Most of the time dont answer the phone. Then when we get the the store no ones there. This happens alot.

The website kept saying unable to show products at this time, dont know if it was my phone glitching out or what but I was disappointed.

Love this place, employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly they are not about the sale, they are about the quality, which is what keeps me going back.

Although they were out of what I was needing, the customer service is always laid back chill, like scary chill... But they are always able to accommodate with something similar to what I need which Id a definite+

Sales clerks are no help at all... they look at you as if you have the plague. They had no desire to assist me with anything.

Horrible service. Went in the other day for a simple foot pedal and all they had to offer was ONE - as I was told that very rudely. On top of that, I was told that it was $26 when a sign right next to it said $20. Not Cool!

I had to wait till someone would go to that side of business to assist me on making a purchase. But once I was able to get inside there was a variety to choose from.

They have the prices are good but I would give him a 5 maybe a 10 star if they had more different kinds of paint more other name brands the service was excellent

Very helpful and great fusion ink with some nice machines.

A reoccuring issue is they dont ever open up on time its always 30 to 40 min after opening hours til they show up.. So if youre in a hurry dont plan on making this your first stop... Make it your last stop and save yourself the frustration... If they open at 10 they really mean 11 and if they open at 11 they really mean 12....

Im a big review reader, some reviews on here give this place no justice. I felt welcomed and the guy was not rude and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Over priced supplies. Guy at counter seemed to be irritated by us being at the shop asking questions. If you are going to price gouge me at least provide better customer service.

Nice store and the counter help was knowledgeable and very helpful .. would return just cause the dude was cool ... they didn’t have what I was looking for but he was quick to offer other options ... thanks for the help will be back .. but mr owner please get machine sleeves for the pen especially if you have rockets on display very convenient item and I wish you sold more eternal

This supply house is one of the best. Community based and focused the folks here look out for their customers. The knowledge behind the counter makes finding what suits your style easy. Alexander has helped point me in the right direction so many times. Without this place my tattooing would be lost for acceptable supplies

I love this place. To begin with you should already know what youre looking for. And they may not answer the phone all the time or hardly any but that is for the reason that they are helping the customers that are there in person theyre too busy helping them out instead of trying to talk on the phone. They can answer about half the questions but if youre going in there to buy supplies you should already know what youre getting. Two thumbs up

Ive been here about 5 times to purchase tattoo supplies because of the convenient location but I hate having to purchase here. The Employees suck at theyre job & will give u attitude for asking the smallest question...prices are high...I definitely wouldnt recommend it

Over price grouments mom and pops store has them for 25 for 50 cents or 100 for 2.00 dallors they sell them 50 for 3.00 or 100 for 5.00 dallors

These guys behind the counter are not tattoo artist but they dont claim to be. Alexander will try to point you in the right direction but truth is if you dont already know what you need before you walk in, you shouldnt be tattooing. The machines they sell are cheap china made crap. As well as the power supplies, foot pedals, etc. But they are not meant for the professional arrist. The inks are good quality. They carry essential items like sterilizing chemicals and wipes and thats a big fukn plus for a place that caters to scratchers. I would recommend this store. For most things. Over priced on some items. Like dynamic and silverback and silverback greywash
