Good seting for a peaceful theater experience

VISITOR BEWARE- Both my friend and myself had our WALLETS STOLEN. We both used the concession at different times. The gentleman maintained no wallets were turned in. While we watched the movie, the thieves racked up thousands of dollars on our cards at the local Target in San Rafael. Happy Holidays

Great to have a theater with lots of options however the place needs an upgrade. I pay the same price at the Rowland theater but they have the newer and way more comfortable reclining chairs.

Okay shops but large selection. Food is pretty good with several vegetarian options and many choices to be made.

You have to love assigned seating. Great movie experience. Great place to watch a movie

Its a nice theater that consistently has plenty of movie selection. In addition the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the location is great if you happen to get there a little early you have plenty to occupy your time. Seats are a bit stiff, but thats my only complaint.

Great place, the mall itself is nice and the theatre is taken care of. I do go early, so I usually have no waits.

Its a decent theater. Good General Manager but young kids are most of the other crew and can be discourteous but I was young once and know what its like. Overall decent. Just watch the movie and dont interact with the crew too long. Except the General Manager, she knows how to treat a customer well.

Place is not clean, 12/23/2019 3p. No one is cleaning the hallway outside of the theater. Yeah its everywhere. Would not go here again.

Clean bathrooms. Ample parking and attached directly to the mall. Reasonable beverage and food prices. Safe place for kids. One negative: Needs more places to sit in the lobby.

Do you love looking at the back of random strangers heads?? If so, this is the theater for you! The theater has hardly any elevation gain from front to back, and the screen is super low. Dont come here on a busy night or all youll see is the back of heads!

I was waiting for my car, and thought this would be a good place to spend a day and watch a movie (The Mule w/ Clint Eastwood - great film to check out). I have only been at this theater once (during the afternoon around 1:00 on a Thursday), the prices seem to be within reason ($9.50) for one person, bought a few snacks, and the seating in the theater was comfortable, clean throughout (even the bathrooms were clean), customer service was good, and I would return because of it all.

The food at Sbarros Pizza was decent, about what youd expect. Macys was. super quiet. Service was great and so was selection. Macys and Nordstrom s do the Department store thing the best. (Nordstroms isnt at this mall)

Thanks for showing Bollywood movies! Great location right in the shopping mall, which also has lots of food options!I find the concession stand could see some improvement on the options. It is very basic.

This place is awful, Tim wasn’t helpful at all and in face was super rude, I asked to speak with management and he said, “you can speak to me” like he’s some big time hot shot, well really he’s just a horrible worker who needs a haircut. This place is trash compared to Fairfax theaters.

What can I say about a movie theater you want to see the movie its the place to go locate has always been the place for me and my family to go watch any movie new releases or old classics. The staff is always friendly the seats are always clean and the parking is always in abundance

Good variety of movies, snacks, etc. Love that they have kettle corn as well as plain popcorn!

Although they dont yet have luxury seats yet, this is an all around good theater with good seats, image and sound. Great variety of snacks and meal options compared to other movie chains. I also appreciate the smaller size options. Other theatre chains force you to super size everything. Staff is friendly, cheerful, and helpful. My only complaint: Century theatres Connections Club is pitiful compared to AMC or Regal. No rewards for free movies or free food. Mostly just swag.

The help at the concession line totally ignored you and then when they finally helped you they were rude and even walked away in the middle of ringing sales up!!! I almost thought of just walking away with my popcorn, just as they had. But I stood there for 5 minutes until I asked them to ring my sale up. Horrible

Clean good theater

Good up to date theaters, but the screens are pretty small. But, the numerous amount of them, there is usually a pretty good selection to choose from. The downside are the prices, which have skyrocketed since my teen years, when it was built.

Went to see All the Money in the World on New Years Eve. Guy spent the whole movie checking his IPhone, the light going on and off periodically. I told him it was distracting but he kept doing it. Why dont the theater ushers look out for things like this? If I get up and report it, I miss part of the movie. Ive avoided this theater in the past. Now I remember why...

