What Can I say?! Ive been to movie theaters across the world but none compare to Regal San Bernardino & RPX! The energy, the service, always running into celebrities, food, and comfortable seats! Outstanding sound and picture! Thank you for standing above the rest!

I love to support my local businesses. The Regal Theater is a great place to watch a movie. The entire staff are kind and make you feel welcome to enjoy your movie.

I dont often get to the movies. When I do its with my kiddo(s). The staff is always friendly and on their game. This evening I observed a young man being trained. He was helping me and the young lady was friendly,patient and was treating him as her equal rather than her subordinate. You could tell she was putting him at ease with her guidance and that is so uncommon anymore. Kudos to whomever trained her on training. The theatre we watched our movie in was perfect for the small crowd viewing this flick. Although the audience was small, the space was still cared for and treated as thoughthere was going to be a full house all night. Great job management with leading instead of just managing!

Great place to see movies. Good discounted prices for matinees. Large choice of movies to watch. Lots of restrooms around the theater, even upstairs. The upstairs restrooms are very convenient if you are seeing a movie in one of the large theaters and are sitting on one of the top floors, and need to use the restroom. Elevators are available for the top floor, but really slow, so use the stairs if you can. Parking lot can fill up when busy though, not that much parking in this area. You probably could park across the street where there used to be a 99 cents store as a last resort, I guess.

Ive been coming to this theater for years with my kids and family they have good customer service is clean and safe to hang out with your love ones...

One of my favorite movie theaters. First of all, great prices! The movies and concessions are very affordable and of high quality. Also, it is in an excellent location in downtown, very easy to get to. Bottom line, I would go here over any place!

Its close to home and doesnt get too full during the day. At night is another story, but Im sure its like that for most cinemas. It has all the basics: food, drinks and beer. The picture quality and sound is decent, this place gets the job done. Prices of course vary per type of movie, 2D, 3D, RPX and standard versions. The only issue I have is parking, I hate parking in the structure across the street because there isnt any at night.

Its a nice theatre, clean and plenty of selections. They also have no they passes for movie livers so you can save money and do what you love more often.

This theater is nice and I think that just because its in the heart of San Bernardino, that people choose other nicer theaters. But this theater exceeds expectations. I like going here because when less people are there, it makes it much easier to find seats for the movies I wanna go see. The only thing that is bad is the parking. There never is enough parking, sometimes having to park across the street.

Update: careful where you park an older car. My old Honda was stolen from the parking structure across the street. I wouldn’t risk it again, maybe carpool with someone who has a newer car. Also, the moviegoers at night during the weekend are loud and obnoxious. Asked nicely twice for people to stay quiet or at least talk quieter, they did not listen and I will not be returning to this theatre.Quality theatre with many food and drink options. There are parking spaces in front of the theatre and behind/ to the right of it. They have security and do bag searches. Cheaper tickets if you go during the day.

Very nice theater. Lots of room availability in the Theater. Once they rebuild downtown San Bernardino by removing the old mall and old run down park & lake. Rebuild it with nice, apartment homes & Townhouses, it will spice downtown up. Then, when then extend it to the existing mall thats on Inland, then for sure youll see a fabulous improvement, Long with Urban Redevelopment.Keep pushing forward, Overcome all obstacles and move ahead!

Movie experience was perfect.. almost missing the movie because a bum stood outside my car just staring at me and my grand-daughter was scary. Guess it goes with the neighborhood, but I may not go back be wise of that.

Regal San Bernardino & RPX movie theatre is a very welcoming and family friendly place to enjoy a great night out with your family and/or friends just as I did during my latest visit with my brothers. During my latest visit I noticed that every employee was very professional, friendly, and overall very welcoming. The lobby and concession stand areas were very clean, not crowded, and very well presentable. Once we got into out actually theatre I noticed that it to was very clean and presentable which of course sets a good tone for our movie viewing. Our overall visit to this movie theatre location ended up being a very satisfying and memorable night out with my younger siblings and the theatre staff and theatre presentation definitely was a contributing factor. Im glad we chose to visit this location and I know it will not be my last visit to this location. I do recommend visiting Regal San Bernardino & RPX if you are local to the area and are looking for a good place to enjoy a great night out with your friends and/or family.

Visited this theater today... We saw Jurassic World... the theater looked nice feom the outside and the seats were comfortable however it was really trashed and had to clean it ourselves as the auditorium was cleaned feom the previous showing.

It is a nice, clean movie theater. The seats are not as comfortable as Harkins, but they are decent. The cost of a movie is great and they have a big snack bar. The only thing I dont care for is the location. I feel unsafe going there after dark.

An excellent and pretty much the only movie theater in San Bernardino. The parking around the theater is plentiful. They of course show first run movies and have all the movie snacks. It is located on E Street downtown and is right next to the historic and beautiful California theatre.

