We bought a new Murphy Bed and we love it. Patrick and Caleb delivered it, set it up and showed us how it works. Theu were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Will buy from them again.

We needed a new couch. We liked the Ashley Metcalf power recliner sofa we found in the Morro Bay store. We compared couch potato price to other local stores and internet stores and found it a bit higher.We thought about it for a week or two and then went back to the store and asked if they would price match the the price in the other local store. We gave them a print out showing the other stores price. Bill Smith, the store manager, was able to match the price saving us about $500.We bought and paid for the couch and they said delivery would be approximately 2 to 4 weeks. (Couch potato offers free delivery and setup). We were surprised when Couch Potato called after a week and a half saying it was in.The delivery men brought the couch in and put it in position and assembled the backs to the couch base.They plugged it in and It works perfectly.One thing... Be sure you ask for the assembly and troubleshooting paperwork.... Since they did not offer to give the paperwork to us.Since the couch is in the middle of the room we did not want cords leading to the couch. We bought the Lismoss mc-160 battery pack on Amazon. Now we have no cords.... We just need to charge the battery every couple weeks. I will need to buy a second battery or a Y cable since each recliner end is powered separately with its own power supply.

We went in to order a sectional. We were greeted kindly and were walked through the process of customizing our sectional that made it easy. We were given fabric choices, cushion material choices, measurements, etc. and all I can say is that I am very excited and looking forward to our delivery. They have good quality furniture at honest prices and are very helpful, would only sell me what I want and need. I personally heard the owner tell someone the neednt get the top of the line mattress, the less expensive one would be just as good for their college daughter.

I shopped around and ended up getting the majority of the furnishings for my apartment from Couch Potato. They had a broad selection to choose from in the price range where you get the most value for your dollar. After the sale, they were always ready to make sure every detail was to my satisfaction.

I have had great experiences purchasing furniture over the years from couch potato in San Luis Obispo. The owner stands by his product, gives great deals, and always has a wonderful selection to choose from. I even bought a dining table from him and one of my kids destroyed a chair and he offered to replace it even though it wasnt his fault. You cant beat that. I will continue shopping at this store for furniture as long as I live in this county. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Very good customer service. They honored a coupon that hadnt come out yet and I got a killer deal for a very good couch. The staff was very kind and personal and worked with us on everything. Delivered to our house the next day. Highly recommending them to everyone and also i will be doing my business there from now on.

I ordered a couch from Couch Potato. The couch was very uncomfortable. The back cushions were so stiff as to keep one from sitting back comfortably. I was told by a salesperson that the back cushions would loosen up with usage but this did not happen. After many weeks of me walking on the back cushions to loosen them up with no improvement, I complained again. I was then told that I could order softer filling for the cushions at a cost of $35. When the softing filling for the back cushions was delivered, the delivery person admitted that the back cushions were done with the same filler as the seat cushions. Then, he said that the cost of the new fillers would be $100 instead of $35.I was also told when ordered the couch that I would also receive two pillows with it. After there were no pillows, I was told I would receive the pillows when the store received pillows that matched the couch. I never received the pillows.

I ordered product in November 2013 and it arrived very early December. The install went well until the final piece was unpacked. It was damaged. I sent a photo to my store contact and he said he would order a new top for my cabinet. It is now August 1, 2014 and several unanswered emails since with my install still not completed. Every time I called I got an answering machine. What worked was walking into the store. The sales person I had originally was not at this store but the San Luis Obispo folks were quick to take care of the problem. The part was ordered right away and a week later my cabinet if finished and beautiful.

I like there furniture especially there lamps very unique.

The furniture is quite expensive. The comic sans font on their logo doesnt convey the quality of products sold.

Cheap Quality, if I wanted Walmart, I would have gone there! Can find much better deals elsewhere! Wont go back to Couch Potato again!!!
