Had a blast. Fast cars. They really cut loose. You can even do some drifting. Real fun racing. Worth it. Took my daughter shes tall enough to drive on her own she loved it.

They dont schedule bookings well. One time I was with a group of people and they let us go before another group who was there way before us for some reason. They combined parties to accommodate which interfered with my experience racing. We didnt even get to do our last run because they ran out of time.

None of the employees wore a mask, not even the attendant buckling seat belts. I was shocked.

Not busy, staff is nice. The track is in good condition a d that cars are fast! Tandem cars are available if youre going with a child under 8.

The format for grouping people is difficult to understand. Staff does not abide by covid 19 safety mandates. Place is poorly kept up so that matches its location lol. Saw people go multiple times ahead of our group although we registered and checked in prior to them. I wont be coming back here, this business doesnt deserve my money.

Good cars. Great deals on multiple racing packages. They make you get a weird license for a $7 fee. And the vending machines take your money. (Lost $5) You will not get it refunded. They will tell you they dont own the machines. Happened to me and to another family on a different machine. They were uninterested in rectifying it with us.Otherwise, if you just come to race. Its not bad at all.

Had a great experience. Brought my kids and a few of their friends. They had the track to themselves. They really enjoyed it. Staff was very attentive. They made sure we were safe the whole time. Great place for large groups

I was rammed intentionally by another go kart while I was sitting, the staff did nothing for the dangerous act committed on me. I would never go again. The place is dangerous.

Nice place, I especially liked the modern registration system they used. The staff was friendly and seemed competent. The wait between rounds was short and everything was well arranged. The track was nice once you got the hang of it. The karts were decent, but the performance, especially for drifting varied a lot between the karts I had in the three different rounds. Overall a very fun experience, and not too expensive. My shoulders were sore for a couple days after.

SBR does great trading groups of people who are new from the experienced drivers we always have a blast some karts are better that others they do have a on site mechanic but he is most of the time overwhelmed with karts he does his best and to fix what he can and order what he can’t friendly staff and clear interior / exterior always a good place. Hint to people that it is expensive they have to pay to fix karts it’s a very expensive hobby if you come from a racing family and most people who actually race understand the prices and come here often.

Wow fun go karts. That go fast. The staff was super nice. It was just me and a friend. We literally came when no one was there. It was amazing. The track was cold because it was a cold day so the karts were sliding everywhere. It was amazing lol will definitely be back

Very fun, great place, Id say a little pricy for the $6 license on top of the race prices. Could really use variation, second track or run it backwards to switch it up. This isnt an all day thing I would suggest it with other things like a movie and dinner in my opinion.

I dont usually leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary to take the time and write this out, from the beginning the entire place look closed from the outside. Having driven from far away to spend time with oversea friends only to think the place was closed.Inside youll be lucky to get greeted by a receptionist who seems to rather spend her time attending her own funeral.When it came time to race was the lack of attention from the people supervising. Im not sure what I expected when I saw how they set up the karts` ramming the karts into each other and complete disregard or respect for their own equipment.What bothers me the most about this experience was how they didnt notice racers that had no clue how to drive. People continued to drive all most full speed into the corners constantly spinning out and bumping other people.No one noticed when I was t-boned by another driver going into a turn. He was going full speed when he hit me. I had to end my race early due to pain. No of the employees noticed, it was other drivers in the side line asking If I was okay.Next time Ill go to K1 Speed.

It was a blast! Me and my dad went and raced, and we both had loads of fun! The service is great, and you get to start fairly quick. There are also these tournaments that the fastest drivers get invited to and the winner gets a prize. Its overall a very fun challenge.

To over priced. They had better pricing a few months ago. Even then it was a little high for gocart racing. But at least more competitive pricing.

First time here, didnt think it would be this expensive for 2 people. See photos for further.. $87.86 for two people 20 min.Races are 10 min each.Ridiculous amount for 2 people total.Probably wont come here again, came here to cheer up my son.Deco is outdated but the interior is kept clean.Receptionist was attentive.I liked the xmas lights in the helmet room. And the race track was kool.. but not good enough for me to return

The place was like ghost town. It felt so weird that we were the only ones there, but the lady behind the counter was super helpful and polite. The actual racing part was super fun even though I lost. The staff was overall really helpful and The experience was one of a kind.

Great place. I needed help backing up a couple of time (a million) and they were super helpful I felt so bad but the guy helping was very nice about it. We also had a group of young kids being kids and it was great.I definitely recommend this place for the track and experience but most importantly for service. Kudos to That awesome staff.

