My favorite place in the world, seriously. Not too packed like Santikos theatres, really kept clean and the best recliners. Extremely friendly staff, the best rewards program, best concessions, regal and specifically this location just do everything right. Worst part of covid was not being able to come here, but its back, and the first day they were open I was there, I cried it was so good to be reunited. Been going to this theatre since I was small, when it was a little larger. Love you guys, see you soon!

Saw I Still Believe yesterday for $5. The theater experience was good, even though my friend & I werent allowed to purchase adjacent seats. No One Else saw the movie with us! As for the movie itself, 3/5*... based on a book & a true story, but nothing interesting about the early life of a Christian singer (Jeremy Camp) & his wife. Great performance by Gary Sinese!

Even though this was close by, we have been ignoring this theatre for quiet a while as we always choose to watch in Palladium. When we tried the Regal cinemas 14 for the first time it was a pleasant surprise. Honestly did not expect a premium experience. Since then, it has been our first choice in theatres.A very good movie theatre with a contemporary feel. Recliner seats enhances the movie watching experience. Rich sounding speakers elevates the sound effects. Good number of screens but moderate sized screens, wish they had an IMAX feature.Plenty of free parking lots. Surrounded by numerous restaurant and eateries. They also have a trampoline park. And the best thing of all, its a movie pass theatre and sign up for their rewards to earn those points.

My ABSOLUTE GO TO THEATER! I been going here only for about 4 years. I love this theater. staff is friendly and helpful. Efficiency is key here and the theaters re always clean when I go. I am sad about not being able to go in a few months due to miss rona, but I look forward to the reopening. I moved further away in them meantime but I would drive to go here. !

We came to this theater because we had a T-Mobile offer/reward. Overall decent experience. I wouldve given a 5 star rating but the employee at the guest services seemed irritated about me asking for information about my Regal Rewards account and also when I asked about information about the Regal Cinemas app.I would think that if you are going to promote an app, than you would be knowledgeable about said app.The recliners were much more comfortable than the ones that are at the downtown mall/movie theater. We will come back though.

The theater provides comfortable, clean seating. The concession counter is always busy, so if you get a large popcorn or drink with the intention of getting free refills, expect to miss about 4-8 minutes of the movie.I wish they had a separate line for refills.Otherwise, the sound is great, and picture quality is wonderful. I will continue to go.

Amazing experience with every visit for my family of 5! I love the seats and absolutely enjoy the great customer service experience provided every single time we have gone. Most definitely recommend this movie theater to everyone due to the extremely satisfying visits that my family and I have had.

My local theater, me and my kid enjoy our daddy daughter dates here kicked back in the reclining seats. As a big guy I appreciate the size and comfort of the seating, the way its set up even bad seats arent bad. I wouldnt go hungry because snacks arent cheap but thats standard for movies these days.

Extremely comfortable reclining seats with privacy border so you dont see the other rows! The only thing that I wish would improve is the food selection and services provided. If theyd have more food options and would bring them to you, like some other theatres do...then I wouldnt have a reason to go anywhere else. Amazing otherwise!

I rated this a two because it says stadium seating and you cant tell if they have reclining seats.Also a two because after three times camping the number it rings me to the national number, not the theater, and then I cant get through to the theater because the zip coffee entry takes forever and then you press 1 and it hangs up on you. If you choose 2, another theater, you get the loud fax nose directly in your ear. If you cant connect to a theater its worthless trying to figure out if you can go there and if you cant figure that out because they make it so difficult, that represents how they treat their customers.Weve been there a long time ago and wanted to return but its just too much hassle.

Theatre was spacious. No one was directly in front of us which was a huge plus. There were these great, big, plush, electric reclining seats. Exactly what we were looking for! Prices for snacks werent outrageous. Id say everything was under $10. Popcorn was hot too. When we arrived, there was a man in one of our three seats, it was easy to locate staff for assistance and they were friendly with us and the gentleman. No issues overall.We went out our way to give this theatre a try and if was well worth the drive.

I like coming to this to theater. Recliner seats small stadiums not over crowded. They sell alcohol drinks, food and ticket prices are cheaper than santikos. The app makes it so easy to purchase tickets and great Rewards program.

Nice, clean movie theater. Super friendly staff. Everyone from the box office, to the ticket taker, and the staff at the concessions were very friendly. Recliners are great. And lots of space in the aisles so people are not bumping into your feet as they walk by.

Great place for upper class movie watching...reserved seating...reclining chairs....adult beverages...wine...beer mixed drinks ext...burgers..chicken n fries variety at the concession stand a plus...game room...clean and friendly service...plan on payn extra but its worth it.

I got regal unlimited and this cinema was the closest to my house but now I gotta drive to another theater much further, because customer service is so slow in here. It is not the first time I come at this theatre and they ALWAYS have just one cashier opened and usually the line goes so slow that your movie starts by the time it reaches your turn. I’m impressed how this people are not interested in sales, which makes the most money for a theatre.I’ve seen lots of people giving up on buying anything because the line takes forever, they just leave the line. And it’s usually just 3-4 people ahead.I’m disappointed, because this was really the closest cinema to my house, and now i will have to go farther. And I wasn’t aware of this unprofessional attitude when I got my regal unlimited

Seats have almost double the space of a regular theater and can recline a decent amount. The service is always friendly and their movie selection has more than just the standard movies. I always go to this theater when I want to see a movie.

Average standard movie theatre with the addition or recliner seats. Concession stand was very slow in service - took 20 to get popcorn and drinks. Good choices for movies and recliner seats are comfortable. Nice not to have someones feet next to your face or kicking the back of your chair.