Really good service. Really good variety of treats for adults and kids. They play a good variety of movies.

I loved the movie that we saw, but what makes this theater terrible is the staff. They were completely clueless. The woman that was checking my ticket directed me to the wrong theater, so we saw our movie an hour late. Then, when I requested to see what we had missed, she told me and my group it was okay. When my group left from going to the bathroom, she told us she checked with her manager, and she said no. I am very upset, and I hope to get an apology from the theater. The place seems to be run by teenagers, with no manners or customer service training.

Mall-based Century Theater that has smaller/flatter seating due to location. Good spot for catching a movie while in the area.

They gotta get with the times and upgrade their seats. It’s disappointing that the biggest theater in such a nice area has the worst seats.

Staff are helpful and its usually clean. Food is INSANELY EXPENSIVE

I felt the screen was a little small, just like the hall. A person who was checking tickets left, so I guess anyone was able to come inside right before our movie started. It was little strange.The theater is located inside a shopping mall. it has its own bathrooms, they are not the cleanest though. Before movie trailers we got solid 15 minutes of ads, it was a little frustrating

I am truly in disbelief that they have not converted to the luxury loungers. Customer service is horrible at the snack bar and you have to wait forever in line. The theater seemed dirtier than normal. Its also truly unfortunate that the bathrooms are so far away from the theaters.

Havent been there for awhile but as great service and great food I recommend anybody to go there in the Northgate Mall.

Great place, but not great experience. I came here to watch IT. It was great until a bunch of kids kept on walking in and out of the room. Playing around, being loud, etc. But that was only half of the problem. Staff members kept on walking in and out of the room and EVERY time the door was opened, the light would creep in from the hallway. I honestly wasnt sure what it was that was going on. I would say I was crazy, but another couple left not even half way through the movie and never came back.I think this place would be solid if they reinforced their disturbance policies.

Nice shopping center but I prefer the AMC Theater tuck away inside the plaza.

A virtual tomb of a once thiving place of rampant consumer activity

I visit this theater regularly and it has always been a pleasant experience -- large selection of movies, frequent showtimes, quick movie and concession lines, fresh popcorn and large selection of concessions, plus theaters and bathrooms are always very clean. They also show lots of family movies, and I have always found the staff to be friendly and approachable. I love how this has not converted to those annoying lounge chair theaters with annoying reserved seating. I have always been able to walk in and find a great seat.

Im a movie director and I like going there and going to the movies with my family.

I’m in a wheelchair. Space Century 15 provided me is spacious, excellent visibility and conveniently located in the last row inside the theater. 99% positive experience. Everything on the screen; commercials to buy pop corn and coke, trailers and main attraction are always extremely loud with no hope of ever lowering the sound. After awhile you dont notice it. Very clean inside theater.Have attended with my two adult daughters, 8 year old grandson and just with my best friend many times in 2016, 2017, 2018. Alway exciting and fun to be sharing a movie.

This movie theater is in the mall and doesn’t have a ton of personality. Concession prices were reasonable (plus, they actually had a pretty wide selection of candy) and the seats were comfortable, but outside of that it’s hard to see how this place stands out.

^ 0 Stars....I have given this theater so many chances to redeem itself but Im done. Ive had the worst experiences here and the management is terrible. No one cares that people are rude, noisy, and walking in 3/4 of the way into the film. Ive had people on phones, talking too loud, being rude, sneaking into the showing, etc. Ive spoken to management in the past and they do absolutely nothing. Its not worth spending your money here. Dont let these people have a dime. Luckily there are few other theaters in the area to go to. Ive had it with Northgate.

Free parking. Cheap tickets. Nice seats. Reasonable snacks. Venture out and see what you think.

Went to movies this afternoon. Not a stellar afternoon. Staff seemed disinterested. Felt extra bad paying $15 for two sodas and some candy. Then --- and this was the clincher -- A long horribly violent preview of THE PURGE made me sick to look at it. And I mean Donald Trump SICK.I was there to see a comedy and this preview was WAY out of context.Hey theatre people, how about some discretion when planning your programming?!

