Great plaza for taking a break from the river and for enjoying as part of a group. The plaza always has a great vibe with the terraced stairs and lightning. During warmer months it hosts festivals of all kinds like movie evenings and the annual doughnut fest. Its very common to see joggers using the steps, folks who are waiting for a show at the Tobin, and river walkers all enjoying the plaza for different reasons.