Theatre is clean and nice. They cannot get the concessions lines managed. After several visits, it does not matter if there is 1 person or 20 people in front of you, the speed of service is unacceptable. Tonight we waited over 15 minutes and still had 16 people on average in each line And still no snacks. . Almost missed the start of the movie. Unacceptable. For what they charge for popcorn and drinks, they could greatly improve the service. #bringownsnacks.#RegalMovies

I most definitely enjoyed coming to this theater. The price was good and reasonable, especially for newer movies. The seating was great: comfy recliners, small audience numbers. We did have to sit up front, which was jarring at first, but after the movie started we were fine.This is a relaxed atmosphere; I even think they serve beer here, which if thats your thing youll be happy about that.Well worth the experience. This is my favorite theater in San Antonio! Its my go-to place when seeing a movie with my family or friends. Clean theaters clean bathrooms and decently priced concessions and tickets. Ive never had a bad experience at this theater and I love the recliner chairs! The staff have always been great to.

I enjoy this theater. The seats are good and the theaters are nice. It is reserved seating and the chairs are reclining. Something I did not like is that the auditoriums did not have the names of the movies on them. So if you forgot which theater your in by the time you get there you may have to go back and ask unless your ticket specifies it, mine did not.

Ive been going to this location since it was AMC 24. And I really enjoy what Regal has done with the place. The seats are nice and spacious regardless of what theater you in. Not to mention that they recline.

They now have the new recliner seats. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Always has a good selection of movie to see. And I see a lot of movies, over 300 last year. The walk areas are wide open and plenty of room to get by with out running into someone. Even with your legs out people can still get by to take there seats, plenty of room in the isles.

Favorite theater to watch new movies. . . .seating is great. . .all theaters have reclining seat. . .alot of room between each row . . .do not have to lower seat when someone gets up and walks past you. Highly recommended.

I liked it. The seats were great, very comfy. Unfortunately the people inn my row dropped their freshly refilled bucket of popcorn and management decided to have someone sweep right away... When the movie was going on!!!!! Isnt reading I the phone considered impolite because of the screen light? How is sweeping any better?

Stale popcorn. Long time standing in line for snacks. For some reason the air or heat is never on while watching the movies. You cant move in the seats with it either reclining or closing up.Hall way smell like a urinal.

The so called manager does not have any type of people skills. Why put someone like that in charge where you are constantly dealing with customers! The popcorn was very stale and burnt and service was super slow. I would not recommend going the concessions before the movie you might miss half of it, I really wouldnt go to this theater if it wasnt for the recliners and unlimited pass.

4 stars due to prices... the prices of concessions are insane as is with every movie theater Ive ever been to. However, their actual theater seating is by far the best Ive ever been in... think recliners with cup holders.. oh yes, you heard right... recliners. They just redid the entire theater and put in seats that lean back, put your feet up, and allow you to relax comfortably to watch a movie. Totally worth the extra money to go there. They also put on the Fathom Events every week. Although they are about double the price of a normal matinee ticket, these prices are set by Fathom - NOT by the theater. For a Fathom Event, the ticket prices are around $16 per person. Normal matinee for a NON-event are $9 (rounded up). My husband refuses to go to any other theater just because of the seats!! Very clean, great staff, and overall great experience.

If you are, the Huebner Oaks theater is the one to check out.Parking lot traffic in this place is a breeze and the place isn’t usually too crowded - I love it!They have electric FULL reclining pleather seats (and I mean they recline ALL the way), and great screens for your favorite movie.I don’t think I mentioned this, but yes, they have BEER!!!!Really, this is a chilled out theater but still clean and up to date. Don’t fight the crowds and the traffic at those other theaters on this side of town.

I love this movie theater. The seats recline much farther than the ones at other theaters in San Antonio. The concession stand is pretty great too; I love the frozen Crown and Coke! You dont get the full bar like at other theaters in San Antonio, but I feel like the other concession fare is great. Its usually got a pretty small crowd too, which is nice.

Very clean restrooms and comfy seats. Only thing that could be better is if they had combos, refills.

This place is by far my favorite theater to go to. Outside of the fact its closest to my home, I much more enjoy it because every theater has lounge seating. I love the way they redesigned it so the people sitting in front of you arent in the way. Theres plenty of walking space in front of the seats so people dont have to squeeze past you to get to their seats. The chairs lean back with an electric button and theres so much elbow room that its rare to bother the person sitting next to you

Nice place. My first time here and I can tell that it’s about the same as many other theaters. We missed the first 30 min of movie while waiting in line for concessions. Very disappointed. I believe they should make an effort to expand the concession area. Just be sure to get to the theater about an hour before movie starts.

Super comfy recliner chairs. If you have problems staying awake during movies (like I do) this could be a problem. I like to bring a blanket as I get cold. Sound and lighting quality appear good but I am not a technical expert. They offer military discount with current active Military ID. Thanks to all that are/have served.

Love this place since they remodled a while back. If you sneak snack in to the movies though, dont do it here because they sometimes check your purse/bag. Like hello, who doesnt bring in candy or snack?? I definitely dont do it anymore if im going to come here. I just make sure i come with extra cash so i can spend $30 on a box of candy, popcorn and 1 drink... smh

Watched close to 50 movies at this theatre. Never had a bad experience. The recliner seats are good, and the food prices are at par with other cinemas in the city.

Wouldve been wonderful had someone not been in our seats and every seat showing available on the app wasnt actually available. Noone in the lobby to resolve issue so I lost my money.

This place was not super crowded in parking lot and the front and restroom was clean. Plenty of reclining seating with ample walk around space. I enjoyed it all accept my recliner had a bar right where my butt hit when partly reclined in theater 12

Great theater. Perfect place to watch Bohemian Rhapsody! Seats were clean and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars but it was very expensive; we can only afford to do this once every 3 or 4 months, if even that frequently!
