The staff acted look or they didnt want to be botherd. Like we did something wrong by shopping there. Never again. Too expensive and rude.

The arcade is quite small and limited retail available, current still have the swim suite on display and its middle of winter.... Poorly managed and employees seem to hate being there.

Place is closed at 10:30 pm

Limited space, but gets the job done. Got everything I wanted and more. The desk receptionist was a little rude and checked out- only negative thing.

My very favorite community store. Has everything I need, yet brings a comfort like home. You guys are always awesome. Dont ever change. You always have an answer/solution to any question Ive ever had. When in doubt buy more lube. Pairs well with any occasion.Your neighbor,- J

I wanna give these guys a good rating, but I gotta bring some attention to the prices. They wanted $34 for a toy thats $12 elsewhere. Now I know this is a boutiqie and I want them to make money, but they wouldnt budge an inch on the price.

Was very nice even as he told us that as someone Id as female could not go back.

I am just floored this place charges 51.00 bucks for a 8oz of Swiss Navy when it cost 16.00 bucks on Amazon and 25 bucks at every other store in San Francisco. Not cool. I wont go going back for the lube.

Poppers galore bought some then left the store. Lots of guys giving me the bed room eyes but no way was I giving them that time of day at all, no way. I was actually scared, felt like cattle waiting to be butchered.

Selections could be vastly better. Limited lube brands frustrate me.
