Delicious Pizza and Tasty Chickens. I wish it was during better times though. All the games are shut down. But you can still get cotton candy and toys from the games there. The staff is very kind and helpful. I bought me some a Chuck E Cheese sticker pack. I think I get some cups next time.

I took my son to this place because he had a rough morning. He was pretty sad and wanted to distract him from such a rough morning. Mind you, I had NEVER taken my four year old to chuck e. cheese. I have taken my older kids. He was surprised to see games as we entered, we waited a good 5 minutes to enter because there was only two employees. An employee that was sweeping came and let us in but was so rude. He was literally looking at my son waiting for him to give him his hand but he didnt know what to do. I told him he had never been there and if he could please explain to him he had to give him his hand. My son has a trach and I got upset because he kept looking at him. I disregarded because I just wanted my son to have fun. We ordered and our food was a disaster. The pizza was cold. The fries were burnt. They had no flavor. The games didnt work. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience. It took us 10 minutes to cash in some tickets and get our prizes. I will never return to any chuck e. Cheese again. Oh and do something about the HORRIBLE STENCH.

Honestly not too bad. The workers have all been enjoyable the times that I have gone. Of course it gets chaotic, its an arcade for small children, but the kids seem to love it so thats all that matters. The birthday packages are great, they have a couple that include everything from food to game cards. Makes for easy party planning.

My pizza was supper size, my play time was increase by 30 min. My food order ticket was lost by kitchen personnel this ma my food 40minute late. Even as a grown-up and a kid at heart, you can be a kid here! Oh, and they have beer, so its kinda better, lol.One more thing! Just line up the spinning wheel game thing just right, and its a guaranteed 30 tickets 70% of the time. I managed to score 555 tickets in about 15 minutes.

This place is simply not fun for kids. There arent nearly as many coin-op rides for little ones as there were. I see more grown-ups enjoying it than kids. The indoor play places are way more fun

Its lost so much of its appeal. We where there for a childs birthday party. Monitors that show childs name not working. Chuck E. Cheese only came out once. Table next to ours wasnt cleaned till almost closing time, but it was apperent that party had left way before that time.

My kids always have a good time here. It does get a little crowded on the weekends, but not too bad. The pizza is good & staff is responsive and friendly.

Went here for the birthday of one of my sons friends. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They offered a gluten-free option for my son to have some pizza with his friends, this is very helpful and a much appreciated. many of the games were having issues, however, there was an on-site repairman who was able to assist very quickly and get things working again. we will definitely be back, probably for one of my kids birthdays.

Food is great!! Really clean even with a ton of kids. Servers are great! Love the unlimited pass worth the money if you have a big family.

My 3 year old son had a blast today. Its been years since I have been to a Chuck E. Cheese and Im glad we went to this one today. Quit since it was a Tuesday afternoon. Clean and great service by Carlos. Appreciate that I saw staff doing maintenance and cleaning on the games.

Good for the kids... a lot has changed since I was a kid of course, but they gave good, simple games for younger children. A lot more basic compared to Dave and Busters. They still have ski ball and other ticket generating games that make it fun to be there as an adult. They serve beer and wine. There are coupons available so that helps. The staff was enthusiastic, which made my kids experience that much better. Clean up service at tables was a little slow, otherwise this would have a 5 star review. Perks for the germaphobic- this location has no physical play equipment/ball pit, so less germs!

It was a nice experience going to chuck e cheese this time because we got there as soon as it opened and we were basically the only people there. Usually its crowded and kids running into you all the time but i highly recommend going as soon as they open. The employees were nice but as always like every chuck e cheese restaurant it smells like feet! I would of at least thought being there first we would of beat the feet smell but apparently its built into the building.

I dont usually take my kids here. But since my son wanted to come here for his birthday. I took them today for them to play around and have some pizza and cookies.Its still a good place to bring kids. Today, wasnt crowded at all since its the weekdays. My kids can play more machine. They like the place so why not. As long as they enjoy the area.I dont usually take them to chuckecheese due to its a little expensive. Also, the area is close by too so going here is not bad. Just dont come over the weekend this place is too crowded.