Wonderful experience. Comfy seats and great service. I like how you can get alcoholic beverages here now. Clean and welcoming

Theater in downtown San Bernardino, what do you expect? I assume people think the worst but Ive been coming here since it was CinemaStar from the late 90s-early 2000s. Good snacks like any other theater, also some premium ones like beer/wine and things like chicken sandwiches and fries. Cant beat their matinee prices and good staff. Always looks clean and feels clean.

Watching a great movie Us at the theaters is a great place for family time.

Really enjoy this theater, it is always clean and love the stadium type sitting. Always has seats available. Only wish they offer military discount.

Me and my boyfriend went last night to see Good Boys, and we really enjoyed ourselves ! The prices arent high like some other theaters are. The theater room was clean and so was the rest of the facility, including the outside. The staff is always helpful and polite ! I definitely recommend this theater if you just want a laid back kind of night !!

Was a good experience. Lots of choices for snacks amd drinks. The specialty screen was great for 3d. Chairs need updated though.

Best place to catch a movie. It is always clean, lots of room and I wish I could say the prices were good, but all movie theaters are expensive, even the food. But this is my favorite place to spend a too much money watching a movie and eating snacks!

Not a bad place the only issue is that it really needs more bench seats to sit on while waiting to go in the theater.

The experience as a whole is 4 star worthy BUT the very young security guard with the GUN standing DIRECTLY outside the movie theater door INSIDE the theater was a bit much...to me. She just didnt seem to have enough life experience to be carrying a gun in such a family oriented place. Imo

Great movie theater. I come here once a month. Only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the problem in the men’s restroom. It can use privacy in the urinals, they are uncomfortable to use and most people go in the the stalls to have the privacy they want. If you’re a guy you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Its a small theater. The box office outside was closed and I had to go inside and buy my ticket at the concession stands. Why? No idea. Also, eventhough they had a security guard, it was a regular employee doing the bag checks.

Very disappointing to see this theater like this now. It smells like someones dirty living room. All the carpets have not been washed in a very long time. Also the who ever designed the restroom should go back to school. It was completely remodeled a few years ago and it was beautiful. Management has done a terrible job. Just because this is San Bernardino doesnt mean Regal should allow the manager to lower their standards. This did not happen due to staffing issues; you can see there is plenty on people employed, but most seemed to not really care. The manager needs to lead by example and hold employees accountable. Just my humble opinion...

So inexpensive for matinee shows. I was a bit shocked pulled out a $20 thinking it would be expensive and he say $7 and my jaw dropped. Lol. The theater itself was clean and orderly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a great time. Love that you pick your seat.

We love this theater where you can see the latest films on excellent projection equipment with great sound and nice clean theatres. Food is reasonably priced for a movie theater and great quality. Three people get in for 20 bucks. Make sure to join Regal Club for discounts on tickets and food! Large popcorn and drinks are refillable which is perfect! Good accommodations good price for both goodies & movie was clean friendly staff

Enjoyed the movie & great customer service at the concession . We got Pretzel bites comes with cheese, hot cheetos popcorn, a salted pretzel & a drink. It all was delicious. Most of their menu is good.

Over priced. Looooong wait at concessions which had even higher prices. Average screen sizes. Normal seats. Unlike other cheaper theaters in the area that have reclining seats. Very average.

Amazing place,I go there at least twice a month. Prices vary depending on time,if you choose to get tickets after 5pm price goes up and before 5pm prices are cheaper. Overall great experience. Seats are comfy,cup holders,and only downside is their food prices. Large popcorn is $8 almost 9 which is personally a lot and candy is $4. But I would definitely recommend going.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Came to watch Joker, mid movie got a call that our daughter was heading to the ER. We obviously rushed out of there. Everything was okay, next day we stopped by to talk to a manager just to see if we were able to finish watching the movie due to a family emergency. We werent asking for much. We had proof of tickets and everything. Well the manager Cynthia, first off was completely unprofessional, and told us we had to say something yesterday & she couldnt do anything anymore. We did let her know we had a family emergency & calling or stopping on our way out to let them know we had emergency wasnt on our mind. Totally no compassion whatsoever she said nope I cant help you. Never going back there again. We werent asking for much, we just wanted to finish watching the movie. Never again. Plus, its not very clean in there. We would go because it was close to our home. But Cinemark in Rialto has way better service & its cleaner & nicer, Ill take the drive just to not be around unprofessional people like that again.

I shouldnt have to tell another adult to not talk during a movie. Common sense. Unfortunately people these days dont have any. Movie theater was decent. Just the people that we had the misfortune of sitting by ruined our experience.

We came, as a family, to watch Endgame and it was the worst decision. I totally get that it is HIGH in demand but understand customers come first. The place was PACKED. I didnt see many employees. The concession stands were ridiculous. Again, I take into consideration that it was opening week for the movie but I waited in line, for popcorn, for 40 plus minutes. After I get to my seats, by the way are reserved, I see my seat does not recline. I was so upset I didnt want to watch the film. Totally disappointed in this visit. Ive been here other times and the same has always happened with the concession stand, its always packed and very few employees. Ive exhausted my times coming here and wont return.

