Customer service associate was extremely rude and would not provide her name so I took her picture. Staff was not like customer service, more like customer enforcers. It would have been okay if she had been a little more kinder but instead she treated me like a disease and i called her out on it. I understand Covid concerns but do not take away from kind customer service to enforce rules on its customers like police. boo to you good vibrations.

And on pride weekend. Seriously? Hypocritical much?Every turn, I’m being stared at, glared at, store associates chasing me down asking me if I need “help” because they think I want to steal. I was sure to make the store associates with the most egregious behavior do a bunch of pointless running around since they wanted to stereotype.To add insult to injury, me and all my friends are professionals and make more than every single store associate at this location, undoubtedly. The irony. We could pay your bills, and yet your associates were chasing us around the store. What’s new. Just regular SF racism.

This is the first sex shop Ive been to that is both bright and organized, welcoming and helpful! The staff here is very attentive and knowlegable too! I am definitely coming here for all of my needs, they have great prices and wonderful deals going on too! Its a beautiful place!

Very unhappy. I asked to purchase a product and was directed to a vibrator by the sales staff. I purchased it, but it was not at all what I described. I realized this after leaving the store and contacted to return the unopened vibrator, but was told I could not. (Even though the only reason Id purchased it was that the sales person led me to the wrong one!)I used to love Good Vibes for the sex positive culture + great customer support, but this was terrible!
