Had a great time. Did art heist with a group of 10. We had to keep our masks on the entire time and there were hand sanitizers in the room and at the front desk.

We did the Mad Lab, which was fun! Took us about 50 minutes with a large group of 10, and about 6 of us were intoxicated. The staff were great and the actors kept the game going!

Super great place! Went for a day date, bought through groupon to save money! The experience was really cool and we definitely had fun. Definitely recommend for friends or couples to go!

We bought our tickets on Groupon so it was a great activity for our family and cost about the same as going to the movies. WE HAD A BLAST! Three adults and two teenagers worked together and had a great time solving puzzles and looking for clues. We managed to escape with 5 mins 30 seconds to go even though it was EXTREMELY challenging. Very exciting group activity. Found out that my adult son and his wife are quite the puzzle solvers. Beautiful to watch my family work so well as a team. We cant wait to go again!!

At first when we got there I didnt think we were going to have fun but we had so much fun the people were nice kind and courteous and it was a great experience

Fantastic experience! We were a group of 4 adults (ages 25-30) paired with another group of 4 (in their 20s/30s as well) for Art Heist. This was a family friendly room but definitely did not bore a group of 8 adults. We finished with less than 5 minutes so it was challenging enough to use up the time but not impossible! The staff person we met (I can’t remember her name) was funny, kind, and helped us have a great time. The only struggle was that some of the locks stuck, so I hope they can fix those so time isn’t wasted on sticky locks. That said, I highly recommend this place!

These guys are great, we brought 9 13yr old-ish friends of my daughter here for her birthday and they had a blast. Guys working the room definitely had their hands full but handled the mob seemlessly.

Really clever. We were with another group, but we worked together and really had fun!!!!

Do not come here, unless you have a full group of 10 and only if all of those 10 people have never done an escape room before. Even if that is the case, find another room to do. Do not come to this one. There were 6 of us and they added 4 random people to our group and the room was way too easy. People will be sitting around doing nothing. The people who manage this room are greedy and just want money and do not care for customer experience. Find another escape room. Dont come here.

Great Im not one of these people that does this kind of thing very often but I will have to admit it drew me in and made me pay attention and want to contribute to my team.

The Aztec room was relatively well done with good atmosphere and an entrance that looked like Disneylands Indiana Jones. The group was too large for this escape room though and Im not sure why since other victory photos had 6 or 8 people. Our group was smaller parties of 6,2,4 combined to make 12 people that could barely fit together in the first chamber. After the second chamber opened, it was impossible to keep 12 people on the same page. The experience would be much better if they werent trying to cram too many people into one group.

Omgeee...what an experience!!! This was our first time in an escape room. Our party of 4 chose the lab mainly because my son(7yrs old) and husband love ZOMBIES. The hostess Allison was extremely nice. She made us feel welcomed and assured us we would have a great time. Once we found out that there would be other groups joining us we were even more excited. The lab tech and the Zombie doctor were awesome actors. All of the clues were well designed and organized. Our team worked well together under pressure!!! Whomever created this adventure is a genius. We had a blast. Cant wait to do it again.

The Aztec room was awesome. Automated moving parts. Plenty of things to unlock. They said it takes the most teamwork of almost any escape room anywhere and that could be true: theres a lot to decode. Really enjoyable!

Tons of fun for the whole family!

Myself and a friend choose the Lab experience. The 2 actors that played a role in the room did an excellent job in creating a real life environment, while also creating an enjoyable experience for our group. The puzzles were perfectly suitable for I would say teenagers and above. If I could give it a 4.5 stars I would only because the briefing that youre given regarding rules and the story line seemed rushed.

We purchased a Groupon and did Houdinis Escape Room. There were 5 people in our party and 4 in another group that we were paired with. This was our first time doing an escape room and all three of our children (9,11,12) were able to participate and werent scared. The actress did a great job and gave us just the right amount of feedback to help steer us in the right direction. We successfully saved Houdinis soul in 42 minutes. A fun time!

This place is amazing! had a great time on our team building and we recommend the rest of the company to go. definitely an experience to remember

Such a fun time last night experiencing my first escape room. The Great Room Escape down on Market Street totally knows how this should be done (theyre the same folks that do the Haunted Hotel and Haunted Trail and it shows). The room design and effects really blew our minds - there are actors, costumes, lots of light and sound effects, the works. If youre looking for a REAL escape room experience this will totally immerse you. The Mad Lab is brand new and was super challenging - totally loved the Radioactive Professor who menaced us the whole time, really putting the pressure on. We made it out in time, but just barely. Highly recommended!

So our group had 6 of us. After watching a video, they call us and 6 others from two other groups joined us. 12 people in a group was way too big. It was our first time. Didnt really get a chance to solve cause of other parties who obviously wasnt their first time, knew how to play. So I paid just to stand there and have some stranger solve everything for us. Wont be back.

Ive participated in a few of their escape rooms. They have been a lot of fun and somewhat challenging. They are great for team building outings

Dont come here if you are in a small group. They put 10-12 people in a hot as room and expect you to escape. Its difficult when everyone is talking over eachother with only one attendant in the room with you. Just save your money.

Original and fun escape rooms. You are really immersed with in room actors to make the experience fun.

Im not a fan of the escape room trend, I hate having a time limit for anything while Im hanging out with friends. We had fun here though.

The clues are messily arranged to be very far from the target they are used for. I love difficult clues but they do need to be more organized.

A good game. The group was to large.To much confusion with 10 people you do not know.

So there was 4 of us that wanted to go and originally one person could not make it.Shortly after our other person was going to be able to go.We tried to go online to rebook it and get the 4th person in and the website wouldnt let not let us update the amount of players even though they have rooms available.long story short get there and were on standby for the last player and the other groups fourth person did not show up and Rachel told us at 12:50 if the other person was not there, our 4th person would be able to enter. So at 12:50 we went to them and said that we wanted our fourth person so Racheal walked upstairs to the other group whos 4th person was not there and told them that we had to get started and invited the mom who was not participating to take the 4th spot.Mind you we had been there for over a half hour and had already paid for 4 people as well.She had already promised it to us so I then proceeded to go down to tell my friend what happened and she follows me and proceeds to kick me out of the room because she didnt like the fact I was saying what happened in a room with everybody else.I WAS NOT raising my voice, I was not being disrespectful and she proceeded to kick me out anyway.I had a discussion with her after where I caught her on video admitting that she didnt like that I was upset and said she would tell her boss I was making a scene and thats why she kicked me out, then contradicts herself and admits I in fact was not making a scene and that I was removed because she didnt like that i questioned her ethics in not honoring her promise.So as we speak my party is in the game right now and I am sitting outside waiting for them.I will never ever do business with them again and when I asked for her Managements name and number she refused to give it to me! Telling me she was the manager and basically I need to deal with it. ( mind you I have her on video and then when she realizes Im videoing her... her attitude totally changes)Someone should really teach her and this business how customer service works and that lying to people is fround apon.

Did the lab a while back, the idea of the zombie being in the room is interesting, but to be honest it got annoying after it could reach you in any part, giving really no time to stand still and focus on the puzzle itself.
