Always a fun place to go. Have what I want and very knowledgeable

I bought a remote control vibrator for my partner. It has a mind of its own and vibrates by itself and got really hot. I finally had a chance to bring it back and try to exchange it, and brought it back to the store and they cant exchange it or anything. Waste of 40 dollars.

Ive been coming to this place for so many years. Recently bought an item that has a screw top. Tried to exchange it after having it for only three business days. They would not exchange it and offered me 15% off a replacement. I would not go back there anymore on principle alone. Too bad, because I liked this place and the staff. Business is business, even if its a bad business decision. If you are still gonna go, Id buy on a credit card at this place so you can still get your money back.

This place is very nice. Pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the man and woman were that were working when we came in. I guess I expected it to be creepy, but it was completely the opposite. I wanted to see and feel what I couldn’t by looking online. They even gave me a discount. I would recommend this place.
