Prepare yourself for perpetual disappointment. They will never have what you want or are looking for, and any time they actually do it is out of stock within a day. Sales person says it goes fast, really means theyre terrible at restocking inventory.

First time going into Marvelous Smoke today. Called prior to heading in and Garrett was helpful with pricing and friendly.He ended up helping us in store, helped select Kratum once we got there and was helpful and laid back. Super cool shop and lots of different pieces from everywhere, also labeled as well. Definitely recommend!

The store has an open layout so it doesnt feel claustrophobic like many other smoke shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. Jay is especially knowledgeable. If you give them a budget, they work to honor that budget and not up sell.

The manager, Jay, is super awesome guy. Very considerate and willing to help you. Unfortunately, the rest of their team doesnt do the same. I used to be an consistent customer to purchase my hookah products; making purchases twice or more a month. I recently purchased a $30 cleaning set for my hookah, because I was told from an employee this set would work. The set ended up being too large for my hookah. I went in to express my concern, and attempt to exchange or even purchase another set at a really good price. Instead, the employee told me my temper needed to be controlled and I should stop accusing them of screwing me over. Sorry Jay, but youve lost my business.

Not only do I purchase from this fine establishment, I would work there in a heartbeat. The Pony Tail Guy knows his stuff backwards and forwards, gives great instruction about what is the best purchase for my hard earned buck. As for what Charles and Steven said, those dudes cant even play a game of disc golf without cheating so, take from what they say with a grain of salt and wipe of sweat. In the world of glass, this place is one of the best places in the Hill Country to get serviced from. Good job guys! See ya again, soon!

Some of the snobbiest employees Ive ever encountered. I truly wish I had the words to describe their pretentiousness. The man with the pony tail is the worst about this condescending attitude. I assume he is the manager, and acts like hes king of the local small hill and for some reason deserves respect for that. Despite having a fair selection of various tools, I must say, theyre all overpriced. I wont ever be coming back to this shop.

Terrible customer service, snobby rude and condescending. You would think with the nature of the store being what it is the employees would be nicer and work with you better but that is not the case. Very overpriced, charging a cool $100 MORE on an item you can order straight from the company with free shipping. Stay away especially when some snobby pony tail guy is there( I believe he is the manager). Their reviews on here are even false. There is a review on here that obviously was done by this Jay guy himself. Bad when your own manager had to make fake reviews about your store.

Ive always found what I needed at a fair price, from e-cigs to everything else. Everyone is very helpful and willing to work within your budget. The managers always provide consistent and fair practices when it comes to utensils.

Great glass selection, a lot of beautiful work in here. I take off one star because the glass is really pricey, even some of the smaller pipes are over $60, which is a lot if youre balling on a budget.

Worst service in san marcos. The men who work there are consistantly know it alls and correct anything you say. Dont give these people money!! They have great glass, but the peices are overpriced for a college budget. Terrible service!
