The entire team at Parkview Estates Mobile Home Community is committed to following all Fair Housing regulations. The community is quite and clean, home owners take pride in their homes.

Ive lived here for approximately 22 years in this mobile home park. They are not professional at all. It seems there is a new management every six months. They seem to only want money and are unwilling to help. I cant wait for another manager

Nice place to live

This place strips away your peace of mind. Ive been accused of drug dealing because my neighbors would come over a lot. But they called it heavy foot traffic. Ive heard of other neighbors being accused of drug dealing with no evidence of it what so ever. Then after living here for awhile and working on my cars in front of the different managers weve had. I get told I cant even change my brakes out on my car. I can understand not being able to do an oil change. But I cant even do simple maintenance. I feel like we wasted money buying here. We own our home so we are kind of stuck in our 10 year lease until we sell our house. Until then I have to keep paying space rent and property tax for BS

Nice clean property

Place is nice to live but they are getting so strict with everything and so many rules. What you cant have in your property. Manager keeps bugging about cleaning the outside and after cleaning they keep saying is not good enough. They keep sending letters to clean more and fix things in your mobile home that dont even need fixing done.

My wife in my child live here is good mobile park i miss this place

If you rent the cub house for party s you cant dim the lighting for the DJit spoiled the expirence

Very nice n lovely place to live but there are some tenants tat r very noisy, rude,n snitch a lot other than tat its cool the manager is very nice..

Went to visit someone. The parking is a pain. Most of the park is clean.

Ita gated and it has security, but the security follows u around with their lights flashing its kind of annoying
