Not a bad shop. Personally Ive only delt with them online so thats what my review will reflect.While the website has had its share of issues in the past these guys have made efforts to improve it. Categories/brands could use some work but now drops/new items appear on their home page which is super nice. Easy to find what youre looking for and check out is easy as well.The biggest thing they now offer is a rewards system, which is nice. To bad it dosent count past orders as I have spent thousands here. But its nice to know they have it in place. Id love to see the rewards system bloom in to something like first pick on a drop, discount code etc.The staff has always been super . Each interaction Ive had has been pleasant. Ill definitely make more purchases here in the future.

I had an online order for the PAX3 and when I opened the box they sent me the empty PAX3 box WITHOUT THE DEVICE.Edit: I was contacted with nice and understanding customer service from Jay who explained that packaging inspections are not as hands on due to the covid situation. He assured me that he would ship me the device today and that they are sorry for the inconvenience.

I stopped by this shop to just grab some butane. I was greeted by 3 super friendly fellow glass lovers. This place is amazing! They have some super sick pieces available by a wide variety of amazing artists. Well worth a visit to see what they have.

I had to make the decision between buying online and buying from this shop, decided to support a local business in the hope of getting better customer service than from a website.I spent over $300 on an item which turned out to be defective. I returned to the store only to be told being that I opened the box there was nothing that they could do to assist me and that my only option was to contact the manufacturer.They have every right to enforce their policy, but it leaves me wondering why I didnt save money and buy online instead.

Sold me a unfunctioning vape. When I brought the vape back making them aware of the issues they said there was nothing they could do for me. Instead of replacing the vape or refunding me they told me to take it up with the actual vape company. Wont be back.

I would call the Cave a glass gallery rather than a vape store. Super heady pieces and great assortment of American quartz. They even host shows occasionally.(Both locations are great, staff is super knowledgeable)

Been here once, and the service was amazing. Very knowledgeable, knew their facts, and even helped me out with sending me to their smaller somtore down the street for some Smok Max Mesh coils, and even that smaller store imwas great with service and knowledge. This is now my new one stop destination for anything glass/vape related.

I’ve been to a million head shops and they’re mostly the same—except this one. They customer service there is absolutely unbelievable. And it’s not just one or two employees; it’s all of them. You’d think you were in an Apple Store or something.Mad props to Blake, the owner, for ensuring such a high level of professionalism and customer-centric focus. He’s also an expert (no really, an actual expert) on electronic devices. and all of his employees, whom I’ve done business with each. And of course, they stock every item you can think of at good prices. If they don’t have something, it’s probably because it doesn’t exist.

Amazing glass and even better customer service. I brought a friend in from out of town and we spent at least an hour and a half talking with everyone there about the various artists, pieces, their back stories, everything you can imagine. By the end of it, my friend mentioned the trip to The Cave was the greatest part of it all. They even gave us the royal treatment when it came to photos! They let us take as many photos as we wanted and even got some of the nicer glass out so we could take closer shots. Not to mention they brought out the UV lights for the special glass :D All in all, this place is the greatest to buy glass in all of the Bay Area.

If youre hesitating, dont. They have an awesome selection of glass and their employees have known their stuff when Ive been in. I never feel rushed, pressured, and can always find something amazing.
