It is fun to do but I didn’t really like it personally. I prefer the other rides in the area though
I dont recommend this for young kids. The ropes easily get stuck and it takes a strong adult to get it untied. Plus, it is a good height. My feeling is they make quite a bit of money from people who get to the top and decide they dont want to finish, which is exactly what happened to us. My husband purchased a ticket to save the kids and all 3 came down. It was just too complicated + they made him take both kids down from the ropes, get back in line (after already waiting an hour), and then wait again another 45 minutes. Just wasnt worth it. For 16+ only. Otherwise, not good. And, no I did not see a sign that says anything about 10 minute max (responding to the previous persons post)! They did refund us $15 in arcade money after we complained (of $36 we paid).
I would give it zero star if I could. It was the worst experience we had. I went on with my daughter around 2:00pm on Aug 25. In the middle of the course, the employee talked us to get down. I was so confused and asked why. He said it has been 10 mins. I was even more confused about the reason that he gave to me. He said they have a rule about maximum 10 mins in the course. However, there was no 10 mins rule wrote on the board with other rules. Also, we was not being told this rule by that employee on the front. Suddenly this their rule has been applied to us without knowing it. When we asked that employee, he said he was telling to the customer. He even lied to my wife that he told us as well. Apparently, we were not the only ones without knowing this rule. When we questioned that employee, the other customers who were surrounding us were upset as well. They said no one told them either. What kind of business is it!! It was not the only shocking part. When we complained to their supervisor, he did not even think there was something badly wrong with their business. He did confirm the 10 mins rule which only their employees know about it without telling their customers. That supervisor even try to argue that the other automated rides did not write the duration time either. Finally, I understand why that employee even lied to their. Their management is such a mass. What would you expect for. Just get away from the bad business.
