We have been waiting since April for a refund for a trip that was cancelled for our son’s orchestra. They have been vague in their responses about getting our money back. At this point, I have no faith in the organization and I wouldn’t trust them to organize a tour in the future.

REVISED ON JULY 14TH: STILL NO REFUND BUT THE NOTE BELOW PROMISED REFUNDS ON THE 8TH. Our high school had to cancel a trip that was planned through American Classic Tours and Music Festivals. The trip was cancelled weeks before the March travel date. Today is July 3rd and we have not received any refund of any portion of our trip costs to date. Repeated attempts to get updates are met with you are in the final refund stage. Im not so sure the school should work with this company again.
