Fun place for kids with a zipline and playground together with picnic area and great lake views. Limited exercise equipment area and restrooms complete the people package. Also a separate dog park with an opportunity to keep large and small dogs separate. Well water on site for your dog and plenty of waste stations. Well-maintained and NOT boring for Fido with rocks to climb and tunnels to play in. Good running space and shaded sitting areas for humans.

Very scenic park in mountainside next to Lake Arrowhead. Childrens play area, walking path, basketball court and volleyball court. Only complaint: public restrooms in need of tidying.

Lovely little park with picnic tables and beautiful views of Lake Arrowhead. There are bathrooms but the outback kind w no running water, thats the only negative to me. Id bring hand sanitizer and some water to wash hands before leaving. Theres also a dog park in the same area that is nice but has no shade whatsoever

Its a great park for kids,dogs, and for the adults. It has a great view of the lake and lots of activities for the kids on the playground. There is also a volleyball court, basketball court and outdoor gym.

I didnt know this existed! We were looking for a location to take some pictures and I thought of this area we went to when I was a kid. I didnt expect to find this park! Quite the hidden gem for sure. Exercise equipment, swings and walking areas. Restrooms as well and lots of parking. Great addition to the mountain Lake Arrowhead council!

This is a great park with a wonderful view. Our kids loved the zip line. Plenty of tables for picnics and theres even a volleyball court.

Such a cute place. I attended a farmers market there. The vendors had nice products for sale. The produce prices were too highly priced.A very nice park to bring the family.

This park had a beautiful view of the lake. Little hard to find once you find it its worth of view. The place also had lots of activities. Basketball courts, horse shoes, volleyball, a playground.

We have used the dog Park. Needs Water and Shade covering with seating. Overall we have been blessed for what is there. Thanks Parks and Recreations.

Even though still under construction the park has many amenities available now. play equipment, restrooms, ample parking and connectivity to the campgrounds trailhead and hospital. Amazing views of the lake and an excellant spot for snow play in the winter and fireworks show in summer.

I love taking my daughter to this park today was nice and windy a lot cooler than the Running Springs Park in town. However I do wish that the parks within Running Springs Arrowhead would put grass or foam padding instead of wood chips I also wish that they would put canopies up in the Running Springs Park thats next to the post office and Library so that way the kids dont overheat when theyre out there in the Sun. I do wish that there was an indoor playground up here like a high-five for example thats in Redlands. But my daughter loves his Park a lot more kids to play and a nice view of the lake

New childrens park with plenty of parking near Papoose Reservoir. Bring your own water; no drinking fountains. Afternoons can be quite windy. Located behind Mountain Communities Hospital. Bark Park for your pups across the street. The unfenced area is 5 acres they tell me...the fenced area is good size and flat.

Review in progress...Fluffly Cumulonimbus Clouds hang around here---like chandeliers in the dining room---grow mulch protected toddlers from falls. Such views are phenomenal.Improvements include a stage, outdoor workout area with artificial grass--snows up here. Bathrooms are clean and this park has a great lookout area on the west side.Another nice feature is the Bark Park which is an off leash play place for furry friends. This is located north of MacKay Park ( East side) of the park. Fountain and doggie bags are provided.

Theres a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, and a small playground. The views are awesome. But the park itself is only dirt or wood chips which leaves you kinda grimey even just taking a short walk let alone taking some time to play.

Today new trees are being planted, and a new legal size sand volleyball court is being installed. All tree will be watered with recycled water. Additionally, the dog park with benches is the largest (over 5 acres) and flattest on the rim. Not only the vistas of Lake Arrowhead, but Butler Peak, Strawberry Peak, Heaps Peak, and Keller Peak with view into Deep Creek. Additionally, in the winter the Bald Eagles can be seen either fishing the lake or nesting on the opposite side of the lake. A must see when visiting Lake Arrowhead.

Theres not a lot of public land near the lake so this is definitely worth a visit, if you want to see the beauty of the area and get away from the mall vibe of the village.
