I love living here. Its nice and quiet. I dont have to live in an apartment! Lots of trees! Rent is low. The trailers are really old, but that keeps the rent low. :)

Gross! It has the oldest trailers Ive ever seen! Driveways are have paved & full of potholes! No upkeep at all at this place, its disgusting! Drug infested also!

Not worth the money people pay for rent. Takes forever to get something fixed. The pavement is full of holes.

I love this area. But sometimes the property management people arent so great.

Very affordable quite area . Its best to have a car because its about a 15 min walk to the nearest bus stop

Cheap 70s metal trailers but safe quiet place to live

Very old and run down. My daughters dad has a neighbor that blasts loud music and has screaming fights late at night then tried to run him over for calling in a noise disturbance and shes still his neighbor...

This is an awful place to rent very unkempt horrible trailer homes that are old and run down drug infested location potholes all throughout the park....wouldnt reccomend anyone to live there....thumbs down
