Love the Texas decor! Decent place to go see a movie and they donate a portion of proceeds to give back to the community. Would not recommend getting tickets in advance through Fandango. They charged my card for tickets that werent even available and it took an whole week for them to credit my money back. Other than that great staff and clean facility!

Always a fun experience when we take the family here. Kids get excited about the concession counter, they know the will be able to get the drink and popcorn/nacho combos. Ticket prices are fair and the choice of choice seating is a great option. Have been coming here with our family and before for years now and will continue to do so.

We have been here several times when we visit San Antonio. Always clean, friendly staff. Great place to spend a couple of hours seeing a movie. They have a bar that looks nice, but we have not partaken..love the beverage stations with lots of options!!

I have no complaints about this theater. Its pretty clean and they keep things pretty well up to date. They have a cafe that you can order food and eat there or bring it with you. The food is pretty good. I havent been lately but would like to go back

Always been my most favorite theater to go watch a movie. The staff is always so friendly and cheerful. Always clean and smelling great. In desperate need of upgrades. No reclining seats or trays, still has the old school seats. Visually dirty and not well kept everywhere, not just one particular area.From what Ive seen most Cinemarks have been updated with much cleaner atmosphere and better seating. Well worth the extra time to get to one.

Nice place to catch a movie and a bite to eat.

My wife and I watched Captain Marvel and when it finished purchased tickets to watch Avengers End Game. The 1st movie was perfect, the seats and area were very clean and food was great, the 2nd one was disappointing and almost ruined. The floor where our seats were located were very slippery, probably butter. I slipped and pulled something inside then on both our sides to the left of us and to the right there were people vaping and it irritated my wife the way it smelled. It would be nice to get those tickets re-placed.

I enjoyed my visit. Had a group of 2 adults and 5 kids. The coke refills are great, in my hometown we pay for refills. Seating was okay, sound and movie quality were good and staff were friendly. I wanted to get something from the restaurant area but the price was high to spend on 7 people instead, We ended up watching 2 movies that day. An overall pleasant experience.

They do great special events, combos to save a few bucks on snacks AND their Santikos Club gives back quicker than others.

Took my 2 sons to see Spies in Disguise last night (Feb 16th at 21:15) and had a very drunk person standing behind us in concessions line excessively swearing. He was asked by another person to stop swearing in front of my kids, but instead of calming down he got worse on purpose. I turned around and asked him to stop and he began to try to intimidate and provoke me. I asked the concessions workers twice to call the manager over to intervene but they refused. Thankfully it didnt escalate, we got our popcorn and left to see our movie, and the other customer stood by to make sure the drunk man didnt get more aggressive.Obviously not a family friendly theater or a safe place with its lack of security and unresponsiveness of works to hostile situations.

I paid for the DBOX to see Jurrasic World. It is NOT worth it. Here are ways to improve it: raise people a little off the ground. When my feet feel the ground, the illusion I am there is lost. Second, stop vibrating and moving when someone sneezes and time it better with movie action so that it seems more realistic. Other than that, not a bad looking theater although they need better mixed drinks.

Dirty screen. I could see the dirt each time the scene was bright/white colored. I think this affected the image quality. Over priced snacks of course. Too loud. I wore ear plugs and could still hear it perfectly. Comfy seats. Clean floors.

Thought the theater was a little overpriced. Good location. The theaters are large. They really need to have better food and drink options with applebees being so close by. I can just go there before the movie and get everything then walk over. The revenue that could easily be capture by having some simply friendly pricing options at the bar or concession stands.

Not the best movie theater experience! The movie we went to see was approximately three hours long. The air conditioning was not working. The staff and managers were aware of this issue. However, it did not get resolved at anytime. Never once did the staff and managers apologize for the inconvenience. It just brought the smell of the old carpet more apparent. When my husband went to see if anything was happening with the air conditioning. The employee he spoke to, appeared to be intoxicated and handed him a pack of Energizer batteries. (I couldnt make this up, even if I tried.) Further, none of the ice machines were working on one side of the building. When my husband spoke to a manager, the manager didnt say anything but pointed to the other side of the building as if we needed to get ice from the other machines. This theater needs a make over both cosmetically and in customer service.

This is wonderful theatre. With plenty of well lit parking with on site security (real police officers). Theatre is clean with a a great concession area including hot food and alcoholic drinks available. Staff is attentive and friendly. Theatre have the latest screens with excellent sound systems and comfortable chairs that lean back, but dont recline. Plenty of movies choices and times. This is great place for your family, friends and a date.

The cinema is clean, they try the best to maintain the drink area clean.The costumer service is fast and nice.

Absolutely amazing inside and out. Clean in every corner, staff was friendly and felt they took every job as their own. Tons of self pride! Management was seen walking around which was nice -food and popcorn was super warm as well. This place is very well ran - you can tell.

