I want to explain you my experience in this club.I went to Underground SF two Fridays ago. The night and the atmosphere was good, and the party too. However, when I got home I realized I had lost my sunglasses in there.I contacted them few days after (without no hope of finding them) asking if they have found my sunglasses (please find attached pictures). They told me they found the sunglasses and even they sent me a picture of the sunglasses. I did confirm they were mine.I said to them that I was going to grab them on Thursday or Friday (Thursday was the first day they were opening). I went on Friday to pick the sunglasses up. Unfortunately, the people working there were not able to find the sunglasses. They told me to wait, because they were contacting other employee who could have taken the sunglasses to a safer place. After some minutes, they told me to go another day to grab the sunglasses because mysteriously the sunglasses werent there. (I went there on purpose for that and they knew it.)This is when I said, ok can you take my phone number and let me know when I can come back? because you are making me to waste my time and money. Seems that they didnt take this very good... they gave me a piece of paper to write down my phone number and meanwhile the front door guy was telling me write your number and get out of here, get out of here and one of the waitress was telling me...you were the one losing the sunglasses (remember, that they found the sunglasses and were there).I didnt hear back from them. I contacted them once again, as you can see in the pics. No answer. So, I can only say, they are very very rude and unrespectful. And still...one remaining question, where are the sunglasses?Id really appreciate if someone gives me an explanation.
The vibe in this place is cool...very causal but cute and relaxed.
I love this place, the music is amazing and the vibe is even better
The vibes were thick yo.
Great drinks. Good seating. Food was great. Plays good music with a DJ playing lots of local and relevant music.
Cheap drinks, friendly bartenders, and they support a well-rounded set of underground electronic music. Just hope you dont have to use the bathroom while youre there...
SF local dive club. Simply the best.
No cover charge, which is always a plus. Small place, but that was OK because there was hardly anybody there. Great music, but not enough chicks to dance to it with...
Pretty good club cheap drinks, usually no cover. A friend has a deep house /techno / garage night on Sundays monthly called Outpost.
Nice to hear some dancehall reggae but the DJs had a very small knowledge base and played almost all slow love songs, which kills the dance mood. Drinks served in plastic cups and the drinks were just as classy while still extremely expensive.
Tues night are the best a good mix gays and straights amazing underground music. I dance and then meet some amazing people.
Employees, including the excellent and attentive bartender and the super nice doorman, are great; but the owner is an over-reactive prick. Go there, dance, and pay the bartenders cash for tips, but avoid giving any money to the establishment.
Fair prices, friendly people and I liked the music.
Okay spot to dance but a 5buck cover seems like a bit too much when other places are free just down the road
Thursdays are the best! Chill gem in SF
4. I paid 10$ for some red label. Yet normally its 6 to 7 at the fam spots. So I am taxed and its loud music is off base. But okay.
Cheap drinks, great dancing spot. Divey.
I like the 90s night, but the place can get really crowded that you can barely move.
