Buyers be ware. Poor quality and terrible service. Bought an art sculpture during our most recent visit. After assurances of original art and well of fully insured shipment, we purchased a piece; only to have it delivered in poor packaging and damaged. Store has refused to provide a refund and has yet to be willing to pay to have the damaged piece returned. They had since admitted that they have a bunch more just like it. Still disputing this with the ‘gallery’ but I cannot recommend a purchase from this place. Stay away as you will be paying more than it is worth and you cannot believe anything you hear.Will post as the saga continues.

In June we bought a Lladro from them and noticed the the display piece was damaged so we insisted that our purchase was on condition of getting a new piece from the Lladro factory. The piece can in and looked to be fine but is now falling apart! on closer observation we now see that they have fixed the damaged display piece and shipped it to us. I have been in touch with their Director who has asked me to fix it with super glue! I called Lladro USA and they said that they are not an authorized distributor. So I went back to the Director asking for a copy of the invoice he got from Lladro as proof he bought a new piece but got not reply. Do not deal with this company as they ship damaged pieces to you.