I havent been to this theater in years now and for good reason. While the location is optimal, around 5 minutes from our house, I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere. What really put me off is my wife and I went through the motions, found a baby sitter so we could catch a movie. I checked their website to verify the time, this was roughly an hour before the showing. We show up 15 minutes early to get snacks and what not but when we got to the box office I didnt see our movie. I get on the website and verify the time once again, just in case I was wrong but there it was! We ask the employee about our movie and she informed us that the movie had been canceled for the night, but had the audacity to tell us we could buy tickets for the following day!Lets recap, I get a sitter to watch the kid, show up to see a movie that i confirmed numerous times via the Santikos website, management decided not to show the movie, were told we can purchase tickets for the following day but instead we go home and I have to pay the babysitter anyway. Ridiculous.So yeah I usually co to Huebner Oaks because I have never had this problem there.

Place used to be my favorite. I think they need an update. Last time I ordered some cheese that could have been old. definitely felt ill the rest of that night. Most of the staff looked like they hated their job.

The over all athstetic of this place is rather charming, but not really magical per se. Ive always liked that in movie theaters, and while this one doesnt go all the way, its still quite nice. The chairs I sat in were the semi-reclining but not motorized comfy chairs. They were soft enough that a good movie makes you forget theyre even there, but I do wish they could recline JUST a bit more.

Neighborhood theater, cant get no better than that, and always clean!

This is a solid theater, no recliners here yet but that honestly fine by me as Im not a huge fan of the oversized electric monstrosities that seem to have invaded all the other local movie spots.Theres an ample snack bar as well as a small bistro with a well-stocked bar for all the food and drink options you might want. Its sad that they cant or wont deliver to the theater anymore but given how the city keeps raising labor costs its understandable.

Always a good place to enjoy a movie and fair prices.

Had a terrible experience went to see good boys at 10:15 at screen 16 AC was out and staff was already aware of it before the movie was not offered anything in return I walked out it was cooler outside than it was inside the room.Edit: I already called them they didn’t really help me I’d like to know why they allowed for the movie to run in such terrible conditions

Its not the newest Santikos but definitely my favorite. The staff and employees are always helpful and work with a smile on their faces.

We usually go to Casa Blanca in Alamo Ranch but they were sold out so we went to Silverado. Automated ticketing kiosk did not work and there were only 2 of them. Staff was nice and helped me get my online tickets manually. Theater was warm and humid. Seats were close together and the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. Screen was smaller but sound was spectacular. Silverado is an older theater that could use some remodeling to meet Santikos newer theater standards. Will not go to this theater again and that is unfortunate.

This is my favorite movie theater. I love the seats, the size of each theater, the popcorn is always fresh, and staff is friendly.

This is a very nice theater. Has a little cafe inside where you can get pizza. Some of the theaters have D-box seats which basically tilt, move and vibrate during certain parts of the movie. Its like watching a 4D film. It was my first time trying D-box seats and I really liked it. The only thing that would make them better is if they reclined.

Theaters are fine. Snacks are basic which we like but the prices are as if we were at some new gourmet snack theater. Hate the touch screen pop machines.

Santikos Silverado movies is always my favorite place to go and watch movies. I love the food selection they have there, I also love the seedings that is available there as well oh, and I love the total atmosphere. I also would recommend anyone to go and watch a movie at the Santikos Silverado theater. What is one of the best theaters on the northwest side of San Antonio

Its nice outside and decent inside. The chairs are a bit square and could use a bit more cushion, i was ready to get out of my seat at the end of the show. The free popcorn refill is a good add on. S.A. pd was on the premises for security.

Always on point. Go during the weekday (early to late afternoon) and theres practically no one there. You can actually watch a movie in peace and quiet. Popcorn is always fresh and you cant beat the free refills. Place is clean, and the seats are extra comfortable.

Hate to give this place one star but it needs to be renovated idk why all other theaters have received a makeover and this one is still left behind. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, the theater rooms have a musty smell to them and the last time i was there i saw a roach crawling in the stairway. Please fix this place up.

I have been going here for years, ever since I was a child, with my family. I have never had a bad experience, and the food they serve is always delicious. I like how refills are free and you dont have to hand your cup to the person behind the desk for a refill. You can refill your own drinks at anytime.

The place is clean and sound system is incredible. I enjoyed watching the movie. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the ticket transaction and the support desk were quickly able to determine the issue and resolve it. There are a few extra food and adult beverage options in the bar area worth checking out. The theater is well kept and clean, making it comfortable to bring kids.

The theater was great. We got there late but only missed some of the previews thankfully. It was Christmas Day and the parking lot was almost full for our 8:45 showing but we found a spot. The theater had 5 empty seats not counting the front two rows. We picked two seats and made our way in. It was comfortable although a touch crowded. The movie was fun and funny and we stayed through the credits.

Love coming to this cinema. Comfortable seats, a good selection of movies to watch. A variety of snacks, food n drinks. A cafe area. A nice arcade area. The best part u get to choose ur seats which u can have the best seating area for the best experience.

This used to be our go to spot on the weekends until they built the Casablanca. We loved this place but the other is just much closer. I took my kids to this theater just the other day and still would recommend.

