy expensive but overall a great place. And its beautiful

Let me preface this by saying I dont enjoy shopping, however, I made an exception for heading to Bishop Ranch for the Saturday farmers market. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this place is set up for families. Parking in the garage was super easy and the family bathroom is amazing. Nursing rooms with stools and loungers, bathroom (with a stool for the kids), bean bags, books, toys. Our toddler loved it and and taking care of the newborn was super easy.

Beautiful place. Went here for the Farmers market and breakfast with family. An excellent addition to San Ramon.

We love City Center. Parking is easy. The Lot is nice. Seat Service at The Lot is slow. If you are planning on ordering food or beverages while viewing a movie, Id recommend that you order before the movie starts. All of the shops are great, although there are still many empty retail spaces. I hope this place does not become over crowded.

Its a nice place to have a lunch or dinner. The middle of the center is cool for kids to play. I liked the theater as well. But definitely not the best place to shop.

What a surprise! Where did this place even come from? We had the best time. Family friendly, great date night, pretty surroundings, lots of people eager to serve. Avoid Row A in the movie theater. Bring a little extra for snacks or you eat before or after in one of the restaurants. It felt like it closes down kind of early. By 10pm it was a ghost town.

I love this place, my husband and I come here quite often and we cant wait until all the stores and restaurants are open and running. The star of the place for us is boba guys. We met with the GM and hes super nice!!Really cool place with big and modern movie theater and ample outdoors for children.

This site is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I feel like having a special supper, this place comes instantly to my mind. splendid and varied food and a rich menu.trained crew, and pleasant vibes. Not less important, the pay is fair. I sent my friends to this spot with no hesitation.

This center is so nice. There are so many shops, great places to eat and a very nice movie theater. My kids would have loved the green play area in the middle if they were still little.

Hard to rate because only a quarter of the stores are open. Currently the only food options are Starbucks, Boba Guys and Fieldworks. Slanted For is supposed to open by the end of the year. There are 3 stores open on the second level and 5-7 open on the first level. There is a rolling schedule of restaurants opening with the last wave not scheduled to open until the end of next year. I understand why they might not want to open everything at one time but a whole year later seems rediculous. It is a nice open space but I cannot rate the parking. Valet parking is available.

Plenty of room for kids to play at the center of the mall where all restaurants and cafes are all around

Beautiful place with lots of eating and shopping options. Must go. you can spend an evening with the kids. There is a fake grass area with big building blocks for the kids. They also have a small fountain sort of area which is perfect for the kids to enjoy in summers.

I love it so far. Sure, not all the shops/restaurants are open yet, but they are coming along. Such a great vibe, family friendly, yet plenty of space for adults to hang out and have fun. The LOT is amazing as is Fieldworks. They have some live easy- going music playing certain days of the week. Plenty of free parking outside or within the building. Cant wait to see what they bring in the summer.

Working across the street from City Center is the absolute best!! Great food options, Mendocino Farms and Mixt are my favs for lunch! And just a beautiful center in general. Farmers market in summer is always nice and they keep adding more and more !

Cool place, 1st time visiting. Trendy non franchise stores and restaurants, which left me thinking that I like franchise stores more than I admit. Open center area to hang out and let the kids run around. Needed a little bit more trash cans, spread around the center area. Free parking, but a bit confusing navigating through it. Definitely would go back for Field Work.

This is a really lovely shopping area. The setup is a little weird with parking in the center. It makes for a bit of outdoor walking and I was a bit worried about parking until I found the garage.The west elm is spacious and I left feeling inspired to redo my whole house. I was also excited about the Sephora and a number of other shops.

First off who ever came up with this place you are an a amazing person shopping food place for the kids to play safely let me say that again place for the kids to play safely. This place is the best place to go for movies and the different restaurants yo choose from you most definitely cant be broke to visit a place like this its not cheap but its soooo worth it and I am a broke person lol

This place is awesome with a lot of great restaurants but the movie theater is extremely unfortunate. If you were to watch a movie be prepared for the waiters to interrupt you during the middle of the show to ask you if theres anything else that you need, handing you the bill during the climax of the movie, and finally trying to wave them down in the dark fot more napkins.

