Always enjoyable...great snack bar, comfortable seats, cool displays in the lobby. My one beef is that the seats and floors are grimy with food/drink. At almost $20 a ticket Id like a less sticky experience!

I used to love it here before the seating but now with the recliner & lay back seats it’s incredible. A hole in the wall for sure I hope it doesn’t change much going forward. Maybe some more arcade games. But the theater itself is a local secret. I take my daughters all the time.

Whether it was a Sound of Music sing-a-long, a screening of Unsinkable Molly Brown with Debbie Reynolds in person, kicking off ski season with the latest Warren Miller flick, or catching Notorious on a big screen, every event here has been well worth the price of admission.

They really upgraded this place. It’s not all beat up anymore. Good job giving it life Regency!

I was afraid to try this theater, I thought it was going to be VERY run down but it was better than I thought. They only have one condiment station they need to get another one badly. Food combo choices are not bad.

The theater is small which I love. Great service. They allowed my baby girl to come sit with mgr after their movie wad over and I still had 20 min of my movie left

Clean, pleasant theater. Concessions folks very nice. Movie starting soon, I had my hands full (since I ride a mobility scooter), so they not only helped me carry into the theater, but brought the food when it was ready. So nice here! And clean too!!

I love the movie deals on Tuesday date night and $6.50 all day Sunday...great customer service popcorn is always fresh...good time when I’m there and the new seats are amazing

Theater is located in the downtown area of san Bernardino, a very family friendly atmosphere. it offers prices that are friendly to the pocket book, and shows the latest film screening. and if you love popcorn, sit back and relax in there upgraded seating of your choice. but you wont know until you go.

Food isnt any good, but the popcorn is bomb. Me and my grandchild enjoy going there, as a matter of fact, we going today.

Today we had the best service from a woman over the counter, plus great female greeter. Im so glad theyve bettered this place. I know the customer base isnt all pleasant here because of the area but my boyfriend and I do love this hole in the wall place with amazing prices, amazing reclining seats and we love that we can pick our seats ahead, assigned. All worth it.

Nice clean, comfy seats, that doesnt recline. Parking is the biggest problem, or issue! Its downtown San Bernadino!! The main parking lot is tiny, very limited handicap spots! The other parking lot is a long, very dark unsafe walk away? Plus the parking lot itself is also dark, & unprotected!! Ive seen multiple female street walkers, working up & down the two connecting streets, & one drug deal taking place across my parked car!!

This place is my go-to for new movies. Its a traditional theater. No stadium seating. Regular old theater us older generation is familiar with. However with that being said there is about 4 from your chair to the chair in front of you. The chairs are leather and they fully recline. By far the most comfortable seat Ive personally sat in at a theater. Even with not having stadium seating it feel as it is. You can have Marge Simpson sit in front of you and still not have her heir in your pariferial view. Great place to see a movie!

Nice place but the seats are outdated, like from 1975 straight out of the movie The Last Dragon. Everytime I go here Im expecting ShoNuff to come in the theater like Am I the meanest? SHO NUFF! Am I the prettiest? SHO Nuff! Am I the baddest mofo low down around this town? ... SHO NUFF!! WhO am I? Sho Nuff!!!

They have really turned this place around they even added comfortable reclining chairs kick your feet back prop your drinking and feel like youre at home for an hour or two I sent with clothes on and not a blanket the food is doable snacks are a little pricey but youre at a movie and you got to pay for those chairs right the sound of straight the screen is clear youre not too close youre not too far it gets packed in there but you dont feel cramps they dont have over-the-top prices like other name brand movie theaters so you can go multiple times in a week and not feel overwhelmed with burning a hole in your pocket enjoy yourself U- deserve it

Awesome seating, ELECTRIC RECLINER goes all the way back about 120-to 140° so very comfortable and 1.50 hotdogs that arent too bad. Ill come here then an amc ECT the other seats are in no comparison with the cost of the price is unheard of.

Great place, really cheap tickets good deals all the time. The manager I think his name was Peter is awesome! My daughter droped the popcorn we just bought and he was kind enough to fill our bucket up again. Now thats customer service! Might not be as big or as fancy but that service will keep me coming back!

$6.50 for a movie before 5pm, great price. New comfortable reclining seats and exceptional customer service. We were greeted with a smile throughout our visit. Everything was kept clean. Definitely going back

My son and I have becoming here since he was 5. We saw this theater change from ok to really great. The staff is always nice and friendly no one seems to be in a bad blood. With the new seat its way better you dont have the crowds like the other theaters parking is always easy to get in and out.

They added reclining chairs a while back and I believe this is a step in the right direction for this tiny theater. Its a great place to stop if you are on a budget or have nothing to do, the pricing for tickets and food is very affordable and they offer reserve seating which is the norm now.Some of the things I have noticed mainly stems from the employees, almost noone is smiling and everyone seems miserable including some managers. I understand if its been a long day or a difficult one but just keep pushing folks!Aside from that, a paint touch is in needed to keep the atmosphere friendly.