Casa Blanca sold out, so drove over to Silverado. Great staff, food was great, but the seating is awful. It smells bad in the actual theater. Once you settle into your seats you can start getting the smell of old wet dirty fabric. Either the seats are smelly or the floor or the carpet. My little boy and I started to feel itchy while sitting there. Probably because the seats are super dirty and germy. Maybe Lisa Guerrero from Inside Edition should stop by, bet she will find bed bugs, lice or whatever in the seats, head rests and arm rests. Yuck!

Clean theater with fantastic sound and picture. AVX and Dolby atmos are certainly worth the extra price as well if youre really wanting a full experience. Food is great and the rewards program is fantastic. Also have to love that Santikos gives back to the community.

If I could put 0 I would. I bought tickets for a 3am showing of “Us” & while it seemed like an odd movie showing time I double,triple,quadruple verified that I didn’t have any dates/times mixed up. Not only did I show up 10 minutes prior to 3am but the employees inside (looked like a cleaning crew) just stared at the people waiting outside & then walked out without saying anything laughing & smirking to their cars & then drove off without even having the courtesy of letting anyone know anything. Neither Silverado nor Fandango who I purchased the tickets through sent out anything about a reschedule or mistake etc. so they basically took my $ out of my account & left us standing outside in a parking lot at 3am.

Been coming here for years ...Much cheaper to attend then the new Casa Blanca..but its becoming hard to enjoy outings with the fam and friends because even entertainment is getting expensive and soon all middle class to poor wont be able to experience anything except staying home. Also it used to be easier to get tickets outside..at least 3 people were assisting ...now you have one person ...and sometimes 1 person assists inside ....yes there the electronic tickets outside but it takes time!

This is our go-to place even though there are closer ones. Clean, good variety of movies and even during peak times it doesnt feel over crowded.

Went to see Pure Country...it was a disaster...it was actually a Blue Ray Disc being played on the big screen and the close captioning was on for the entire movie amd the screen would go black for 2-¼ seconds every 20-30 seconds with the longest blackout lasting 30 seconds during a concert scene. At least the soundtrack stayed on! Everyone in the theater was pretty HOT.SAVING GRACE: the manager met everyone coming out of the theater and offered either a full refund or a rain-check movie. NOT perfect (would have rather seen a flawless Pure Country, but I am sure it was as good as he was able to offer and

The theatre was dirty and seats broken. I felt uncomfortable throughout the movie. The employee receiving tickets up front was rude and staff at concession laughing with each other and not attending customers. Very bad customer experience in my opinion and the manager was there but never said a word.

Twenty rows of 26 seats each, so a great choice to go spend a couple hours of quality time with more than 500 of your peers... who keep checking their cell phones and for some reason thought it was acceptable to bring their toddlers. Oh, and my seat was broken.

Great service and security. On busy nights they always have a police cruiser posted at the front door. The movie selection is usually good. Some of the movie advertisements can be very interactive. They also have a nice arcade and bar area.

Great theater one of my favorites for a movie & a popcorn.

The Silverado 16 used to be my to go place for relaxation by watching a flick. I honestly havent visited the theater in about 5 years (Palladium is now my closest). I went today with my daughter to watch The Avengers and we found theater #1 to be dirty and outdated. The drink machine area was dirty too. I hope management realizes they have catching up to do when comparing whith other Santikos theaters in this side of town (Casablanca and Palladium).

I think they chained down the cheese. Good luck getting it on your popcorn. 5/5

Was served Mold/Algae in ice from Ice Machine on 05/09/2019. Disgusting, avoidable and dangerously unhealthy. Noticed it when getting our drinks this evening. Manager was overly apologetic but shouldnt have to when it comes to basic sanitation. Furthermore, on several concession and bathroom trips during the 3-hour movie this evening, I witnessed 2-3 groups of 2-3 employees gathered on the right side of the hallway while I was exiting and re-entering the #11 theater. Why? If You have Time to Lean, You have Time to Clean! I will follow up with the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District concerning unsanitary beverage serving conditions.

Just saw Despicable Me 3. Nice theater, well decorated and quite clean. The online ticket buying experience was very easy. I exchanged the receipt for the actual tickets right before the movie and we were able to find our seats. The theater was comfortable, and the seats recline just enough to be comfortable. One of our seats was squeaky, so we moved down one spot and didnt use that seat. (Row j, theater 8.). Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Nice and clean. Went to see the Lion King, not crowded at all if you wait awhile after the movie releases.

Throughly enjoyed my movie here. I saw venom here and thought the atmosphere and the seating was great. I have been a customer here for a very long time I absolutely love this theatre. It is one of the few things from my childhood that hasnt changed.

Usually go to the Palladium but Us was all sold out but here. Same experience as Palladium but theater was *very* warm. Could have been all the people since it was sold out but still very hot.

I went for a refill of popcorn and EVAN filled my bucket with nothing but crumbs. I went back to the refill counter and he acted like he didnt see me. Another employee from behind the customer line saw him saw him and came to refill my bucket. I was very disappointed with that

Almost feels like youre watching the movie at home in your easy chair. You get to choose your seat in the spot you want it. Also, the personal are friendly & helpful. Their rewards program is the best Ive been associated with. Overall great theater.

$20 for tickets and $20 for popcorn and a drink. No wonder I go only once a year.