Profit based not community based. When choosing places to shop keep in mind this is privately run and they are most concerned about profits not the surrounding community that will be spending there dollars there. There are friendlier shopping areas in the surrounding communities please shop there.

Great mix use location with several tasty food options. Also, great place to bring the kids. The only concern is the congestion driving in and parking.

Fieldwork is awesome. The rest of it is ok. Still kinda empty. Seems up and coming but I just wish they would get rid of Starbucks and put in a local coffee shop company.

Its a mall geared towards kids .its a place to shop hang out enjoy the music weather and people watch very different concept. Not your typical mall .also very upscale .but not stuffy try it out

The shops have interesting merchandise & the parking is adequate. The theater was appealing but we couldnt get in - it was sold out.

This place has a very chill future vibe, but so far (Jan, 2020), the people dont seem to know about it. Food is awesome, shops are awesome.

Beautiful brand-new mall with Central Park and playground area. Multiple venues for delectable food and entertainment. Excellent shopping. Cant beat the movie experience at The Lot. Highly recommend for an afternoon or evening out with the entire family you will not be bored!

I went here to eat lunch with my boss. This place is amazing. It has a mall loke setup but on the inside it opens up to the sky with artificial grass, lots of kids playing. I ate at the sandwich shop and food was to die for! Roasted turkey, that was not processed meat but carved hot off the roasted turkey with all the trimmings....delicious!

Really nice stores(sephora, William Sonoma, pottery barn, west elm) restaurants and a cinema but a bit empty. A lot of empty retail space.Has a lot of potential.

Love this new modern complex! The theatre is deluxe. Love all the healthy restaurants! Come here all the time to boba guys for a my boba obsession. The parking structure is a bit confusing. Wish it had more places to sit in the middle and an actual play structure for the littles would be a bonus. Maybe they can look at the Veranda for someInspiration.

This shopping center is brand new with in the last year. All nice new stores. Plenty of parking, shopping, places to eat, etc.

Clean, open and bright with lots of outside seating at fire pits and open tables to share inside and a really huge TV screen the size of entire wall above the bar. Smaller individual tables along side wall with cushioned upholstered couch and chairs. We were there at happy hour and ordered flat bread $10, bowl of Mac and cheese $10, chicken tenders and Poke salad plus a margarita. All of it was good. The Poke was a meal at $17. Tenders best deal at $5 for 4 pieces. Margarita, $8.

Nice shopping, very well located, just a few min from 680 highway bolinger canyon exit. It have a central court with a play ground super nice for kids and toddlers. During december you can find an ice skate court there and a big tree with christmas decor.

Getting better and everyday. The lot is the best for movies, farmers market on Saturday is awesome and I love Starbucks in this location. Waiting for the sushi place and indian restaurant to open soon

Great mall and they have good shops and restaurants available. Staffs were kind and were not pushy. Prices were good and this place was kid friendly.

Very upscale and beautiful place. Alot of money went into the development here and you can tell. As of now not every space has been liesed so there are some empty lots but what is there is awesome. I highly recommend the movie theater here, the lot. It is a full service restaurant with an awesome bar, coffee bar and ice cream parlor. You can also order all this food from the comfort of your movie theater seat. Screens usually have around 20 seats, which are big reclining leather love seats with your own table and service button.

Don’t think this place will survive for too long. Too expensive restaurants and shops are way out of place. I saw at lest 6 different clothing boutiques and none are having a single person paying for a thing or two...not good for bussines to sustain. And can’t talk a lot about restaurants, who want to pay $45 for a piece of salmon?LOT is another big open restaurant with food from all over the place in their menu. I still don’t know what this place is...Italian, japneeis, Mexican or diner?I want this place to succeed, but every visit tells me otherwise:(Plenty of parking though!

I had great expectations for the new City Center for San Ramon as I am a resident. Firstly, they should have waited for at least one restaurant to open during day one. All retail shopping with the exception of Field Works Brewing, Boba Guys and Starbucks. Went there with the expectations to eat lunch. Fail. Ended up at Whole Foods across the street along with many visitors from CityCenter! Cmon guys.Center of it has no permanent focal point, meaning nothing to draw customers inside. Okay, theres an in ground fountain and a Christmas tree. High end clothing stores and furniture stores. $325 light down jacket anyone? Wondering who did demographic analysis for predominantly middle to upper middle class San Ramon. Hopefully, The Lot will be an anchor to draw in people. Good luck Mr. Fastlicht!

