Needs more games, food is fine but could be much better. Great place to get away and chill. I enjoy watching my sport events at Dave and Busters!! Great prizes but hopefully they will have more variety to choose from!!!

Of course, with times like these...to even be open can be scary but D&B is open with precautions. The only thing that REALLY upset my family & I, is that even though there is masks required....so many people are walking around with it off or having their noses hanging out etc & not one D&B employee said anything as they walked by....right in front of them. They only said something over the intercom. I understand that its annoying but we gotta do it. If you dont like it, stay home.

Was fun it was my first time. Tickets/points werent to badly priced. The food was good I enjoyed it. It did take a long time for the food to come out but not to bad. It seemed pretty clean. Some of the games werent available to play I understand the social distancing but some of the games were even all by themselves(away from other games) and they were closed. Overall id go again it was pretty fun and was a good experience.

Thonking covid is the best thong to happen here, no crowds, no kids, good food, great service for once.

Its was great got there right at 11 and there was no people due to covid.

Quite a few more people than I thought, but impressed by gloves and hand sanitizer at almost every turn. Everyone wore masks which made me feel much better. I had the grilled chicken avocado ranch sandwich which was excellent. The service was great as well.

First time for the family printer was broke so we waited 30 minutes for menu to be printed and then bacon didnt come with bacon cheese burger also stake was way over cooked for a medium. Waitress never told a manager even tho we were not rude about anything but come on cant even comp the bacon after we told her no bacon on the bacon less cheese burger aint looking for handout just good service and friendly atmosphere. Guess it was to much to wait peacefully

Went for a company Xmas party. Had lots of fun. Event room was huge and nice.Variety of games. Caught the end of hh and they had great prices. Especially for wells. Well options werent terrible either.Just be prepared to spend $$ on the larger appealing games of course.

Only go for the game here. DO NOT EAT HERE! I have always reacted to their food as ok. Tonight however, of course AFTER eating 3 out of 4 chicken lettuce wraps, I noticed something squirming on my plate. After closer inspection quickly realized that it was a maggot or white worm. The manager was notified and I guess she handled it to the best of her abilities? Discounted $25 from ticket. Just a warning to all....DO NOOOOT EAT HERE!

They are cleaning games constantly and implemented really smart and reasonable social distancing setups. This is a company handling this situation right. We had a blast today!

Great staff.. Very friendly, especially the girl working the prize store on Halloween. She was very helpful and very curteous. Im very happy they employ such wonderful people.

Fries and queso were delicious. The wings were flavored to perfection. The drinks were on point and my kids had hours of fun in the game room.

I live Dave and Busters itself but man do they have to work on their service and how long it takes to get food. We waited 20 min for our tea, then 2p min for the wrong chicken and then 20 min for a soup. Ha Though the food was yummy... they always take so long to serve us and for us to get our food. Outside of that, we love them.

Very clean facility with many precautions taken for covid-19 including hand sanitizing stations. Go support this place. Games are fun as usual, food is worth a try, but it is just straight forward bar food for the most part.

First time here just loved it very nice place to go alone, with your partner or your whole family. They have 2 full bars one in the quit area away from the games and another one in the gaming area, food was delicious and drinks were good. The moms in our group got free desert for Mothers Day. Prices are decent but worth every penny. The gaming area is big with games for all ages really enjoyed it will definatly be coming back

Horrible service!!!!! Play room bar waited over 15 minutes for a drink. The main room bar even worse and there was no one here maybe five people sitting at the bar and still horrible service !! We jumped rims thinking it was the service in one room but no it just their new horrible atmosphere.

Great place to chill with friends, We had the shrimp pasta in alfredo sauce and sirloin steak. The pasta was a bit greasy, as for the steak it was perfect tenderness and taste, the fried onions were delicious on the steak, mash potatoes can be better.The service was quick and good.The food is good portion for the price, quality can be better. I enjoyed the food. However I was told that there would be some one cleaning the games non stop to make us all safe from COVID 19. There was no one doing that job. The bathroom was unclean as well. On the plus side they did have gloves and hand sanitizer. Its a risk and I hope my friends enjoyed it. I wont return until the sanitation in this establish is better.

Held a business gathering here and it worked out great. Private room was comfortable and quiet enough for a presentation. Food and service was very good. I gave them 4 stars and they cared enough to contact me and ask what they could have done to get 5. Thats all they needed to do. Great place that cares about service. Ill be back.

The food was great but the games are expensive. Our server handled our large crowd perfectly and knew how to interact with all the kids aging from 2 years old to 12. She really made the experience worth the trip. If I could remember her name, I would give her a shout out. All I remember is that she has somewhere between 5 and 7 children, which completely made sense as she treated all our kids with a positive and encouraging attitude. Thank you, you are appreciated by our family!

What can I say that can change your mind a place that is already great? A plant-based burger! I can now enjoy a healthy meal (relatively) at one of my favorite places. No more Guinness on tap, but I can still get my favorite beer here. Always a great time.

Was okay but kinda sketchy they have cameras for only the two rows of the parking lot. They have a lot of signs claiming to hide possessions and not being responsible for stolen property. It was my first time there, I asked the lady “is this where you come to get your stuff stolen or what” she replied with “why do you ask” I said a bunch of red flags about hiding your possessions and property she said it’s precaution. I leave Dave and busters to find my car was broken into my three guns stolen 800$ my fishing bags and gym bags my fiancé’s car keys and go pro all stolen from me! The cameras had only the two front rows of the parking lot in view, so the manager stated. I posted about my situation on Facebook and there were others who have had the same experience. So I think they onto something, horrible place to be man! So I guess you can with all my things stolen from me at DnB was about $2500.

