We paid $400 to stay at a suite with a queen bed and private tub. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice I loved the shower, small living room and bedroom. The tub area was small but cozy and relaxing. There were 2 wine fridges, 2 flat screens but no microwave. The towels were cheap rough motel quality, toilet paper was bad, shampoo and soap were literally watered down. The coffe was the worst and the bed was hard. Also I could hear the next door hot tub jets all night long. If they splurged on small things like that the stay would be more pleasant. Ive stayed in $200 rooms far more luxurious than here. Definately too expensive for what they offer. Its good to stay here once in your lifetime but thats it.BTW $100 magically disappeared from my wallet while we where in the room and I have no explanation.

My husband took me here to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. He got us the private cottage located the farthest from everyone with own patio and hot tub. You have your own driveway all I can say is WoW!Had the best time. We ordered room service. Food was delicious. Also had a great dinner at the Garden restaurant there. Must try the scallops rissoto and the fried chicken. Customer service was great all the way around from my very first call to checkout. Definitely going back.

Its pricey but so worth the beautiful room & hot tub! The bed is one of the best Ive ever slept in. This is the kind of place you want when all you want to do is stay in your room because when you get to your room, all you will want to do is stay in it until checkout.

We always visit here when we vacation in SLO. The mineral springs are SO relaxing and the perfect romantic evening. Our family rented the bigger spring, the Oasis pool. It was so much fun and we loved the ambiance. The employees are very friendly. The springs are quiet and very private. I recommend going on a weekday since it is less expensive.

Robbed on Our HoneymoonWe rented a queen size room with a hot tub in April 2020 for our honeymoon, despite this pandemic (we did practice social distancing during our 5 people wedding). My wife’s jewelry was stolen the one time we had our room cleaned, while we were in the hot tub. We noticed that it was stolen when we were packing, which was the night before we left (2 days after the incident). I called the hotel staff & they stated that they couldn’t do anything about it until a manager arrived the following day (we noticed the item was missing at around 12am).We honestly didn’t feel safe staying inside our room & left a few hours later at 5 AM. Upon arriving home, we called the hotel where a manager assured us that they would recover the item. The manager promised to retrieve the item that was stolen & also promised to reach out to us after a few days but he never did call us or send an email with an update on the situation. It was one of those situations where the guy talks a big game but doesn’t follow through. We had to do all of the following up, it was almost a daily task until we got an answer. We then reached out to the hotel a second time, after continuous ducking and dodging from their side, we were told that a resolution would be decided on the 5th of May, 2020. However, we were not contacted & the hotel charged us the total amount of our stay. So, not only did we get robbed on our honeymoon, this hotel is only money hungry.I’ve been more than fair, I’ve given them 12 days to try & resolve this issue before sharing our story with the world. I feel that it is important to share my experience, this should never happen to anyone! If they were truly professional, they would have at least tried to resolve the matter in a civilized manner, however no such actions were taken.Everyone should be aware that if someone steals your stuff, this hotel doesn’t care about you, all they care about is to take as much money as possible from you, legally or illegally.

Very nice room. Bed was broken but the maintenance guys came promptly and did what they could for a temporary fix. Loved the freedom of having a private balcony with tub. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The girl at the front desk helping with our massage appointment had us confused about where to go, even though she was informed wed never been to that particular area before. With all the frustration we ended up walking out before the massages, but still got charged for them. This hotel is very expensive and although it was nice, I dont think I would pay what they charge again. Id probably go back on a day they had cheaper rates.

We decided to take our kids here for a night of fun to kick off the summer. Our room was ready early, which was nice. However, the maids obviously didn’t take time to kill spiders because they were in every corner of our room. 5 in the queen room, 2 in the shower and two in the bathroom that I could see right off hand. As a person that’s creeped out by them it bothered me. I had to have my husband go around and do spider patrol. It kind of made me wonder how clean the room really was. Plus, we couldn’t really watch tv because our remote didn’t work. Overall it was a fun experience with the kids though. Room service was good. I called down for some rubber ducks for the tub and they brought them up right away. I just feel that with how much money this place brings in they could do a little better. When you pay $299 plus tax for a room you expect it will be very clean and that you’re tv will work properly at least. The place definitely has the potential to be a 5 star resort as the rooms have a lot of nice features. One thing that should really be done is new hot tubs should be put in. The ones they have look like they’re from the 80’s.

We originally booked a cheaper room, expecting something better than a Motel 6 type of room. We were ready to cut our 3-night stay down to 1 night but the front desk was ready to make some accommodations to ensure we didn’t leave displeased. They upgraded us to a better room for no extra charge. We also got a couples massage which was super nice, but also super overpriced. And no smoking anywhere on the property can be a bit of a hassle for smoking guests. Overall it was an okay experience.

We went here for a couple massage. The setting was georgios, tucked into a forest like atmosphere you felt like you were away from it all. They offered a 45 minute soak in their hot tub which was private and very relaxing. The couples massage was perfect, the ladies who did the work did a really good job. The only down side was the slightly small dressing room for the men. It was perfect for myself but another gentleman came in for a few minutes and it was tight.

This place was not represented by our friends as it is.The room hadnt been updated since the late 80s mid 90s. It was so shockingly bad, I took photos. The hot spring is a tub with plumbed hot spring water ... No hot springs on site apparently, just hot water in tubs.Let the photos speak for themselves. A guy at the phone checked my last name to put the check on the room. 1 h and 21 min later when I called to ask when the food will arrive I was told “you gave us the wrong room number so we gave your breakfast to someone else, I can take your order now” WHAT!??? My husband heard me placing the order and the room number was correct. Not the experience we were expecting. Five minutes into sitting in our private tub both my husband and I started to experience burning eyes and the strong scent of chlorine. We tried rinsing our eyes in the cold water spigot, hoping it was something weird and was short term, but it wasnt. After another five minutes of pain, we gave up and got out. After splashing cold water from the spigot we put our clothes back on and headed back to the check-in area. There it was pointed out to us that we should have called the number on the little piece of paper (maybe the paper should state Have problems with your tub? Call this number.) so someone could have come and checked the tub. Not sure how that would have helped as the water was poisonous and we didnt have bathing suits with us, so we would have needed to get dressed anyway. The woman asked us to wait for the manager to refund our money, which was fine, but not really our main concern. We were more concerned with the affects of the chlorine. I was so dizzy I sat down while waiting but got up when the manager came in. She refunded our money, but just like the other employee did not ask if we were ok or needed anything, which seemed bizarre. We left, sitting in our vehicle for a bit to get our wits about us. Im thankful we both woke up this morning mainly back to normal, but the rest of our evening was ruined. We continued to experience burning pain in our eyes and noses, I was nauseous, and my husband was coughing and weezing. We would have called to let Sycamore to let them know, but the way they dismissed us so quickly it seemed like this wasnt the first time and they werent very concerned. Please note we were pretty clean when we arrived so there was no reason for the self regulator to dump so much chlorine in our pool. This is just a heads up, hope this doesnt happen to others.