This is a great spot with so much potential. Really looking forward to more restaurants and retail shops to open.

It was huge, bright and breezy with a lot of stores gradually opening here and there.. They are definitely expensive but has a lot of space to hang out all over the mall. Has wonderful candle store, appliance store, Starbucks, movie theater with bar set up thats still in the process of completion..But genuinely, the first day impression was like, they wasted such a huge space for nothing! Lets wait and see what exciting landmarks this is gonna create :)

Its a beautiful shopping center just bustling with people but its super clean, theres a big play area for kids and there are still shops and restaurants opening so there are new little gems to discover EVERYWHERE!

Its new, great parking, and convenient. Needs.more stores. Equinox gym is excellent. Good restaurants. Great music on weekend.

We absolutely love this hip happening space and its still nearly empty of shops! Yet we find ourselves grabbing a bobaguys and making our rounds at least twice a week (were from cv!). I cant wait till the long awaited resturants pop in, this is going to be an epic hangout. As is its a lovely place to see a movie and get snacks! Im very excited for the future here!Update: today we met Charles the general manager and he was so very nice and gave us an update on some of the spaces they are filling up! Cant wait for the ramen spot!

Fairly new shopping center. Nice restaurants to choose from. Does not seem to be very popular. Might be a bit expensive for some.

I love the central green area. HOWEVER, prices at a chain clothing store there were $65 higher on an item I liked than in their store in Cambridge, Mass. So maybe just walk around and do your shopping spree somewhere else.

Brand new and the only mall in San Ramon, its a decent place to hangout. Open, bright, and conveniently located right along the freeway. Actually very conveniently located to my place as well. I am impressed by the quality of shops and restaurants that are opened here...and some are opening this year. I am excited by Phillz coffee though.

First time here. Descent parking and it seems very sterile and modern.

Place feels somewhat sterile due to the architectural style... almost like it wants to be a huge Apple Store. Still very early to assess but it has potential. Some big names are due to arrive but for now all it’s got worth visiting is the theater and boba guys. The food trucks outside will probably be he best bang for the buck though. Garage is really convenient and, for now, is wide open.

Too many empty and coming soon shops to be much of an adventure. Someday it may be great. I just pitty those that open a shop here soon unless they have deep pockets. Probably too many food place now. Parking is ok. There is a structure and regular flat parking, even valet. As a San Ramon resident. I hope our taxes isnt being wasted on it.

Really nice set of shops and activities. Might be fine stars when it is finally built out. About half the shops are still boarded up with no retail tenants.

Well made modern mall with a variety of shopping locations. While there are not many stores, all the restaurants are great in quality and service. I especially loved the gelato at gio gelati, with its rich flavors. I additionally love the movie theater at The Lot; its quite exceptional with its premium reclining seats and food delivery service not seen in any theaters nearby.

Interesting center core area if your interested in a play area for little kids. Run thru water features..game and play areas. But not great for adults only...very limited seating in shade... and a little disjointed if you dont want to be surrounded by little kids running around.Lots of vacant shop areas...but quite a few eating establishments that are quite good.Not a must return to place until occupancy increases.

Beautiful and brand new mall in San Ramon. We went during the holidays and the place was lit and festive. They had a lovely Christmas tree along with tastefully decorated holiday lights. Would love to see more shops open. Great place to hangout and shop with your friends and family!

A Nice theater and a mall full of wonderful places to hang.

This is a great fun urban experience. I initially hated the tin can look but now I realize the architect was going for an Industrial Arts look to create an upscale Urban city center. As a San Ramon resident you want upscale not affordable. Think about the people your drawing to your city. I love a good deal and go to Walmart but This upscale center is better for the housing prices and community. You can bring food into the center to hang out. Friday the water feature had a mist that the kids were loving to run in and there was live steel drum music! I love our City Center! Its a work in progress. Check out the centers Map kiosk for opening dates of various spots.

Cool spot, lots to eat or see a movie and parking is plentiful. Some suites still under construction but will turn out to be a great happening spot. Needs a little more greenery though!

Farmers Market on Saturday was wonderful with many high quality items. Not cheap. Free parking in a beautiful garage!