Place was pretty dead when we went and it just felt so unorganized. I was part of a larger party and I could tell the waitress was overwhelmed. They probably shouldve had another waitress come help out. Food was cold and came out at different times. It also felt really humid and uncomfortable in there. I just did not enjoy it, at all.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Really enjoy the half price games on Wednesday! The new lanyards to use for paying for games is a great idea instead of the cards. The food choices a nice too. Not as expensive as Main Event so that always a plus!

***MILITARY DISCOUNT*** A place all ages can go to have a great time. The food is decent, the drinks are good and if you invite the right people, the company is great! The games are quite pricey but if you eat first, you can get a deal with food and gaming combo. We did and it was worth every penny!

Food was horrible and waaaay over priced. Drinks were good but over priced as well. Chicken burger was salty but what really upset us was my husband had been asked how he wanted his burger and so he asked for medium well, so it takes a while and I got my chicken burger and then waitress comes back and says dont know what happened to your burger but I put another order in so I wait for my Husband to get his burger so I can eat with my husband and my burger got cold and when he gets his buger its very well done. My husband left half of his burger there as did I, that never happens. Not a good first impression for me, Ill never go back much less recommend that place. My burger may have been tasty if Id been able to eat it while it was hot.

I was disgusted with how poorly the service and experience was. Not only that, they allowed a huge party of over 40 people to dine in and no one was adhering to the social distancing guidelines. Adults and children were running around from table to table. My food order came out before the drink order and the drinks were watered down and awful. Our experience here was okay, no wait time for a table, but we went on a Sunday night so it was pretty empty. The food was good, the endless wings didnt look like much, but husband said they tasted better than they looked. We really went for the games which didnt disappoint.

I was a victim of my own success. This was my first time at Dave and Busters and I did not know the menu nor did I expect there to be so much to do.I had this massive chicken sandwich. Actually, I ordered a bacon burger with a chicken patty substituted. Again, it was massive and delicious.:(Now for the sad part: the burger was so good I had to eat it all, and that meant I was bloated like post-Thanksgiving dinner. No, I did not have any time to play games any more.It was near closing time and we had to go.But next time! (Because I will return.) Its going down!

We love brining our 3 year old to play games for an hour or so while I get to enjoy a cocktail or 2. The food needs some SEASONING AND LOVE though. We ordered the green Chile street tacos and the chicken plate with zucchini noodles and tomatoes which had no taste...

First time coming to this location sat at the bar and I recommend Diana she is amazing great personality and she knows exactly how to fix a drink. Great customer service Cody and Diana good team work. Only thing is the utensils werent clean and there was other food residue on my food (cross contamination) other than that ok place

This place is huge! Showed up with a large group and had plenty of seats. Great coverage of the games on all the screens. Food and prices are competitive with other types of Sports Bars, but you can play games too!

Impressive bar and food! Thought this was for kids with all the games. The bar is separate, very nice, lots of options and attentive staff. Was actually able to order a vegan burger! Was blown away with how adult friendly it was.

This location for Dave and Busters is a bit nicer than going to the downtown one. Simply because of not having to pay for parking and fighting with the mall crowd. The service here can be slow. They can take 5 minutes or more to get seated and 5 minutes or more to have someone get your drinks and see if you need anything. Not sure if theyre busy or understaffed. Ive been here a handful of times and had the same problem every time. The food though is good. The game room could use some cleaning at times, drinks tend to be left at games and no one picks them up. A few games have some items stuck in places they shouldnt be but for the most part everything works and the games play as they should. I personally love coming here and will keep coming here. I recommend this place for anybody looking for some food and entertainment. If you have more than two people in your group expect to spend over $100 if youre doing both food and entertainment. Most of the games cost at least 8 coins. If you are not used to coins, Dave and Busters uses their own card with a coin system, the average is a $20 card giving you 100 coins.

The food is actually pretty good! At first I thought it was going to be just OK, but its actually on par with a higher end restaurant. After eating the game room was awesome! A great way to burn some calories after eating:-)

This is a good place to bring the kids to play video games but to so much for dining. The menu is complicated and it takes to long for the server to take your order, especially if you are in a moderate size group. After you place the food order, it takes forever for it to be prepared and served. A simple menu would be good and quicker service would be great.

This location decided to close the main bathrooms to remodel them. They made available some very small bathrooms and it was a nightmare on a Friday night. Could be a 20 minute wait. I was tempted to step outside and pee on their walls. The biggest bummer for me was, i thought they had the coolest bathrooms in town. And now thats gone.

I have been here 3 times now since I moved to SA. Unfortunately the service is a bit lacking. Whether it is waiting up to 15 minutes to be served or getting the appetizer after the main course, I have experienced some sort of sub par service. The staff is friendly, the food is good just dont know where the disconnect happens. The games are fun and so is the environment. This is the only negative I have with this place.

This dave & busters is pretty big lots of free parking and lots of places to sit and eat.Large bar in the middle of the floor..wait time was not long.been to other places like this and this one time to wait for games are not long.... pricing here aint bad youll get $30 for a 130 points the good games are like 9.0 pr something...coming back without the kids

Amazing service!! My first Patron Margarita tasted horrible so i kindly took my drink back (after contemplating about throwinb it & before drinking even half of it!) And a different bartender remade my drink and she was so kind/cool and her drink was delicious.