Overall good experience, the inside of the theater is well kept, comfy seating, great popcorn, and security. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the parking isnt that big. There are other areas to park buttttt there was a lot of broken glass. So it made me believe people break into cars. So if there was a security in the parking lot area, I would have given it 5 stars.

Its nice to be with my kids. They enjoyed the popcorn as well as the hot dogs very well. I wish for more comfort for the price. It was expensive but I could understand because of neighborhood.

The theater is good but dont ever park across the street where the old Stater Brothers used to be its a tow trap my family and I got out the movies after 1am and they were Towing all kinds of cars. People were out there with the little kids. all those businesses close by 9 but at 10 when we drove in the gates were open its a tow trap they do it purposely to tow cars and make money!!

Not bad. Admission was not pricy. As usual the snacks is where we get hit in the pocket book. All and all. Good place for a awful city.

The seats dont recline but they want to do things their way so I can respect that, also when I ordered food from there it seemed like the food was more under a microwave than actually being in an oven and or whatever style they used to make it. Overall I enjoyed the movie when I went there and thats all that matters

My go to theatre, definitely my favorite and most affordable theatre.

Its clean they have good customer service when you buy your tickets but the concession stand bad service theyre more preoccupied with telling each other what they did that weekend or going to do instead of taking an order specially when its not busy a few times Ive order food and they look at each other and they said umm yeah but its gonna be a while like15 min and I still get the food then they role their eyes and charge me I dont get how it can take that long when I could be literally the only person there.....BUT THATS NOT STOPPING ME FROM GOING IM A CLUB MEMEBER AND USE MY CREDITS WHEN IM SHORT ON CASH AND FEEL LIKE RELAXING AND WATCHING A GOOD MOVIE WITH MY KIDS..unlike other places that offer rewards credits points etc. Regal actually has a reasonable system when it comes to amount of credits we earn for using our membership and the cost of credits to redeem concession items️...also is there a way to bring back the stanchions for the lines at concession stands cause its a mess specially when its busy..

Go to the sb regal cinemas quite often, I be using my rewards card and be getting alot of points. Parking sometimes is a issue (last resort, park on street) when buying tickets I suggest the self checkout.

Nice clean atmosphere, realistic pricing for familys.

This is our go to place to watch movies. Tickets are decently cheap at $6 a pop for matinee. Seats are good, dont recline, not a deal breaker for me. RPX is definitely not worth it in my opinion, the experience doesnt justify having it there and the seats in there are suppose to be bigger and more comfortable, but the leather on the seats just squeak too loud and throws my movie watching experience. If Im gonna pay $10+ for a ticket then I might as well find a theater that does give me reclining chairs and some service. I use my rewards to keep getting free popcorn so thats definitely one thing keeping me coming back to this place.

Awesome theater, the only complaint I have is they need a better system for selling alcohol, you have to wait around to get a manager to come check your ID and serve you cuz the kids are all too young. Maybe a dedicated bar line at one end of the service counter or something, but Everytime Ive ordered a drink it takes at least an additional 5 minutes, and 5 minutes can be crucial when a movie is starting! Loving the new unlimited pass though. Keep up the good work regal

I love it here i have a Regal card i take my 4 teenage boys here we love the popcorn its never stale and the drinks are never flat. Theater is always clean and cool and its great for summer. They have theyre summer deals ranging from a dollar to u think every Tuesday and Thursday they have $5 shows so you can catch up. With all the movies. And ive personally never have had any bad customer service.

Maleficent 2 is the best movie ever !!! I love my nana thankyou for taking me!! The movie place is super clean and FYI they ask to see in your bags so beware... His that candy really good. Lol other than that its great!!!

It has great parking and as of 2 years ago the $$ in the concessions werent too outrageous! We always get popcorn and a drink which is always good there.

Nice comfortable seats but when the movie is over they should have staff stand out side the movie with trash cans because no one realizes there are some as you walk out. The outcome is everyone just leaves there trash any where in the lobby, literally anywhere. The do that at other theaters.

Went in to see the joker. The theater on our ticket was theater 1 but on the screen by the door theater 1 was not labeled and theater 2 said joker. Went into theater 2 and the wrong movie was playing. We were allowed a refund but we only had time to watch the movie at the time we came in. Long story short date night was ruined. The manager on duty did nothing for us besides the refund even after we told her we didnt have time to wait for another movie. Her name was cheyne or cheyna. If I was her I wouldve have at least let us watch the movie for free to make up for their mistake. Or offered coupons. They clearly dont know how to run a business as we wont be returning and will be letting everyone know our date night was ruined with no sign of apologies.
