I really like the Waterworks Swim School . The staff is always nice and friendly. My son is learning to swim and is having a good time here. The facilities are better than most other swim places. We usually have our son shower and change right after his lesson. Very convenient.

Customer service is always great here. If you walk in for a banker, you might wait for a while, but everyone is really nice. Edith Cheng went above and beyond for me in terms of helping things that I originally did not even come in for. Definitely recommend working with her!

We have been using WaterWorks Swim School San Francisco for over 4 years and my kids loves their weekly sessions with the swim instructors. The swim school is located at The City Sports Gym near the Stonestown Mall. There is 1 designated swim lane for the Swim School and the other lanes are for the Gym Patrons. The pool is clean and have 2 showers for the kids to use and pop up tents for them to change. Waterworks offers private lessons and Semi-Private with the max of 2 kids.The Staffs are always patient and friendly and shout our to my kids swim teachers: Jocelyn and Ben. Thank you for being the BEST AWESOME TEACHER!!!

Teacher Miranda was so creative. She thought of games and what not so our daughter Vivian would be less afraid of water. Glad to find a good swimming program like Waterworks!
