Even if you’re not into comics per se, they have a fantastic selection of local artists’ work and merchandise that make fantastic gifts for that hard-to-shop-for someone. Top notch.

Being from the midwest, seeing a place like Silver Sprocket is breathtaking. This hub of artists is very unique and there are little things all over for just about anyone. The staff was very helpful and kind. There are several trinkets and stickers available for free, or included with a purchase, so drop in!

I LOVE this small, independent press for print & music on Haight. Silver Sprocket was a happy bit of serendipity as I was vintage clothes shopping. I was on a mission, but could not pass up this store front which screams with subversive sweetness.Great comics, patches, tee shirts and art, cds & vinyl, some books and magazines.I came away with a I want all the cats to love me best tee shirt and a Catboy graphic novel and look forward to returning on my next trip!
