Everyone here was observing a great covid safety. Place was not at all crowded and we could easily maintain more than a 6 ft distance from other parties. Masks were worn and hand sanitizer was readily available. one of the safest experiences I felt being out and about. The village was already decorated for Christmas and was a nice peaceful retreat and walk around. I loved looking in the stores, window shopping and even found some great masks to purchase.

Went exploring on a Monday morning in San Antonio. First place I found was La Villita. It was unfortunately closed but I ran in to the Owner of the Cafe Barry and his sidekick Yolanda. They were extremely helpful and kind. After telling him I was on an anniversary trip he made me a delish Mamosa && gifted me Scentchip wax chips that smell AMAZING. In the past (2 years ago) I had shopped here and ate brisket and scrabble egg tacos. Although Im bummed I didnt get to shop/ eat here it was nice to have 2 friendly faces point me in the direction of food. Thank you both for the help. Yall are the bomb.com

My daughter selected your restaurant to celebrate an early birthday. So my two granddaughters, myself and my baby grandson went down there for breakfast. We all ordered our breakfast however one of my granddaughters never got her order. We had to reorder hers and of course she was a little bit disappointed that we had to start to eat without her. Because by time you had a long line ordering. The waitress said she was sorry but that they would get it out quickly. We however did check the receipt and it was never put on there so, I did have to pay extra. All the food was very good. Only that one disappointment for my granddaughter. If and when we return at a later date, I may have them double-check before we pay our bill. The wait staff was courteous and attentive. I just felt very bad for my granddaughter.

Beautiful, historic area in San Antonio. A must visit for anyone who is looking to buy a nice gift or souvenir. The shops are at street level and easily accessible. Parking is a little difficult because there aren’t many meters available. La Villita is also accessible from the river walk area. The stairs lead to the many little shops and restaurants.

An oasis in downtown San Antonio, La Villita is a treasure grove of boutiques full of handcrafted goods, including some made locally there. You can easily spend a day there exploring each store. The cafe is also very reasonably priced and serves great coffee and food. This is a must see if youre in downtown San Antonio.

This pace is so cute! Its like a little village with many art galleries and shops. If you are in San Antonio and walk the Riverwalk, make sure you stop by La Villita. Its worth it! I am sure it would be even better to walk around when the sun is set because I saw some bistro lights hanging. It is also very interesting just to walk around, without having to visit the store. Definitely recommended!

I loved the theater located in the district, its outdoors and the stage is across the river from the seating. Never seen anything like it before and it felt like I stepped out of America when I was there. The shops are very artsy and great if youre looking for one of a kind pieces rather than more touristy stuff located on the Riverwalk. Theres a convenient cafe and the buildings are cute and have the original owners and history on plaques. Definitely a must visit if you like to shop.

Its open Mon-Sat from 10am-6pm and Sunday from 11am-4pm. Walked through the village and there was not much going on on a Sunday but it seems like there is a lot that will be happening soon with Halloween and all of the holidays coming soon. Youll find art galleries, shops, restaurants and cafes here. STROLLER FRIENDLY, except in some of the smaller shops. GOOD PLACE TO EXPOLORE WITH FAMILY. GOOD PLACE TO SHOP FOR GIFTS.

La Villita is a good size village area just off the River Walk and in downtown San Antonio. It is a grate area for shopping and souvenirs of San Antonio and Texas. The shops in this area are very cool cause they look like small houses turned into shops and galleries. The area also has a lot of history to it. Many of the shops carry local products such as paintings, photos jewelry, pottery and more. La Villita also has great restaurant with good food. I have been here many times with my family growing up and have bought many pieces of art here and ate at nanny of the restaurants. Every time I get a chance to come to San Antonio I always want to come check out La Villita and the River Walk.

This is a very quant art district that is one of the oldest areas in San Antonio. So much to see, to share, to learn about. I walked with my son and my grandson through La Villita and there were so many comments from my grandson about things hed learned in school, some hed gotten confused, so either my son corrected, or I did, and others I knew and both learned about. Some I learned because they knew and I didnt. It was a marvelous experience for this brand new San Antonian.

We went to the San Antonio Coffee Festival. Great music, good food. The only coffee vendor that had decaf on tap was Community Coffee. Because of health problems, my wife and I only drink decaffeinated coffee but we went VIP for the experience and lesser crowds. Community coffee was the only vendor that brewed up a pot of decaf just for us (and GAVE us some bags of decaf go take home). The coffee was smooth, not bitter, and had a great aroma and robust flavor. I highly recommend Community Coffee.

La Villita Historic Arts Village. This is an old village on the riverside of San Antonio River Walk.I see some old buildings, renovated but made as original as possible. For sure theres some new building as well without losing the original ambient. There are souvenir shops, art shops, and some are handicraft traditional products, well it feels like going to the museum.I bought some nice souvenirs and then looking for food. Finally I saw a restaurant inside a big old building with some old pictures and ornaments hanging on the walls and luckily found my favorite Mexican food there.Well, this place is like an oasis in the center of hustle and bustle San Antonio. You can enjoy your coffee or tea while sitting on the cozy chair.

One of the most beautiful sights in town. So many restaurants to stop by and have a luxurious dinner overlooking the water. There are boat tours that make for a pleasant adventure. Icecream places along the way for sweet truth. Souvenir stores offer just what tourists are looking for. You can easily spend at least 3 hours here between tours, food and exploration of all the destinations along the way.