Decent theater but its not my favorite in the area. $25 for 2 tickets. People kept walking in during the film and the customers around us spilled popcorn and were flashing their phone light looking for I dont know what. They were kind of loud and distracting.Not that easy to find it because of the current parking lot construction but if you see the macys or sears just enter the mall and follow the signs.

Even though its Hollywoods fault for not releasing many rated R films in the last decade, its still the responsibility of the theater to enforce a reasonable level of quiet during the film. Century Northgate did not enforce this tonight and the free passes my date and I had to wring out of their customer service dept. after the film isnt hush money enough.A bunch of 17 year olds were sitting around me during IT tonight and could not stop laughing during scares, or whispering during lulls in the film. One pair had a tell-me-what-happens-when-i-get-back-from-the-bathroom deal. We tried to shush them several times with the occasional Shut up., but ended up calling over the staff at least twice to deal with the disturbances.A staff member being present and walking up and down the aisles helped, just as it helps to let children know they are being watched to get them to tone down whatever behavior youre trying to stop.And as another reviewer stated, theater 12s double door outline was visible on screen each time it was opened. This caused Billy the Kid next to me to constantly look behind him toward it as if he were expecting Pennywise the clown to come in. In fact, during the opening credits the outline was permanently present and I had to yell at the staff outside to fix it, to which they promptly did while muttering about some vacuum door thing.While I have your attention, dear reader, you should know that at one point during IT, while one of the aforementioned staff followed me back to my (aisle) seats and stood post near my seats, to possibly find the cause of my annoyance -- two to three young men stopped right next to my noise-reducing-staff-member who was a slightly slouchy young lady, likely in the 16-19 age range, a peer of theirs you could say.The new arrivals recognized the person sitting directly in front of me, greeted him, another young man of age 17 or older with valid ID (how else could he have gotten in?), and there being no obvious seats for 3 available, continued to stand to my right, in the aisle, and right in front of the young staff member whose overwatch was now piqued. Two of them were sharper-tools-in-the-shed and took the first seats available, appearing to our sentry to fit right in. But Ole-Stand-O was stuck.I ignored the others and focused my attention on Hawaii-shorts. He was questioned by our young lady staff member for his ticket and a fumbling hand-to-pocket dance ensued. At one point he said he lost it, i overheard, and I had had enough. The staff member wasnt about to be taken advantage of, nor was she about to ask him to take a seat. I tapped his back and told him to Get the hell out of here. You werent sitting here. To which young-guy-sitting-front of me turned around and told me to Chill, bro while turning back around, that being his only comment. Staff member girl asked Hawaii-5-O to leave, he hesitated, but left in a few seconds, alone and wondering how it all went wrong. Cue the door lights as he and the staff member opened the door on our screen and cue me leaning in to Guy-in-front of me and whispering Oh noOooOo.I think at a later point in the movie, the kids to my left (I told you, i was literally surround by children) asked me, Can i leave, please? while he was still sitting in his seat. I have a feeling that the sighing that my date and I did all night as this guys girlfriends kept getting up over and over to use the bathroom, i assume, caused him to ask for permission from me, instead of doing the normal thing where you just get up and wait for people to move their legs/knees. I mean, no one was to hear you talk but there you went and said it out loud, Can I get out there, to the hall?.Its a free country, I said. while motioning my hands in the way a bell boy would as he opens up the door to your hotel lobby. The nice hotel with the red carpet and sparkly lights, you know, a sarcastic hand gesture - be my guest. I was surprised by his permission asking that I broke the rule of Dont Talk During a Movie.

Worst theatre ever!!!! Floors are dirty, staff is rude, and food is overpriced. The worst thing is that in theatre 8 there is a rodent problem. Do not come to this theatre!

We went to see a movie tonight and the floor and the seats were really disgusting. There was a lot of cup and pop-corn on the seats and on the floor.The place havent been cleaned before we arrived and it havent been cleaned after either.People didnt know where to seat !!!It is scandalous !!!
