I’ve been here for about 12 or thirteen years. Would I ever suggest others to move here, NO. This place use to be beautiful. Now, since a conglomerate company bought this park, it’s now ran down. This park is forty years old. Nothing gets a makeover, just a cheap repair job at best. Mostly by people who gave no idea as to what they are doing. Your water gets shut off almost weekly and your without water for from a few hours to 8 hours st a time. Gas pipes leaked and we were without gas for two weeks. The owners/management did nothing to help the residents. I had to call the county in yo help us. We had no stove, no heat, no dryer to wash clothes or even to shower. Our electricity was turned off and we had no TV, no cell phone service, nothing. I can go on and on, but I won’t. I would never ask my friends or enemies to live here. We haven’t had any amenities, club house, pool etc, but they still charge us as if we do. Many times the office is closed and WW have no one to call if we have an emergency. Again, the water was turned off again just yesterday. My opinion, don’t move here. The managers will tell you how wonderful this place is just because it’s their job to lle to you.,

First moved here almost 5 years ago. Nice and quiet.The company they hired for the upkeep of the bushes and trees were top notch. If you had a problem with a fallen tree,they took care of it,with no cost to you! We have new owners now and a different crew.️ I do wish the rent wasnt so high though.All in all an okay place. Although the plumbing cant seem to get repaired.Always seems to need work.

Mixture of nice and not so nice homes. Looks like they are starting some improvements around the park.

A great place for senior citizens to live and enjoy life. Very nice surroundings and very quiet times.

Pretty grounds with new homes being added regularly. Owners are encouraged to paint and upgrade landscaping. Great for resale. Lake needs water which I was told they are currently working on issue.

The lake is pathetic. Also charging fees for repairs to tenants that they should be responsible for. Used to be a really nice park not so much now. Not the place it used to be and would not move in there if I had known new owners were taking over. You probably wont like it much.

Love the clean yards. Do the alow pets?

Just heard on NBC 4 news this mobile home park they need a new gas line. These seniors have been without heat and hot water for two weeks. So wrong!!!

I have lived here at Country Lake MHP for over 11 years. I have had only good experiences during my time here. The present management and maintenance staff consist of caring, thoughtful, and hard-working people who truly care to provide the best in MHP living. The customer service is 5-star, as are the services they provide. I feel most fortunate to live in a neighborhood where the grounds are kept meticulously, the folks who live here (at least the ones I have had the pleasure to meet) are friendly and neighborly, and, again, the oversight of this beautiful property supports enjoyable, comfortable, and affordable living. I thank them sincerely.

THE LANDSCAPE AND THE NATIVE ENERGY IN THE SAN JACINTO MOUNTAINS THAT BACK UP INTO CANYON LAKES IS A BEAUTIFUL BACKDROP TO THIS MOBILE PARK BACK DROP .THE LAND SURROUNDS WITH A BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE OF A COUNTRY LAKE AND ITS NAUTURAL INHABITANTS.THE DOG AREAS ARE ENOURMOUS AND SPACIOUS ! IJNCREDIBLE VIEWS OF THE SAN JACINTO HILLS AND MOUNTAIN RAGEO .MINUTES FROM SOBOBA SPRINGS AND SAN JACINTO . THE NEIGHBORHOODS COULD USE SOME FIX UP BUT THATS LIFE IN A SENIOR COMMUNITY .A POOL OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND AND JACUZZI TOPS OFF THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE !

Went to visit a friend on Fourth of July got to see the golf cart parade. This seems like a nice place to live.

Before the new owners my mom was happy to be staying here. Now the new owners are charging fees for things they don’t have or say they are fixing but haven’t, raising rent, not being truthful to the seniors that have been living there and calling the them liars treating them unfairly. Don’t move here, this could be you!

Nice place sad to see the lake lose water and hear it was not stocked with fish.

New corporate ownership has brought this park down. Lacking in proper management and maintenance.

DONT MOVE HERE....AWFUL MANAGEMENT.. CROOKS,DONT FIX THINGS, RASING RENT SINCE THEY PURCHASED. SELLI G HOMES THAT ARE BEING SOLD TO BUYERS WHO PAINT OVER MOLD, PAINT ROOFS TO LOOK NEW... NOT UP TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE..THEY HAVE LAWSUITS PENDING IN SEVERAL OTHER PARKS FROM THEIR RESIDENTS..IF YOU BUY HERE ASK FOR ESCROW, WHICH THEY ARE NOT DOING, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. JOUSES HAVE TERMITES, ELECTRICAL ISSUES, LEAKY ROOFS, PLUMBING ISSUES ...LOOK UP BOA VIDA MSNAGEMENT ... BUYER BEWARE