My family and I moved to the area about 2 years ago and have been coming since. We have had a great experience until recently. I believe the employees name is Georgette. She has been giving my daughter grief over popcorn purchases and I have brushed it off and thought maybe the employee was having a bad day. It happens. Today, I came in to get popcorn and only popcorn. This is a common occurrence in our household about once or twice a week. I purchased a large popcorn, which comes with a refill. The employee became hostile when I simply place my extra bag from home (marked as used at the bottom) on the counter and asked her for my refill. She said the bag had already been redeemed for the refill. I said yes but Im purchasing a large popcorn now and I would like to use it as my refill bag. She didnt respond, rolled her eyes and marked the new bag for my refill redemption, grabbed the bag aggressively. Great. She fills up my refill bag and fails to fill it to the top. I asked her to fill the bag to look like the first one, which was overflowing to the top. She might as well have put her hand in the popcorn maker and dumped it in my bag. Thats how much she added. We have had wonderful experiences here especially with one of the managers there who has gotten to us and asks if we are here for popcorn when we come in during the week. Im saddened that if this happens again, we wont be buying popcorn or coming to this theater. Id rather go somewhere else where Im not inconveniencing an employee for doing her job. Ive been patient and reasonable to brush it off but its time to get it together. Customer service is important and until today, for me, Im upset at the attitude and unprofessional service I received.

Walked inside to see the manager and other staff members sitting in front of the window, laughing waiting for my family in I to walk in. Never told us to pay inside. Its starts with the manager

Incredible theater. They have leather reclining seats that are very comfortable and roomy. They have a good variety of food such as fresh popcorn, pretzels, hot dogs, nachos with cheese, hot cheetos with cheese, cookies as well as sodas and bottled water. (If you ask for ice water, go with the bottled because its just enough water for a shot glass .)

Nice reclining seats. Easily worth the 6 or 7 bucks for a movie. Not the biggest screen but youre not paying 20 bucks either. Sound is fine. Tuesday I think its date night or something. 19 bucks or so you get 2 tickets, 2 popcorn and 2 drinks.

This place is overpriced for a budget theater of its shockingly declining quality. Old hot dog buns and flat warm soda, but the popcorn is okay when it doesnt have hair in it. This locations charm does override the lack of cleanliness. Better than Harkens, but only by an ever narrowing margin.

What Iove best is the atmosphere, the staff are nice, friendly great customer service. We are seniors and we can go out to Sterling and afford it. What I love now is the upgrade the renovation it is awesome the seats are so cushioning and have cup holder but the best is it is a recliner. All snacks are great but normally we get hot dog and share a drink. If we have extra money we can have a Popcorn . The movies are Great New releases. Love our theater. One suggestions for seniors a snack pack with popcorn, a soft drink. Its a soda carrier box in the middle put pop corn a small soda. Thank You.

As opposed to other theaters, this place isnt very expensive. The tickets, the food very affordable. They recently upgraded this theater so its very nice and clean inside. The seats recline and very comfortable. They lose 2 stars because its in a questionable area and there have been know to have car break ins; which is why I myself just go during the day. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

This my regular go to theater with my daughters. It is always clean, the workers are friendly and the prices are great. I recommend this place for a great time at a small movie theater.

Love the new upgrade to reclining seats!!!! Very comfy.Love that they now let you reserve your seat. We bought ours earlier in the day guaranteeing a seat when we arrived . The concession stand staff is fast and friendly . The ketchup machine was out and they refilled it right away. All staff was courteous.Highly recommended this hidden gem.

The outside of the theater may look a bit rough, but the inside since the renovation feels very pleasing. The newly reclined chairs feel good, no hassle of forcing the chair to recline back, instead its automatic, just push a button to recline to your comfort. I had 2 hot dogs and a coke, hot dogs were good and so was the service.

I love this theater because if youre on a budget you can make it with the family I would say $40 is enough for three people its also clean and the staff is very courteous.

Definitely an old fashioned theater thats been recently renovated. The entire theater is outfitted with brand new reclinable seats that are very comfortable. I love that you now have to reserve your seat before they show time. This guarantees that you get the exact spot you want. And it also prevents freeloaders from sneaking in to any given theater. The staff is really friendly and the prices are still very cheap compared to larger theaters. I recommend becoming a Regency Rewards member as well. Over the last several years Ive received countless free concessions, discounts and even free tickets. Overall, it is a small theater that is very cozy and super comfortable.

I enjoy this small, friendly, reasonably priced theatre. It’s no hassle parking and newly remodeled theatre is very nice. I visit quite frequently and thank everyone for spending your money in the neighborhood! It’s awesome!

I was there Saturday with my family going to watch The Avengers. This couple sat next to us with a 2 or 3 year old kid. The kid just kept talking and talking. Thirty minutes into the movie I went and asked for a refund. I was told all they could do was give me a another movie. Manager would not even check. I understand if I was watching a kid movie this would happen. Anyway I just walked out and waited for my family in the car. I will not be going back to this theater again.

This is my preferred movie theater because it has reasonable costs and is not crowded. I dont know why other people dont like it. You dont have to worry about buying your tickets beforehand because its almost never full. They have all the recent movies and a few video games. I dont think its wheelchair friendly.

Location isnt the best, but prices are affordable, the seats are the comfy, reclining kind, snack prices wont break your bank, they have cinnamon pretzels, & cheesy powder for popcorn so pretty much everything I want from a movie theater & all for half the price of the big guys.
