Such a cool spot, was visiting SD from SC for some months about five years or so ago and heard I had to get a tattoo here. Did that, and it’s still killer, little cobra...color is still solid, had some cool panther painted on the wall in there, good vibes...place looked awesome...great tattoo experience.

My tattoo artist was Frank Chavez yes I got this tattoo such a long time ago (2016) but what I do have to say is that my experience here was great and I absolutely love my tattoo thank you so much Frank!

Showing up as a walk in with two ladies wanting your classic girl vacation tattoo the guys were incredibly kind. Beatle was out artist who clearly loves his job and has great talent. Our next trip back will definitely include a trip to see Beatle and the guys at the flying panther.

I walked in without an appointment and was immediately slotted in with Thor. He’s a local so we got along great and he did an amazing job on the art I wanted done. This shop has a great feel to it with a ton of the owners artwork on the wall to stare at as you get inked.

Kathy did an awesome job helping me create an awesome tattoo. Came in there with a good idea, left with an amazing result. She really incoprorated all my key ideas into a great design and by adding her knowledge on placement, I am so please. With this being my first experience with a larger tattoo, it was an ideal experience.

Dominic is amazing on Japanese style tattoos. he did a full sleeve on me, such a fast tattoo artist and the color came out amazing. Im talking about he did my whole arm outline in 3 hours. He is no longer working here, just recently move to super fly tattoo

Great name, perfect tattoos. You will not find very many shops that can compete with the quality of tattoo that Flying panther does. I did not want a typical tattoo so I did not want the typical tattoo artist. I spent a long time seeking the right tattoo artist and shop. I found all that I had been seeking at Flying Panther.

Aidan Monahan did an awesome job on both my tattoos, I got both my daughters names on my forearms with extra design around them, and he did a phenomenal job. By far the best art work i have on my body. I showed my wife afterwards and she nearly cried. This is Amys husband, just dont know how to change the name on it.

About 2 years ago I met a girl who had a lot of tattoos. The first picture I saw of her featured one of Rob Benavides beautiful pieces. I wasnt sure how I felt about tattoos, but after dating her for a few months and meeting the folks at Flying Panther, and other San Diego tattoo artists, I took the plunge: a large piece from Rob Benavides himself. Its still one of my favorite pieces.Having seen a lot of work since, and having personally been worked on by Rob, Micah Caudle and Brian Walker, I can tell you that if you want custom work thats not just a great tattoo but great art, Flying Panther is the place.Going there is a treat. Getting work done is even better.And yes, Im still with the girl. Were going to get married someday soon.Flying Panther is a part of my life I wouldnt trade for anything.