While waiting we played the coin-op games. One machine took the money, but didnt work. They said the machines were not theirs. We told them to put a sign to warn other people. They did nothing. The pool table was missing on ball.

Great staff and place. Been to all electric kart tracks and you just cant beet GAS KARTS. Plus when you have a young child with you they all ride the same karts not like these other electric indoor track karts they limit those karts for the kids.Not a place to bring a kid to learn how to drive unless you do it by yourselves then it would be fun. When we went in the guy working the front counter was more concerned with his phone than with helping customers. Very poor customer service. Employees were parking in the very front where customers should be parking. If youd like an example of how not to do customer service this is the place for you.

Love going here. Much better than the electric karts at other places. They use gas powered systems. Mainly try to go here with friends and family so we can race each other and not bother with other individuals. Prices are reasonable. Try not to go here when they have special functions as that drives the price up for some odd reason.

Came here with several buddies to kill time before our flight. Facility was very clean, registration process was seamless and the service was great. The best deal is 5 races for $50. There is a required $6 registration fee associated.

The woman behind the desk needs to do something else really doesnt know what shes doing shes bumped my kids now on to 3 different races. I am standing here I across from the track not racing in the race were supposed to be and and my kids are getting upset that theyre not facing when they were supposed we paid for these track time. We paid for 3 races we were supposed to be and race 17, 19 and 21. And our being told her bump for birthday party. What am I chopped liver I paid for the racing time too.

Its one thing to claim you have no more head mask (What ever their called.) and its another when the one you put on one that smells like barf and they refuse to give you another. For nearly 30mins I had to suffer or I wouldnt get a refund in mask that smelt as if someone threw up in it. Thanks to whoever was running the place on Sunday, I got sick. Kuddos to you.

Jose is amazing!!! He really knows how to handle a situation. This client tried fighting my brother and Jose took charge and did everything good in his power to let us leave calmly. He gave us a refund and walked us to our car.

Fun time and reasonable with Groupon. We were there about 11:30 AM on a Thursday and had not waiting. Karts are fast but electric karts are much better.

Owner is absolutely terrible, I will never be returning to this place. They raised the prices for VIP members because the place is always dead.

Brought a group of 12 and all we are able to easily use their Groupon purchase discount for 3 same day races. Tuesday night meant no one else was there which was nice for us. We will be back for more.

The staff wasnt that friendly. We showed up when they opened at 10am (4 of us). The group that showed up after up (also 4) got to race the track alone...they forced our group to race with a 3rd party that came in. The group they made ride with us kept crashing and that made them keep stalling our cars. They werent busy and didnt have a party coming in until 1pm. The staff had attitudes when we asked to run with out group alone. We all paid the same price and it sucked we had to run with the kids crashing while they let the other ones run alone. We definitely didnt get our moneys worth.

Good track and cars. But staff is terrible. I waited ten minutes and finally had to walk up to one of the staff studiously ignoring me and interrupt them before they would acknowledge me. The two employees were helping one customer each when we arrived but did not welcome or acknowledge our existence at all. After finishing with their customers, they continued ignoring us, till we butted in. Good track, fun time, worst customer service. Will likely not return.

I love this place! My family and I go here all the time. The people are always friendly and the karts are pretty fast. My husband and I sneak away and do date nights here sometimes too. Super fun!

Service was not great. Got there at 8pm(they close at 10pm), and was told they were running late and we would lose out on 1 of our races. I paid for 3 races, not 2, no offer to reimburse for the race we wouldnt get. Customer service lacked professionalism and much else. Go to Pole Position or K1, much better experience. Wouldnt recommend.

I went one time when it was empty and it was decent. Went again when it was busy they said it be a hour and forty minutes. After that another 40 so on and on for 3 hours. Then they gave us $13 vouchers that expire in 2 weeks. When the race began my kart kept sputtering and there was other customers slamming into us and each other and making each other spin out. The staff didnt say a word my little sister hurt her neck. We did 1 of 3 races we paid for and didnt get a refund. The only thing positive I can say is one worker was nice.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, equipment is ok, Im a big fan of the vip incentive but currently a couple of the carts arent working properly... sort of defeats the purpose. all in all a great place to come blow off some steam

Awesome fun for kids 8 & up!

The actual course and karts are great. But the racers need to me monitored better by the staff. One race there were a group of kids that were basically playing bumber cars. One kid almost flipped his kart in front of me. Staff didnt care to hold up their no bumping signs. Then the next race there was a couple that were clearly under the influence of marijuana. They raced a first race, went to their car for 45 minutes and finally came back to race again. Stuff like that should not be allowed. My kids were out there and the girl was driving very recklessly. I dont think we will be back to this place again.
