Manager Adams is worst than a kid, he has no word. You can make a repair claim on their website and they take for ever to resolve it, if you dont get tired and do it your self. They give you permission to park on an specific are, and from a moment to other wants to call you a tow truck. Its a lot of criminality on this complex. They dont take safety or security serious. 3 years waiting for speeds bumps and they never have money to do it. Once a month they are going to shut the water for 24 hours. Pool is always broken. The fountain lake doesnt work. Basketball court doesnt have a ring to play. A lot of dogs around during the night.

This is a manufactured housing community with a catch and release lake! Owner/manager needs to enforce parking regulation. Sometimes residence cant get in/out of their drive because cars are parked on both sides of the street and the streets are narrow. It wouldnt hurt if they also enforced the pet policy.

Wish there was a negative star option! This place is horrible. They have a set of rules and guidelines for tenants to follow which they don’t enforce. Water shut offs were at least once a week. I would not recommend drinking tap water there had been black specks in it. The people in the office have NO communication with maintenance or their online portals. I am on day 2 with no a/c and it’s 95 degrees inside because apparently the office didn’t inform maintenance and maintenance does not check online for work orders. They also raise the rent without informing you so you must pay attention in detail to each months rent.

If I could have select less than one star I would. Our car was hit by a drunk driver, while visiting, totaled my car. The drunken driver had no insurance or license, so we are left without a vehicle and NOTHING has been done to improve the safety in this neighborhood. Residents have been petitioning for speed bumps and continue to be denied. A year ago bullets were shot into our friends house, with a child sleeping nearby.

Brandi and Claudia are very nice. The application process was a breeze... my family and I were moved in within a week. Rent is reasonable, especially with what apartment complexes charge. I haven’t experienced any water turn offs or maintenance letting themselves in if I don’t answer the door. They’ve left a note on my door when they have stopped by and they would try back a later time. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. I have a dog and cat. I stick to their guidelines and walk my dog on a leash when outside, but there are dogs and cats that roam. Not sure if they belong to anyone in neighborhood, since there is an adjoining neighborhood next to us. So that’s one precaution since I do have children.

Staff of 3 can not keep the pool open and clean. Then, they lie about why their closed, instead of calling a real pool cleaning man once a week. Closed 18 days in August so far.September 1st will be our 5th year here and have had 9 + managers fired or leave. Lost count on maintenance men. Its unreal. Do not move to this location, unless you like being blown off.

Claudia is the best! Kept us updated on application, an the approval of buying our new home. Community is quiet, clean and very nice. No issues with the office ladies. Kudos to you Claudia an THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

This is a lovely place to live. There is a public bus close by to get you to anywhere and the neighbors are very sweet when you meet up and otherwise value their privacy as we are close together. Pool and pond on sight- are a delight. The play area is a little lacking but acceptable. The home we got was not tended to beforehand and was lacking a microwave- disappointed but shorthanded maintenance was very pleasant to work with. Extensive rule list is comfortable so that everyone is enjoying same amenities. It works well!

It’s a horrible community they keep increasing the rent often, they come up with different kind of rules that only apply to certain residents that live in the neighborhood. Not to everyone they’re more concerned about the cars parking in the wrong way of the street instead of people actually selling drugs and adults not attending their kids while they play in the street and neighbors fighting with their spouses out in public then they are about their residence.

Once they get you here they dont answer calls, they dont return calls. They tell you they will fix things and then they back out. People drove on the streets around here like its a race track. Mos are not safe! The tend that live here ate vulger. Right now I cant think of one good thing to say about this place and Im stuck. Ill see what my attorney says! A little rain and I have to swim to the door. I was told by Brandy that this would be fixed but now Im told it will not. What BS.

I think this is a very nice community, they recently brought in new homes and they have clean streets and good response times, abide by the community rules and you will be set. the ladies at the office are awesome and good people.

My fiance and I did an application going on 3 weeks ago! I called and called and got nothing back!! Nice community but they dont answer their phones. Pretty crappy that we paid $80.00 for nothing!!

Beautiful place and the lake in the community makes feel at ease and the duck at the lake makes you feel comfortable while relaxing at home.

Was supposed to get our deposit back after our lease ended. We cleaned up the place and it was still brand new. I called 4 days after they were supposed to do the walk-through and was told that because we didnt pay for a month that we werent even there, we couldnt get our 1375 deposit back. The office staff is nice but constantly changing and never knows whats going on. We lived there for a year and nothing was ever done about the kids and lawn service always tearing up our yard decorations and the kids were always kicking balls into the side of our house. Not to mention the multiple water shut offs each month. Terrible place to live. Only got a star because you cant leave a review without a rating.

Staff is constantly outside smoking instead of working and answering the phone when residents call for information. Kinda sad the staff just changed and still cant get their act together. They are too worried about stuffing new trailers in the community to worry about the work orders for residents who live here already.