Use to take my kids....now I take my grandkids....havent had a problem....whether its just for fun, birthday parties or just recently a school fundraiser....salad bar is fresh....restrooms are ok....but over all, Im satisfied....

Always a delightful time at Chuck E. Cheese. A little pricey but the kids love it. Great quality games and the new unlimited plays system works great and keeps the children more than occupied. My little one always sleeps early on CEC visit days lol

Great place for a birthday. My youngest was apprehensive about the big mouse. Then she flipped to try to hang out with him a lot..lol. They change some of the attraction from last time. The food got better than the last time. I still didnt want to touch the buffet

Chucky cheese always a great time for my kids. Has a variety of in expensive games and plenty of space for the kids to run around and burn their energy up.

The pizza is better than before and they have stuffed crust. The games take game cards so no more token madness that is nice. Reasonably priced and not as crazy as I thought it would be on a Friday evening.

Even though my kids loved the place I didnt particularly like the bad smell coming from there carpet. Very overwhelming.

The pizza Is okay just thin make sure you finish all you card points if you get the points card because you may be there late and they shut off the machine but overall it always a fun place I was there a lot more as a kid and there is still tickets

Visited for a birthday party. Smaller than it probb should be. Window sills needed to be dusted badly . Decent tho if you are invited to a birthday party where you wont be there too long.

Came here on a Friday about 1pm. Everything was clean and all the rides worked, not crowded at all. The pizza was not that great but I expected that. Only complaint was not salad bar till 2pm?? Why?My year old loved it! Staff was friendly.

Kids still enjoy location, but crew could not get tv monitors that announce name of Birthday child where not working, we where there for a childs Birthday party. Not that busy, yet waited over 8 minutes just to place an order and i was next in line. Only one cashier. Couldnt even tell who worked there, no uniforms.

I have always been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese. But my question is, is why is there bugs everywhere. I am finding them is the playground, under seats and in the bathroom. Yuck! I can also say that I got sick from the pizza and why is the pizza all messed up. Like they don’t even look the same. But the games were fine

It was aight, my son and I had a good time and all that but customer service couldve been a lot better and the employees couldve made themselves more available instead of having to hunt them dwn for help.

They hooked it up, with tokens and obviously the food for the kids is good. i took my daughter 2 months ago and she loved it.

Came in on a Saturday. It was crowded. Food is kinda pricey. The Staff is nice, but they kind of lack enthusiasm. The games were fun, that is, if they were working. It was good they had a maintenance worker who was on hand when needed.

The games I played with my kids were awesome.

Little kids running the place. Dont know what theyre doing. Went in all the tables were dirty, No where to sit. I asked the front. The girl told me to go tell the guy thats fixing the games for the kids to clean one for us. Then he tells me to give him couple of minutes for him to clean.

We went for a one year olds birthday. Most of the younger childrens rides were out of order. My mom referred to the pizza as tasting like a school cafeterias pizza. And my almost two year old got sick the next day, which I cant say is surprising. There was also almost a fight between two grown women and understandably so, their staff didnt seem to know how to handle it. Ill stick with Johns Incredible Pizza or wait until my daughter can appreciate Dave & Busters.

This was one of the cleanest Chuck E Cheeses weve been to. Most of the games were working and it was decently priced for 1 hour of unlimited play. Id come back again.

I always enjoy bringing my family here for birthday parties and play dates. My children love the games and the rides. Last time we went though, the front desk service was a little slow, but it could of been a staffing issue or something.Overall, its a good place to go.

Worst chuck e cheese ever !!! lady at the front took for ever just to help you with one thing !!! They have 2 registers yet only one was open with a long line .. salad bar was empty and a mess they never cleaned it up once and only restocked the dressings !!! Every single table was sticky and dirty .. 5 of the games were either broken or had no tickets .. the picture booth didnt have paper .. I bought churros and didnt get them after 30 mins of being there when I went to go ask the girl said she didnt know the machine was clogged and if I still wanted my churros ??? Of course I do !!!
